Both the shower and sink in our room didn’t drain. Room could have benefited from two sets of bunk beds instead of two adjoining twin beds and a bunk. You can hear quite a lot from the hallway and floors above.

• Maaike (4/5): Average value. - The staff was exceptionally helpful and the atmosphere was very relaxed in the hostel. The location was pretty good too and the beds were tall enough As indicated on the property listing, there was supposed to be a kitchen but there was none available (so I am paying for amenities that are not there?!), the cleaning was done very very poorly (no use of detergent, dust piles everywhere, no proper vacuum cleaning or mopping of the rooms & hallway)

• Stefanie (7/5): Auch wenn ich Verbesserungsvorschläge habe, so würde und werde ich wiederkommen :-) - Der renovierte Frühstücksraum, die Lage des Ho(s)tels, das freundliche Personal, das Bett/Matratzen an sich, die Größe des Badezimmers und Rührei mit Bohnen zum Frühstück :-) Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir auch etwas frisches Obst und einfach nur (Müsli-) Flocken ohne Schoko gewünscht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße - ich hatte vergessen, dass diese bei gekipptem Fenster sehr laut ist (ich war bereits das zweite Mal da)... Die Zimmertüren (zumindest im 5. Stock) sind so eingestellt, dass sie sehr laut schließen/zufallen, wenn sie nicht ganz vorsichtig zugemacht werden. Die meisten Gäste machen das nicht, also knallt es ziemlich oft...?!... Vielleicht kann man das besser einstellen?!

Etage mit Blick in den Innenhof - die relativ große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet - die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt der Einstieg zur Dusche war sehr eng - und es fehlte eine Informationsquelle (z.B. TV) auf dem Zimmer

• Clark (8/5): Clean and spacious accommodations in central Munich! - The rooms are a great use of space, and can accommodate a family of 5 comfortably, which is really nice! The facilities are nice and clean, but many things either don’t work or are under some sort of renovation (kitchen is closed, luggage lockers don’t work) - which would have been good to know beforehand.
• Lucija (8/5): - Objekt se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, vrlo blizu glavnog autobusnog kolodvora. Super je što recepcija radi cijelu noć pa je idealno ukoliko imate kasni dolazak. Doručak je bio vrlo fin, s osnovnim klasičnim namirnicama poput jaja, namaza, žitarica, jogurta i raznih peciva.

It was so ridiculously noisy. We hardly got any sleep. We were in room 114 and all we could hear were people laughing and shouting downstairs until 2am and the noise people made on the stairs.

My room was clean, as well as my bed. However, I would imagine that this depends on you roommates. The price is only fair when you remind youself it is München.

• Alice (8/5): Zingarata a Monaco - L'hotel si trova abbastanza vicino alla stazione centrale, di fronte c'è un Augustiner pub. Facile da trovare, facile da prenotare, adatto a una clientela giovane. Camere poco insonorizzate, la nostra era una camera da 6, si nota l'adattamento da Ostello tipo il bagno con sanitari e doccia separati, le cassette di sicurezza presenti in camera ma credo sia necessario prima chiedere i lucchetti in reception. La camera in ogni caso era pulita, alcuni letti cigolavano. Apprezzato anche se non utilizzato il ristorante e il locker per i bagagli (anche se in stazione costa meno). Sicuramente molto vantaggioso a livello di prezzo delle camere, lo consiglierei.

• Lilia (7/5): - The staff is very friendly, and the accommodations are good. I stayed in a shared room and arrived late in the evening. The bathroom was dirty, so I didn’t even feel like taking a shower. There was also only one power outlet to charge my devices. I wasn’t able to charge my phone in the room—there was only one socket for six people, which is something basic you need. So I went downstairs at 5 a.m. to get a coffee and charge my phone. It annoyed me a little.
