The place is disgusting, the shower wasn’t warming up properly, the AC wasn’t working properly, everything was dirty but the worst part was my bed was covered in URINE from the previous client. The smells was disgustingly bad as dog pee and when I’ve noticed it and talk to the person in the reception, I was told there was nothing he could do it and he would write a notice…????!!!!! I explained that I couldn’t sleep in a bed covered in urine and he said he could give me a single sheet to put on top of it.!!! The toaster in the common area has bread crumbs stuck and obviously sitting there for months. The water heater there had water in there with mud and fungus, absolutely disgusting. The shower wasn’t heating and even the next day, without sleep properly because of urine smells, the cleaner didn’t come to change the sheets and I had to go again in the next day complaining about the urine in the bed and they gave me another sheet to put on top of the other one!!! Avoid the place at any cost if you can.

Room is small, which is okay, bed is uncomfortable. Air conditioning is nonexistent, they’re window units built into the wall, temperature outside 60° and 80° in the room. Showers have little to no water pressure, hot water is nonexistent. You get 2 bath towels, no wash rags, and 1 “hand towel” to use as a shower floor mat. Toilet paper is like 1/4 ply, pretty sure you get better in prison.

Poor customer service for most of reception staff, no cleaning service, balnkets were itchy and no alternatives offered. No guest washroom in the lobby, rude Receptionist on our check in. Our room is dirty, dusty no garbage bin exc in the toilet which is very small. Microwave oven has a bug inside it. Aircon is cold but has no cover. First time ever we had this bad experience from a hotel considering it is VIP. It was misleading.

I travel sola lady and they got me a room near the reception. Overall a nice place to sleep and walking distance to the walk of fame. The tour bus and the metro The breakfast could have been better . You have to ask for room service to clean your room.

Bród, smród i karaluchy!! Masakra, ten hotel powinien być natychmiast zamknięty!! Stary, obskórny i zaniedbany!! Ze szczeliny przy umywalce wychodziły karaluchy!!! Mija 1,5 miesiąca od wymeldowania, brak zwrotu depozytu w wysokości $60, hotel nie odpowiada na wiadomości ani maile. Śniadanie to jest jakiś żart, garść płatków i litr mleka takie to śniadania tutaj serwują... Parking płatny dodatkowo $30 za dobę, gdzie strach zostawiać auto, pełno bezdomnych, porozrzucane strzykawki i inne śmieci, brak słow!!! Czuję się oszukany i zniesmaczony!!!

No dry towels when I went to the front desk he’s like oh you’re supposed to let us know if you want your room clean yeah that’s bullshit.

Horrible room.Dirty, dirty sheets, broken A/C, breakfast was a jug of cold milk and cereal, and instant coffe. when I entered the room the sheet were stained with male white body fluids. I asked to change the bed and the staff asked me *which bed sheet I wanted to be changed, and I said THE WHOLE BED, and they were like *oh, we have only few bed sheet available so we ll only change the stained one… no comments. The whole hotel was dirty, broken, and smelled badly. When I asked for a refund, they refused.

There are many things. Firstly the hotel looks cheap. 30$ for one night parking, that is bullshit ( judging by how the parking area looks ). The shower, my god, the water was barely coming. The room itself looked like a mill. I hate this hotel and I feel I lost the money. Absolutely Shit!

• Simone (10/5): Home away from home. Don’t pass up the opportunity - This is my favorite hotel to stay In. It’s the home away from home my family has chose. While we embark upon a nomadic like lifestyle. Daniel, Kathy, the tall young man who works nights and the blond woman who I believe is the owner are incredible assets to the hospitable condition that have become what I know as the norm at the VIP hotel!!! Look no further My only complaint is the time it takes for the deposit to be returned. It’s not even a huge deal but I’d like to give feedback to help make an incredible stay and perfect!

The room lacked cleanliness, the room needed a mopping, wipe down of counters and an overstock of supplies. Paying for parking should have been included. If those things were fixed, I'd stay here again.

• Eva (1/5): Sad bye Chanel bag :( - I need to do this because I just want you to be aware that cheap ends being expensive, I expended over 2000 usd and loose more than the double, when making check out, I would non sleep after work I was just postponing the leaving day never had an hotel complained of you being a repetitive customer, they do. So at checkout I was taking down my bags trough the stairs (no elevator) with 0 help and the receptionist asked me to give him my room key (also I was left without a room key for +3 days because I will kept saying I missed and they won't give me a new one) finally when they got me a new one after 3 days, they charged me 30 usd for this. In those days I will need to request help every single time to enter to my room , however I give him the room key as soon he asked me for and I will still have half of my bags upstairs I'm detaining the door because I need to give the uber my bags and I still have bags upstairs but not key to enter the hotel anymore , the reception guy start to grab my personal bags literal the ones you carry with you and put them outside the door on the street side without my permission I said to him please do not touch my bags and keep bringing the others out he said I'm only helping you (they were literal small not like the ones I carried from upstairs heavy but my personal ones) and he put them on the floor after already telling him to don't touch them , he said that I couldn't keep the door open but I'm telling him how I suppose to take my bags out if you already took my keys ( the door of the entrance is closed so you need the key not just for your room but to enter to the lobby ) I didn't want him to put them outside without me viewing because it happen what I was afraid of the most, my Chanel bag is gone with my documents and my cards left and I asked him if there was any cam on the entrance but those cam do not look at the door ...

