Emily (8/5): - The hotel was attractive and staff were great. We had to leave too early to enjoy the breakfast, but we did eat dinner there and it was very good. The hotel is in a more industrial area so it’s not as convenient to the downtown/historic area. That being said, they do have an evening shuttle to take guests to various locations. We partially picked this hotel because it states that they have an airport shuttle, which it did not.

Also-not many places to walk to eat around. It’s very industrial and not particularly a great location. Thankfully their on site restaurant was very good.

Brogan (4/5): - Starting with the positives the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The negatives, the rooms look nothing like the pictures its a very dated hotel, the AC made a loud noise all night but didn’t work, the shower felt like you would fall through the tub at any minute. The area is quite possibly the ghetto bordered with China town. It is very sketchy industrial area with broken glass and garbage everywhere, and smells of pee. The hotel offers a free night shuttle into town which was great because you likely would be robbed if you attempted to walk to the metro station even during the day. It’s also close to a giant prison. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
Gina (4/5): - The room pictured doesn’t match the actual room. BEWARE OF RED CARPET ROOMS! Given a room w/old disgusting dirty & heavily stained red carpet. Bathroom very outdated & dirty. Complained and counter employee said upgraded rooms are different. He made it right and gave us a clean room w/tile floor. But couldn’t get key card to work though. Gave us physical key to get in and luckily our prior hotel key card worked to get lights & tv on. Also we weren’t allowed to eat in restaurant dinning room bc having a private event so put us downstairs looked like employees’ quarters. Food was not good. We had to check out 5:30am for flight so wasn’t able to have complimentary breakfast starts until 7:30am

Breakfast was very good and the advice we received regarding various planned trips were spot on. The location was not ideal but it was good value. Enjoyed our stay in Naples.

Kishorkumar (10/5): - It is located outside central Naples. However taking a taxi with special price with taxi takes you there whenever you want. The free shuttle service is only at night. Turn right then right, you will find a tuck shop with all drinks provisions including water. Turn right then left you will find the best Italian restaurant where locals eat which is very reasonable and tasty. All staff at the hotel are excellent. My vip status was recognised with an upgrade. Reception staff are very helpful particularly Mario, Martel’s and two more I forget their names. They are all amazing. Breakfast is repetitive but very nice. Room was just like home on the first floor. We already miss the people at this hotel. Thank you and would highly recommend if you don’t mind taking a taxi for all other excursions

Very nice outdoor seating area set up like a quiet garden. Naples itself was a not a great city, very dirty with garbage everywhere. But that is not the hotels fault, the hotel itself was like an oasis in the filth.
Lay (2/5): - This is the worst hotel I ever stay is over rated and when we check in no upgrades as a gold member of Expedia, the room have no blanket only the bed cover with a flat sheet, flat sheet is not clean, bath tub was clot flood when you shower, no kettle no tea bags no coffee no towel in the bathroom we have to ask for it. Location near lots of warehouse and whole sale bad area the only thing good is about 10 minutes walk to train station. I will not recommend this hotel.
David (6/5): - It was fine as a base to see Naples but is not a 4 star hotel, but the rooms had no working ac, and was in need of renovation, I.e peeling wallpaper/ripped carpets, etc. bed was extremely solid. Breakfast is served in plastic bowls and paper cups with limited selection.
Monika (10/5): Highly recommended - The hotel was very clean. The bathroom was pristine, beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Delicious breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located close to the metro station and not far from the airport. Great spot to rest if you’re planning on busy sightseeing. The metro is nice and clean. The train station is not far either. The sitting area outside the hotel is very nice too.

Laura (4/5): - My family and I had 3 rooms all on different floors, which is okay. My floor, the first floor, lost power at 10 pm which meant I had no lights, air conditioning, refrigerator, or power to charge my electronics. There was one man working the desk trying to find the circuit panel, so he was unable to answer the phones. The power was not restored until 8 am when I already left the room. I was able to take a shower in the dark and not dry my hair. I hadn't slept because I wasn't sure if someone could just come into my room since the key fob is electronically controlled so I pushed the chair in front of the door.

Verified traveler (6/5): Choose somewhere else - This hotel is in such a sketchy area of Naples. I was nervous walking around alone even during the day. The check-in staff told me that the dinner service would be available till 10:30PM and when I went down at 9:45PM, the wait staff told me they were closed. The room also felt like a dungeon. Would not recommend and definitely not worth the money
Senem (10/5): - Staff was very helpful. Arrived near midnight. And left 3:00am as our flight was 6am. Staff directed us to a nearby pizzeria that was open. And the pizza was best that I had in Italy. Parking was available and having 24 hour reception was super convenient for us. Room was great. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Ever back in Napoli, we will definitely stay here again.

FARSHAD (2/5): - If you are thinking of booking this hotel, DON'T TTTT.. This is not a 4 star hotel even though it is being advertised as such. I would give it a one star if I was being generous. The room was very basic, cheap furnitures all around. Mouldy bathroom was in desperate need of attention. The staff were looking miserable and tried as if they hated their jobs. The breakfast was dull and boring. We had to queue to be served by staff who were behind a glass barrier as if serving inmates in a prison setting. The area around the hotel was horrible, Piles of rubbish everywhere, Run down and industrial area. We were shocked to see prostitutes near the hotel at night. I would have definitely booked a different hotel.

