- Sayuki (9/5): 初めてのプラハ、街もホテルも良い思い出になりました。 - 部屋が清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水圧や温度調整が良く、浴槽もあったので、お風呂で疲れを取る事が出来ました。 冷蔵庫がなかったのが、唯一不便な点でした。

- Jiří (7/5): - Lokalita, velice blízko centra, milý personál Ubytování poskytuje možnost parkování na dvoře. Bohužel při rezervaci parkování jsem nedostal informaci, že průjezd na dvůr je velmi úzký. Tím pádem jsem nemohl projet a musel parkovat v modré zóně.

- Ed (7/5): - Ticho, ticho, ticho 🙂 Panie na recepcii sú neuveriteľne milé. Ďakujem. Raňajky začínajú o 08.00 - síce dosť neskoro, ale dobre. Ale aby slečna (tri dni v tom istom (civilnom) oblečení (tričko a čierne rifle) chodila o 08.15 hod. na nákup pečiva (rožky a žemle) aby bolo všetko nachystané na raňajky o 8.30 - vtedy už väčšina hostí z raňajok odchádza, tak to je myslím priveľa. "Slečna od raňajok" nestíha teda zhola nič.

Pokój był przestronny dla mnie jako podróżującego solo, także był bardzo czysty. Też nie ma widoku na ulicę, tylko w ogródek wnętrzny co pozwala spokojnie odpocząć bez hałasu. Łóżko najwygodniejsze ze wszystkich hoteli 3-gwiazdkowych w których byłem. Łazienka też jest bardzo przestronna co jest wielkim atutem tego pokoju. Warto dopłacić za pokój z wanną i za śniadania! Śniadanie było ciepłe i zimne, szeroki wybór aby najeść się przed całym dniem podróżowania po Pradze. Napewno wrócę tu podczas nastenpnego wyjazdu do Pragi! Oddzielne podziękowania obsłudze hotelu - zawsze można zapytać o coś i zawsze z uśmiechem pomogą w razie pytań 😄

- Masako (10/5): - 広くて清潔、素敵な部屋でした。 クローゼットには十分な収納力があり、バスルームも広い、冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、枕元の電源、全て揃っています。 スーパーがお向かいのビルの地下にあり、トラムや地下鉄の駅にも数分なので便利です。 フロントではコーヒーやキャンディのサービスがあり、スタッフさん達はとてもフレンドリーです。 ふたりで滞在するので部屋の鍵を2つ希望したら、2つ目は新たに作ってくれました。 部屋の真ん中に柱があるのが唯一の難点でした。

- Giulia (7/5): - Estrema gentilezza dello staff e disponibilità, posizione leggermente defilata dal centro in un quartiere con buoni servizi e a prezzi competitivi. Il fatto che è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici . Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci hanno lasciato depositare i bagagli e valigie anche dopo il check out ed è stato comodo e molto cordiale. La camera era carina! Purtroppo le tende della camera non erano per nulla oscuranti, abbiamo dormito abbastanza male tutti i giorni per via della luce mattutina. La camera non è mai stata pulita, solo uno svuotamento di cestini giornaliero. Mancava il sapone per lavarsi le mani. Riscaldamento spento o tenuto molto basso nonostante il freddo di marzo. La camera matrimoniale aveva 2 sole prese elettriche, per altro posizionate in posti per nulla comodi, avremmo gradito una presa per comodino almeno.
- Oriah (7/5): It was nice overall, but if you’re looking for a quiet place and honesty from the hotel, this is not it. - The girl from the reception in my first day, …, was so sweet! She helped me with my luggage, and she asked the guys who in charge on the renovations in the hotel to start in 10 instead of 9 in the morning because of my request. That was so nice of her! The bath was awesome, the heat worked well. There were renovations in the hotel. I tried to work and make Zoom calls, and it was really difficult. If I had known about this before I paid for the hotel, I would have chosen somewhere else. In my opinion, it’s not acceptable not to inform guests in advance about ongoing renovations.
- Dana (7/5): Wonderful staff, nice location, but some of the facilities can be improved. - The staff was super nice and friendly, and did their best to help. The location was lovely, in a nice area. The room was quiet and the bed was nice and comfy. I had an issue with the shower, when at some point the water pressure became weak until it stopped completely at the middle of the shower. Only after a few minutes the water were back. The hotel was fully booked, so I could not switch a room. The second time I tried to take a shower the water didn't stop completely but water pressure was not stable and at some moments it was ridiculously weak.

Lokalita je v dochozí vzdálenosti od Václavského náměstí a dalších památek. Byl tam trochu nižší tlak vody ve sprše, ale dalo se zvládnout. Televize na pokoji měla občas slabší signál, ale vzhledem k tomu, že jsem tam nepřijel na televizi, tak to ani nevadilo.
- Manuel (9/5): Gutes und ruhiges Stadthotel - Das Hotel liegt zu Fuß 20 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof bzw. der Innenstadt entfernt, die Straßenbahn hält 100 m entfernt. Trotz der guten Anbindung ist es ruhig gelegen. Mein Zimmer war zwar zum Innenhof (war bekannt), aber dafür konnte man in einer Großstadt mit gekippten Fenster schlafen und hat nichts gehört. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. ---