Cleanliness was extremely poor. The bedding was dirty, and there was hair on the bed and even inside the refrigerator. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The floor lamp did not have a light bulb, and I was required to pay an unexpected $60 deposit that was never disclosed during the booking process. I was only informed about this at the front desk upon arrival. Overall, this property does not meet basic standards of cleanliness, safety, or transparency. I would strongly not recommend staying here.

• 336monseg (2/5): Horrible experience - "I recently stayed at the Hollywood VIP Hotel and had a nightmare experience. We were placed in a first-floor room that was effectively uninhabitable. The Issues: No Hot Water: There was absolutely no hot water available during our stay, making it impossible to shower. This is a basic health and safety standard that was not met. Mechanical Failure: The AC unit was broken and made a deafening, metallic rattling noise all night (I have uploaded a video of this). We could not sleep at all. Constant Disruptions: Being on the first floor near a back door meant we heard doors slamming every few minutes, shaking the room. Management Response: I attempted to resolve this with the front desk at checkout. I provided a written statement and recorded the conversation for my records. They directed me to email globalhotel@gmail.com, but I am still waiting for a formal refund for a room that failed to provide the most basic amenities. Warning to Travelers: Do not stay here if you value sleep or a hot shower. The location is the only 'pro,' but it is not worth the lack of basic utilities and the extreme noise levels."

No shampoo, hot water takes forever.Lights are ok when they work. Bkfst is dry cereal, instant coffee you make yourself. No help getting luggage up the stairs, no lift. No USB ports in room. Minimum bedding, could be cold , minimum towels. Just old and dirty, stair carpet filthy. No cups in room. Some staff are helpful some are more interested in chatting on their phone. Exit the backdoor for a quick way to main boulevard, watch out for discarded syringes in the carpark. Location is it's only saving grace. Never again.

• Roxanne (4/5): Disappointing it was not as advertised. - The location was okay. It was within walking distance of Hollywood Boulevard and the Hollywood walk of Fame, it was a 7 min drive to and from universal studios each night. We did not eat the breakfast. All I saw for breakfast was dry cereal as an offering and coffee. The staff was friendly enough and so i give points for that and that alone. The part I did not like was it advertises a microwave and there is NOT one in the hotel room. While there was an air conditioner unit in the room it was an ancient device I was too scared 😱 to try and use it. The toilet paper supplied is cheap 1 ply so if you go bring your own and while they advertise as toiletries such as shampoo, soap, etc are supplied they give you one tiny plastic packet and that was supposed to be enough for 2 people for 2 nights? Luckily I brought my own so didn't have to depend on them. The walls are super thin you can hear everything from every room and the phone ringing downstairs at the reception desk. The parking lot is hardest to find and is insanely tiny right behind the hotel weaved into an alley behind a gas station you pay $30 a night to park there and you also have to pay $60 deposit when you arrive which is not mentioned on the booking sites. As well as the fact that the linens on the bed consist of 1 fitted sheet then 1 flat sheet then a thin as a rail blanket and another 1 flatsheet on top, pillow cases for the pillows there is no comforter. So you will be cold all night long. Bring your own blanket if you want warmth in the winter time. The pillows are also cheap Walmart pillows so not fluffy or comfortable. I have been to motel 6 that have had better pillows🤣. However, i can honestly say I will not be staying here again.

Освещение очень тусклое, как будто находишься не в лос-анджелесе, а в горном гестхаусе в Непале, горит какая-то лампочка в потолке мощностью в 2 Вт. Всё старое и изношенное, всё пропитано неприятным запахом, в том числе подушки и кровать. Но самое удивительное было утром, когда должен был быть подан завтрак. Я никогда и нигде не видел такого "завтрака", который состоял из горячей воды, бутылки с солью из сахаром, и каких-то зерновых хлопьев. На вопрос персоналу, а где же завтрак, был получен ответ, что это никакой не будь там завтрак с большой буквы, а вот просто такой вот завтрак. Я считаю что это чистой воды мошенничество, заявлять в объявлении, что завтрак включён в стоимость. Чтобы не быть голословным, я приложу фотографию этого замечательного завтрака.
