• Verified traveler (10/5): Great amenities and family friendly! - We were extremely pleased with the whole apartment and complex. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in one unit for family of 4 with the grandparents also along, was very handy. Other pluses: full kitchen with dinner ware , silverware, pots/pans, plates, bowls, and coffee cups; new appliances: full fridge, full washer & dryer, screened in patio area, golf course view (and the kids liked that there was a TV in all the bedrooms and living room)! The property also has basketball, tennis ball, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts that were great to use, especially for the kids. The property also has 2 nice sized pools, kiddie pools, and hot tubs. As well, there is a shuttle that we were able to use to go over to the World Marriott Center where we had full access to their pool and recreation area (and 3 water slides). There is also a water park that can be used with an extra $20 wristband fee. 5-15 minutes to the Disney parks. We definitely plan to stay here again!!

• Louise (9/5): Very relaxing. super accomodation. - The accomodation (a 3 bedroom) was excellent, and kitchen had everything we needed. well appointed laundry room - again, everything we needed. Beds and bedding were lovely! I need that mattress for home! Pool was very small and although good for our needs when another group came along and chose to play loud music it became a battle of the sounds as it was competing with the "ambient" music piped into the pool area by the hotel. Would have liked to have been able to order drinks and some food at the poolside. Going across to the big hotel for this seemed a faff (we didnt do it).

The villa was spacious, clean and modern; even better in person. Close to parks and local amenities.

And when we said something to them about these issues they stated that it was a handicap room which we had no idea and they gave us 50 dollar credit on a Ali most 500 dollar room. Horrible care
• verity (10/5): Well located quality apartment - Only stayed one night, but the apartment was lovely, very well equipped, ideal for 6 adults. very comfortable and beds comfy. Location perfect for Disney springs, WDW, shopping malls. Will use again in the future and recommend to anyone visiting Orlando
• Sheila (6/5): - The space was good in that there were three bedrooms. However, the rooms were small.The carpet was extremely dingy and needed to be shampooed and/or replaced. The living room table stool had not been cleaned or wiped down. Initially I was placed in a really poor, substandard room. which has a faulty shower head and broken cooling system. I had to call more than once and insist on a room change the next morning.

The location is close enough to all of the attractions, but not too close to fight a ton of traffic. The villa was huge and well stocked with linens and everything you may need. We will be staying again for sure.

However the slides were open along with the splash pad and the kids really enjoyed everything. Free snow cones were a major plus. The accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. • Michael (8/5): Clever Business/Family Choice for World Center - This property is a good option as the three bedroom was less than 2 individual rooms at the neighboring Marriott. Was there for a conference and this worked out for us. Plus - plenty of space, free parking, free wi-fi, friendly staff. Minus - if you don't have a car you are trapped. Nothing in walking distance. Also had to ask for more in-room coffee.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Solid 3 bedroom Product - Poor Service - Mixed Feelings here - Marriott Vacation Club Owner in Orlando so we have stayed in most of the resorts. From the Good to the Bad: - Great 3 Bedroom Product - Immediate Resort Ammenities are Nice but nothing special, but i am sure that the great pools and restaurants will be next door in the huge marriott - Next Door to Disney World, as close you can get. Bad - Check out time is 10pm. Travel a lot and this was a first. - Cleaning crew came in a 9:30 am asking at what we were leaving - Got 2 Calls at 10:00 am and 10:15am telling us they were not late check out available and we had to vacate the premises ASAP. How asked for late checkout ? So basically a Good product with poor human resources practices and poor training in basic customer management. Mix feeling if staying again, the 3 Bedroom is excellent !!

• Helen (10/5): Great family space - One day we received no cleaning service even though we paid for it. Management had our unit cleaned extra the next day, but there's an uncomfortable feeling coming back from a long day to an uncleaned 3 bedroom villa. Other than that, all was well.
• Becky (10/5): Perfect Location near Sea World and Magic Kingdom! - This place is a perfect stay for a family of 9! Easy to get to from Disney and Sea World. Clean and comfortable. A lot of room for everyone.
• Jane (10/5): Disney/Universal Studios - The hotel is located about a mile from Downtown Disney, closer than many of the Disney properties. You do not need to get on the crowded I-4 to get into Disney World.

• Verified traveler (10/5): New Years in Orlando - Our family of adult children traveled to orlando for New Years. We needed a three bedroom condominium. The Imperial Palms Villas were spacious and very clean. Location next to the Marriott World Center resort allowed walking to restaurants, bars and a giant pool. Very nice golf course on the property. Less then $* for 18 holes including range balls and GPS on golf cart. 15 minutes from Orlando International airport. Leave airport via south exit and take 417 toll road. 2 miles to Disney via route 536, 2 miles from discount mall and 10 to 15 minutes from Universal theme park via US 4. We would make this our number one choice in Orlando when we return.
