Jest lodówka, zamrażalka, kuchenka gazowa, piekarnik. Obiekt jest dobrze zabezpieczony. Klimatyzacja działa dobrze, ale przydałaby się także w części wspólnej - jadalni. Neapol to miasto kontrastów, piękne zabytki, ale dużo śmieci na ulicach. Powinny być lepsze okna/drzwi balkonowe, ponieważ te co są nie tłumią wystarczająco hałasu. Trzeba spać z zatyczkami w uszach. Na ulicy panuje ruch uliczny całą noc, o 24.00 w nocy śmieciarki zabierają śmieci. Dzielnica jest niezbyt bezpieczna w nocy, szczególnie idąc w kierunku dworca głównego. Bezpieczniej jest iść w górę ulicy do przystanku metra Piazza Cavour. Blisko jest sklep Deco Market, gdzie można niedrogo kupić rzeczy do jedzenia.

• Reiwal (7/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral ob zum Bahnhof oder zum Centro. Das Einchecken war problemlos und das Zimmer war groß und hell. Trotz geschlossener Fenster war der Lärm von der Straße auch während der Nacht nicht angenehm.

Molto frastuono proveniente da fuori ovvero per tutta la notte si sentivano auto sfrecciare, gridassi e aerei. Credo questo dipenda principalmente dagli infissi del balconcino, dove oltretutto non c'è una tapparella e l'unica cosa che ti protegge al risveglio da una luce mattutina sul viso è una tenda doppia. Forse è solo un problema di quella camera, poiché ce ne più di una, e questa non vuole essere una recensione negativa.

• Luiz (9/5): Local de fácil acesso ao centro historico - O quarto é amplo, limpo e confortável. Possui uma cozinha compartilhada com o mínimo para preparo de alguma refeição rápida. O proprietário esteve sempre disponível, foi atencioso e prestou todas as informações necessárias. A localização é próxima da estação central, fácil acesso ao centro histórico. Há um estacionamento pago a €25/dia proximo. Acho que para facilitar o check-in e primeiro contato com a acomodação, um folder mais explicativo com imagens de localização das chaves possa ajudar. A identificação dos quartos também seria de muita ajuda. (Essa sugestão já foi passada ao proprietario, que já esta providenciando). O Wi-Fi precisa de uma reconfiguração. No quarto havia um repetidor que não estava conectando ao ponto central, então o sinal no quarto era fraco ou inexistente.

• Amanda (4/5): Like a hostel. Noisy, frustrating, left hungry and tired. - Room clean. Noise from other people staying there that partied in the joint kitchen until 4am. Not the owner’s fault, but it should be make clear it’s a shared accommodation and gatherings like that should be discouraged. Shared fridge… and everything I bought for breakfast wasn’t there when in the morning. Palaver to get in/out with keys/codes. A lot of street noise.

• Suraj (9/5): Pleasant stay with good quality amenities and convenient location - I was given a room that was better than what I had booked. It included a small kitchen which was very useful. The bed was super comfortable, shower was great (both were better than some star hotels!) and airco worked perfectly. Location was walking distance to main city centre and central station which was super convenient. There was street noise coming to the room at night so I had to sleep with ear plugs on, and then it was ok. Also while the location is convenient, the neighbourhood is a bit rough (like any other city area in Europe near a central station) I was targeted by pick-pockets but luckily they could not get anything. So one needs to be extra careful.

Due to the busy street, it is very noisy at night. The neighborhood is not very uplifting, not reflecting the bright side of Napoli.

I forgot a very personal belonging when we left and the owner didnt even bother looking for it. Very dissapointed.

• Brooke (9/5): Very clean, welcoming little home in great location. - This was probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed in Naples! A slightly unusual accommodation it seems to be a large apartment converted into en-suite guest rooms. There was a shared kitchen area, generously stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, milk, bottled water, juice, yoghurt, and an array of snacks/pastries/cookies. This does constitute the breakfast included and that was fine for me. Use of the refrigerator was also available. The room itself was extremely comfortable, large bed, air conditioning and a shower with excellent water pressure. There was no bathtub as listed though which was a shame. The staff were very friendly and polite and had good communication prior. The apartment itself is set in a very pretty courtyard, feeling very traditionally Italian. The room I stayed in was facing the street and while the view was interesting the noise was a bit much. Unfortunately Naples just is a very noisy city, until very late at night. This cannot be helped and is a common issue. But if the property has the chance to invest in some better noise insulation that would be good. I would recommend light sleepers pack earplugs, difficult to get to sleep before 2am otherwise.

The street is so noisy and the windows are not soundproof. The kitchen lights are time limited like for only 20-30s, very inconvenient to use kitchen in a suddenly darkness.Shared kitchen: coffee machine doesn’t work, not enough shared cooking or tableware. It is a residential apartment and subletting rooms to travelers. The walking distance to the train station is definitely not suitable for suitcases.

