Personal war sehr freundlich Fast Check out, Zimmerkarte einfach in Box in Lobby werfen In die Jahre gekommen! Hier sollte dringend investiert werden. Krankheitsbedingt konnte ich nur alleine anreisen, auf Nachfrage, da ja eine Person weniger dabei ist, hatte ich wegen Frühstück gefragt, ob man es Vlt dafür günstiger bekommt, sollte ich dennoch voll bezahlen 22€ stolzer Preis!, hätte mir kleines Entgegenkommen erwartet. Toilettenspülung im Zimmer 341 eine Katastrophe!! Muss repariert werden, kein Wasserdruck, Spülung läuft nach, muss mann mehrfach drauftippen das es aufhört, das sollte ein Housekeeping sehen bei Zimmerreinigung. Auch wurde ich am Anreisetag gefragt ob ich Handtücher gewechselt bekommen möchte, ich hatte es nicht so verstanden, dass gar kein Zimmerservice stattfand, vlt auch nur ein Kommunikationsproblem. Restaurant Bestuhlung wackelt und sind durchgesessen, befinden Preisen sollte man besser sitzen können. Lounge das gleiche, null Komfort, keine Atmosphäre, eben ein Messehotel! Dazu der Ausfall der Bahn, ich denke das weiß man (langfristig angelegte Baumaßnahmen) und kann aufgrund der Lage den Gästen das kommunizieren! So Rückweg von Innenstadt um 20.30!!!! ungeplant 2 Stunden statt 30 Min!!

Wir waren kurz nach Mitternacht unten, um noch einen Cocktail zu trinken und standen vor geschlossener Bar. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurde mir mitgeteilt, diese hätte nur bis Mitternacht offen.

Instead of fixing the issue, a ventilator was provided as a substitute. We had booked two rooms with a request for them to be close to each other, as we were traveling with children. Unfortunately, the rooms assigned were at opposite ends of the same floor, and no effort was made to accommodate a change.

Over 300€ / night and you don’t have a smart tv, no sockets close to the bed, old towels, really average breakfast! For that price you definitely expect more.On top of that you either need a taxi or a bus to get to the convention center! Way too expensive for what it is!!

Stock) und es gibt keinen Teppichboden im Zimmer. Das ist super, wenn man AllergikerIn ist. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer und dem Hotel. Es gibt keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett, das ist meines Erachtens nicht mehr zeitgemäß (aber auch wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau).

- Gilles (7/5): prima hotel voor zakelijk verblijf in dit deel van München - prima hotel, goede service, goed ontbijt. de kamer was erg warm. Het was buiten maar 16 graden maar toch kon ik de temperatuur niet onder de 24 graden krijgen, ondanks airco. We waren met meerdere collega's en het was in elke kamer hetzelfde voor zover ik mensen gesproken heb. Ook met open raam slapen hielp niet.

- Harun (7/5): - Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da und hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war unterschiedlich. In dem eine Zimmer war Laminat und eine Pad Maschine in dem anderen ein Teppichboden und keine Kaffeemaschine. Hervorheben möchte ich aber das ich früher einchecken durfte da das Hotel auch relativ leer war. Es war Sauber in dem Zimmern ob ich aber erneut buchen würde ist fraglich In den fragen und Antworten bei Booking wurde seitens des Hotels geschrieben das die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel umsonst wären und lediglich das Parkhaus 17€ kosten würde. Die Dame an der Rezeption aber behauptete das für alle Parkplätze die 17€ bezahlt werden müssten, also musste ich bezahlen und habe daraufhin in der Garage geparkt wobei die Ausfahrt schon sehr eng ist.

But my brother found out later on there was free coffee actually on the corner with donuts too.. also on the description it says there is a charger available to borrow. I’m gonna ask a receptionist. He said we don’t lend chargers. I asked another receptionist he gave me a charger.

- Till (8/5): prima - gute Lage zu Messe und Stadt - Lage super, gute Busanbindung zur Messe, unproblematisch zum S-Bahnhof. schöner Wellnessbereich. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zimmer sauber, ruhig, komfortabel. Early Bird Frühstück mit Kaffee und snacks for free. Frühstück ist optimierbar (Fertig-Rührei, kein Speck, kein Müsli, Saft-Maschine). Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer wäre gut.

- RaghGD (10/5): Excellent - I am a frequent traveler due to my job profile. I always choose NH as my first choice wherever I travel around the world. Around 80% of the time, I feel very satisfied with my stay at NH. It is a great choice.
- Maria (7/5): Goed - Ontbijt was prima Sauna & sport was fijn Bedden waren prima! Bij aankomst werden we geholpen door een medewerker aan de receptie die helaas niet erg vriendelijk overkwam. We hadden het gevoel dat we wat kortaf werden behandeld, waardoor we ons niet helemaal op ons gemak voelden. Daarom hebben we er later voor gekozen om bij vragen andere medewerkers te benaderen. Gelukkig was de rest van het personeel wel erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en professioneel. Zij stonden ons goed te woord en hielpen ons waar nodig. Dat hebben wij als erg prettig ervaren. Over het algemeen hebben wij daardoor toch een positieve ervaring gehad.
