• Raul (8/5): - Localização excelente: perto da estação de metrô e próximo de diversos restaurantes de diferentes perfis e mercados. Para quem pretende economizar com refeições, o quarto possui equipamento para cozinhar. A tomada do banheiro não estava funcionando. O quarto, apesar de espaçoso, não tinha tanto espaço livre para acomodar bagagem.

• Marc (7/5): - Die Fraser Suits haben uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Suits haben eine Top Lage zum Flughafen und sind für Familien oder all diejenigen, die nicht mitten im Trubel von Soho oder den Hot Spots sein wollen ideal. Trotzdem ist man zu Fuss oder mit Bus und Bahn sofort mittendrin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pubs, Restaurant, Fast Food, Supermarkt und U-Bahn direkt um die Ecke. Leider hatten wir ein nicht so schönes Executive Appartment erwischt, Nr. 103 (entspricht nicht den Bildern). Nur ein schmales Fenster mit kaum Ausblick, man schaut fast nur an die Zimmerwände. Das Zustellbett ist komplett durch. Darauf könnte kein Erwachsener mehr schlafen. Muss dringend getauscht werden.

Super Lager - nahe zur U-Bahn mit Direktverbindung ins Stadtzentrum. Einige Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auszieh-Coach für Kinder war nicht sehr bequem.
• Rosemary Claire (10/5): Highly recommended, great location and excellent accommodation - Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to Gloucester Road station (where there is a Waitrose and various restaurants/takeaways) and within easy reach of tourist attractions. We stayed 3 nights in a lower ground apartment. The kitchenette/sitting area was more than adequate for two people, the bathroom very spacious, and the bedroom comfortable. The whole property is well-maintained and the staff very welcoming. We booked Fraser Suites after being let down by another property close by (SG, Prime Knightsbridge Luxury Suite), which cancelled our reservation less than 2 days before we were due to arrive. Fraser Suites was an excellent substitute and I would happily stay there again. No bath robes.

• JosephSmith103 (2/5): Disappointing lack of compassion - We booked a 5 night stay for 2 couples at this location and did the pre-pay option which did not allow cancellation. My wife had an emergency surgery situation with a recovery time which would not allow her to travel. We merely asked for the opportunity to rebook at a later date and several requests and explanations were met with refusal. No consideration for emergency circumstances was given and we were basically refused any consideration. Several thousand USD have been forfeited without any possible remedy. Every person with whom I interacted gave me the excuse that it was their "policy" and they were unwilling to deviate...regardless of circumstances. This despite my membership in the Fraser World Loyalty Program. This is a cautionary tale. Avoid Fraser Suites. There are better options with more hospitable management.

Attention particulière donnée à ma fille par le personnel de l'hôtel pour son anniversaire. Situation géopgraphique idéale près des musées et des commerces. Je recommande cet hôtel pour des voyages en famille (mon cas) ou entre amoureux.

• Nicki (4/5): Disappointed - We have stayed here a number of times and hence our return. Its location is perfect and love the ability to do your own thing! We told Reception about the faulty air conditioning unit on the first evening, nothing happened, it wasn’t fixed and despite the fact that the weather was less warm, we were cold in an evening and the place was completely air less… ridiculous given the fact we were in a basement apartment which had no windows that were outside the building… worse stay we have ever had. On check out we mentioned the above issue again and the guy on Reception responded was with complete disinterest… 😠

Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια αφού όλα ήταν δίπλα μας. Το προσωπικό στην υποδοχή ήταν ευγενικό Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ κατώτερο για ένα τέτοιο κατάλυμα πόσο μάλλον της τιμής του καταλύματος. Επίσης τα 2 άτομα που δούλευαν στο πρωινό έμοιαζαν λες και τους τρως το φαγητό.

• 400bal_zsp (10/5): Great place, Great staff! - We were celebrating my mums 60th birthday at Frasers, and it was the best experience ever. The team truly went the extra mile to make this special occasion unforgettable. They kindly organised a cake and wine for us, along with cards and balloons, which was such a lovely touch. All the staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming. A special shout-out to Irish, Muhammed, Nira, and Eva from the breakfast team for their excellent service. Highly reccomended! The hotel is also in a fantastic location, close to the Natural History Museum, Hyde Park, the VandA Museum, and very well connected by public transport.
• Cornelia (9/5): Unbedingte Empfehlung - Unfassbar war das Entgegenkommen! Allem voran von Niah!!!! Wir sind früh gelandet und wollten nur unser Gepäck abgeben! Tatsächlich wurde uns bereits unser Appartement angeboten. Dies war im UG/LG. Das Appartement ist schön, aber aufgrund meiner gesundheitlichen Probleme hätte ich dort nicht schlafen können. Mir wurde umgehend ein anderes Studio im 2.OG angeboten, hell und luftig mit drei Fenstern zur Cromwell Road, aufgrund der sehr guten Fenster haben wir aber nichts vom Straßenverkehr mitbekommen. Sehr gerührt war ich, als ich abends in meinem Zimmer eine handgeschriebene Karte und Pralinen von Niah vorfand! Hier trifft Professionalität auf echte Herzenswärme. Die Lage des Hotels ist genial, direkt an Gloucester Street Station, mit Geschäften und Gastro. 5 Minuten zu den Museen und 15 Minuten bis Harrods! Es lohnt sich uneingeschränkt! Jammern auf hohem Niveau: der Teppich in den Fluren ist sehr weich, Koffer lassen sich nur schwergängig darüber ziehen.

The front desk staffs were polite, and helpful, they knew I will be staying long and needed to wash my clothes often, they gave me a room with washing machine. Perfect! Am looking forward to my stay with Fraser again.

It will be at the top of the list of hotels I would consider staying at on my next visit to London. Cleanliness, staff, and overall service were all very good. The only downside is that there is no room service, but I believe it is not included in the hotel’s services anyway :)

There wasn’t a sofa. There was a table with two chairs.they showed us other rooms the 2nd day. But they weren’t 1 bedrooms, they were studios. Also, the road noise was quite load through the night and early morning hours.

• melissa (10/5): Couldn’t recommend it highly enough ! - The location of this hotel was fantastic - so close to Glouster Road Station - so easy if you’re coming in from Heathrow. The room was large, especially for London. The kitchenette was well equipped, particularly as we were here for 6 nights, bathroom was huge, the shower/bath wonderful water pressure and plenty of hot water. Absolutely no negatives - great value for money.

• Cecile (10/5): It made our night out at the Natural History Museum perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk back - Very spacious with separate kitchen, which was well equipped and separate lounge/dining area. Brilliant location to the Natural History Museum and walk to the tube station, Nothing

• Kiera (8/5): - It was really clean and nicely decorated. The staff were all wonderful - especially Chinmaya at the reception was super lovely and helpful at all times. It's a bit old-fashioned and cold inside. Everything is a bit creaky.
• Rowena (9/5): - Cleaning was done every other day. It would be better if it is done daily.