Unsafe environment prone to higher than usual theft and they watch and target you, but only if you stand out or look like a foreigner however, you can still walk the streets at day if you travel in groups or a couple just walk fast and look out for people pretending to run past you, hold your bag and don't let anyone move up behind you. My wife and I walked from the star Hotel which was our pickup point for our Amalfi coast tour. We walked straight up Via Galleleo Ferraris to Magris Hotel. Figure out where your directions in a safe place like in a diner bakery before you go to avoid pulling out your phone making yourself a target. Enough about the area, we were in room 118 had a view of some old tour and the dirty street.shower was very small even for my wife who is 5.5ft 140lbs and I am 6ft 180lbs and I couldn't turn around in the shower.coffe boiler had mold like white ionized substance on it. Breakfast was free for us but you will need to pay for dinner. Not sure about lunch. You will need to sneak in your food if you buy outside because they have a policy against it.walls sounded thin because you could hear others and this must mean they can hear you. Restaurant across the street by the gas station food is great but expensive to dine in.Buy to take out instead.

William (10/5): - Stayed here for four nights, Giantruco train station is a 10 minute walk which you can use to get to Piazza Garibaldi in around 3 minutes, or a 25 minute walk to Piazza Garibaldi, Naples port is around a 50 minute walk or you drive/ get a taxi there in around 10-15 minutes, or a bus that takes around 25-30. The complimentary breakfast is good, as well as the lunch and dinner options. The outside area is very nice,spent a lot of my time relaxing there with a drink and some cigarettes. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

Daliyah (10/5): Clean, nice service, not close to city center - The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The hotel shuttle service was more than what is listed on the website and on hotels.com. I paid 40 euros when I was expecting 25. The hotel isn’t close to the city center, so they offer a free shuttle from 8:00 to 11:30, but I think it should be offered at least one time in the afternoon and then start at 8. I was unable to get a taxi to the city for a 5:30 class I had so I just missed it. The restaurant food is not to great, and seeing that they are not close to the city, I expected more from the food. The hotel overall is a good and clean hotel.

James (10/5): - Hotel is great and staff was friendly and helpful but area outside in the neighborhood and surrounding city in the area has so much grafittii and garbage and homeless people and trash and human feces in the streets and bus station elevators that we did not feel safe walking around outside of the hotel
Ryan (10/5): - Not the greatest area, with very little at all within walking distance. That being said, the property itself was well maintained. The cleaning staff were excellent in cleaning and resupplying everday. The restaraunt on property was some of the best eating we had while in Italy. And Luigi, who oversees the restaraunt and bar, was above fantastic!
MARCIA RENAE (8/5): - Very nice hotel, received the VIP access. My floor and room was recently renovated so it was really NICE!! Restaurant was good, breakfast had a lot of variety and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Haim (2/5): one star hotel - We ordered and received a beautiful and large room, in the second floor with elevator. the room was unbearably noisy, we asked to change it. They moved us to a small room 2.5 floors without elevator a simple room of a less than one star hotel. In short, it was a nightmare. We paid for a 4-star hotel, we got a room in a 1-star hotel. It is forbidden to approach this hotel.

ANNA (10/5): - I like this hotel for it’s location, walking distance from train station and very helpful and friendly staff.
John (6/5): - The Magris hotel was very clean and the staff very nice. I didn't realize it is in the industrial area and therefore the surrounding area is extremely dirty and full of litter as well as homeless people hanging around. The hotel would not allow us to bring food to our room other than room service, so being told that was quite insulting. The continental breakfast was good and was included. The air conditioner in the property has been broken for over a month which we were only told when we arrived, which required us to keep our windows open and our room was right above the entrance to an adjacent hotel and bar, so was quite noisy. The bed was not very comfortable but the room was very clean and updated with power stations, tv, etc. We were trying to dry some wet clothes in the bathroom with the window open but housekeeping closed the windows while we were out and with no AC our clothes stayed damp. Overall the stay was fine but even though the hotel and staff were nice I would stay elsewhere in the future.

Graham (6/5): Business Stay - Hotel was in ideal placement for where i needed to be. Wi-Fi was very slow, when I booked facilities stated there was an indoor pool, but there wasn't no indoor pool which was a disappointment
Simon (6/5): Average hotel in a poor part of town. - The hotel is 3 star at most. It is situated in a very unpleasant part of town (which says a lot when you're talking about Naples). The air conditioning did not really work and the room was very hot in the afternoon and evening. Breakfast was fine, but you had to ask someone for everything you wanted. It was convenient for the airport, but not for more than one night's stay.
Rebecca (10/5): - My teenage daughter and I traveled to Italy for the first time. Staying at the Magris hotel for seven nights. We were very happy with our room, and the grounds. We were pleasantly surprised by how updated our room was, and how nicely the grounds were kept. They offer a very nice complimentary breakfast, with many options. The staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Tara (10/5): - Property was great! Easy to check in and out, breakfast is included, but they do not allow in any outside food (was not told upon checkin and nothing is open late nearby).
Caroline (8/5): - We didn't like the area around the hotel as there was a lot of litter and graffiti, and it was quite industrial, but this seemed to be the case with most of the parts of the city we saw. The hotel was clean and nice - a small oasis amongst the grot. We felt safe in the hotel.

Venkata (2/5): - Worst experience. When we reached the hotel, The manager said all rooms were sold out and offered a smaller (much cheaper) room in a different hotel across the street. They did not offer any type of compensation and we were helpless as the entire amount was prepaid.

Trong-Dat (10/5): - Very nice hotel, great price and friendly staff. However, area around was really not nice. No restaurant per say and looks like an industrial area. The metro is a few minutes walk away though. It will take you to downtown area. The taxi is around 20 Euro to the airport.

Charlene (10/5): Great hotel - Very helpful staff. Wonderful service. We received complimentary snacks with our drinks. Good parking in a lot with large enough parking spaces. Hotel seems nicely updated. Would definitely stay again.
