Super goed geregeld dat er een shuttle busje naar de tram reed, heel vriendelijke personeel ook! Prijs aan de hoge kant. Ontbijt niet heel uitgebreid. Kamers paar zaken niet op orde, airco kon je in de nacht niet afzetten, sprong hele tijd weer aan. Lekkage in de badkamer. Wel heel vriendelijk personeel en je kon alles vragen,

She was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Bianca took the time to ensure everything was handled smoothly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly elevated our experience, especially while traveling with family. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such a warm and personable approach. Bianca is a true asset to the team, and her level of service absolutely deserves recognition. I sincerely hope she is acknowledged for the excellent work she does.

• V7198AFmaciejk (8/5): Samuel was the best - The hotel is quite far away from the city centre but they offer a convenient shuttle to and from the tram line which takes you to the city. The driver Samuel is always smiling and will pick you up any time during the day if you give him a call. The public spaces are new and elegant but the rooms could use a little renovation. The breakfast is quite limited and savoury options are not the best. However, as one should expect from Italy, sweet breakfast, cakes, Cornettos etc were top notch. Compared for prices In the city it may be worth it I guess.

• BarbEdwards007 (10/5): My New Favorite Hotel - I had such a great experience at this hotel that I changed my travel plans to come back one more time before I left Italy. The upgraded rooms on the fifth floor are amazing. Also on the fifth floor, the Executive Lounge, with a beautiful view of Firenze, is open to Diamond members. It features complimentary hot supper food every night and snacks 24/7. The top notch breakfast had the best croissants I've ever had as well as a big variety of other, healthier foods. The shuttle makes it easy to get from SMN station to the hotel via tram. Luca at the front desk stayed on the phone with me and carefully walked me through where to wait for the shuttle when I got confused. Giovanni the van driver actually went to find me when I still couldn't figure it out. And Samuel the other van driver went above and beyond helping me with my heavy luggage. I suggest calling the hotel to double-check the exact time and place to meet the shuttle. All of the desk staff speaks excellent English, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back!

Everyone had been kind and welcomed us with the warmth of hospitality. We were upgraded to Executive lounge as well which offered a nice selection of bites and drinks for Happy hour 6-8pm. The rooms are refurbished and pretty spacious. The hotel offers a complimentary transport from the hotel to the nearest tram stop from which you can easily access city center. I would like to thank driver Samuel for taking a good care of us!

• schofieldj2026 (10/5): Convenient, warm and passionate - The hotel is quite nice! Also the lounge on the 15th floor is cozy! They offer free shuttle buses and welcome biscuits and chocolate. The hotel is not far away from airport, if you don’t rely on uber which might takes longer to wait which may therefore miss the flight, just have the hotel to get you a taxi instantly! Another advantage is the staffs are quite passionate and liking their jobs providing a feeling of warmth.

• BackPacker605892 (10/5): Brilliant stay ! - This was my birthday weekend and we both love Florence and this time decided to stay at the doubletree instead of the garden inn Well the staff are amazing and very friendly! The room was fine big enough for us two. And very clean. We ate in the bar first night and steak was delicious, hubs dinner he enjoyed also Easy to get to the city centre with the courtesy van ! Bit of a mix up on breakfast being delivered to my room ( birthday wanted to laze in bed lol ) Defo will come back to stay here !