Downside: location. - The accommodation is close to the train station, which is helpful if you arrive by train/are heading back to the airport with the shuttle. The accommodation was clean and the room was a really decent size. It included a wardrobe, desk, television, bedside table as well as a private bathroom. There was a kitchen area and the host provided snacks/coffee capsules/water for guests. Mariano was really responsive to messages; so was able to help if I had an issue. He also let me keep my bag in the building post-checkout. The main drawback was the noise level. The other reviews aren't exaggerating; it is pretty noisy at night time. I used earplugs which helped but if you're hoping for a relaxing sleep, then this probably isn't the right place for you. The building has a keypad, but the code I was given didn't work. This means you need to rely on the keys. I had an issue with the lock on the entrance to the accommodation (not the main building), as well as the lock on my room (which kept getting stuck). It didn't cause any real issues and Mariano was attentive but it was a bit of a pain. Each time I entered the building I could smell cigarette smoke, but my room was fine. I couldn't use the main shower head as it would leak quite a lot of water, this was a shame because you couldn't use the smaller shower head without holding it as it would also spray everywhere. It was a nuisance for 7 days, but wouldn't be too bad if your stay is short. As a solo traveller, I would probably choose a different location next time. The accommodation is close to the train station, which is a bit rough.

• Agáta (4/5): Disappointing - The bathroom was nice. We did not get the room we ordered, the accomodation in completely different building. We were not informed about it in advance. We were waiting 40 minutes before building with no response, because the host forgot to tell us the name of the bell we were supposed to ring. Our room was super small and did not have double bed, but two very uncomfortable beds - one was even folding bed and 50 cm lower than the first one. Very 'romantic' for a couple... The host is nice, but does not speak English at all. There was no cleaning during our stay.

Very close to the apartments there is a parking - 25€ for 24h - very confortable. Close to the old part of the city. In the bathroom everything necessary, in the kitchen too. We liked our stay very much. It was too noisy from the street even when the window is closed - many cars. The city never sleeps. But when you get tired during the day you don't hear the noise anymore.

• Adrian (4/5): Didn't like it - Location was good. Bathroom was good as well. Self check in was comfortable and city taxes were paid by card online. We were 3 people and booked a room with 3 beds so we could have an individual bed for each one. When we arrived we found out that they gave us other room with 2 beds (one individual and one double) which I think is cheaper on Booking. Talked to the owner and he said that he gave us that bedroom because we were 3 people, but offered to change the following day to the bedroom we actually rented. Didn't do so because we didn't want to waste time of our holidays changing rooms. The bedroom we rented was a bit small for 3 people. The sheets of the individual bed didn't smell good and I found lot of long hair there. Besides, I gently sat on the individual bed and the wood below it broke (I think I don't weight that much!). Mosquitoes everywhere, despite it didn't bother me too much, there is a lot of car noise from the street. Breakfast was not that good either. Lots of ultraprocessed sweets and coffee machine stopped working the second day. Besides that, there were yogurts and juices, but none of the days we stayed there we could find more than 2 of those, there was always one missing... Finally, this is just and opinion, but I didn't like to see cameras on the common areas (kitchen, hall...). I hope this helps the host to improve some points!

• Ioan-romeo (7/5): Good - Good positioning for Centro storico, central railway station and even for the port of Naples. At the begining the neighborhood look not nice, but we felt safe all the time. The room is big, with a great bathroom, equipped with everything you need. There is a nice kitchen, shared with other 3 rooms, equipped with a fridge. The kitchen is very clean. When we were booking we red the comments of people who stayed at the location. There were complaints about noise. But we were thinking, how bad could it be? Finaly we found out that it is not bad. It is terrible! The street is very circulated, but this is not the main reason for the noise. The main reason is that the door to the balcony is very bad in terms of soundproofing insulation. We could here the truck picking-up the garbage and even the planes which departed from the airport. But, we did not come to Naples for rest and finally had a good stay.

• Maria (8/5): Great value accommodation convenient for train station. - The breakfast was served yourself with cakes, biscuits and packets-there was plenty of it! The concierge was very friendly and helpful as was the owner when we needed to contact him. Our room had a balcony which was great for watching the street- very busy all through Saturday night and Sunday morning so might be a bit noisy for some! Nothing. It was a good, large, clean comfortable room which we thought was great value for money, not luxurious but definitely good value!

• Henrique (6/5): Ok, but just for the bare minimum necessities - New and clean place. Great staff, easy check-in procedure and tips about the city. The area of the city is quite bad, near the station but sketchy and dirty. Breakfast is actually just a bunch of supermarket biscuits and a shared kitchen to make coffee/tea by yourself. The shower was terrible, it was totally blocked and the main head would leak and get all bathroom wet, had to use the smaller head with very low water volume.

• Katherine (8/5): Cosy and Comfortable place to stay - The host were really friendly, place was always clean, I got A/C in my room working perfectly, the host provide tea, coffee and cookies in the kitchen, its a proper Italian building, the place was easy to find by the buses and you have a walking distance the underground, was a good balance between price and location, its a basic but really nice place, do not expect luxury because you do not gonna find that in the street around!! I will recommend Dimora Ruggiero to anyone in budget holidays and certainly I will be back!!! Maybe the surround area because its little bit dirty but this can not be change ..... its the way the city manage his own day to day way.
