• van Vilsteren (9/5): - It was nice having the free space and lots of room to enjoy. It was a great apartment to come back to relax and unwind.. Would be great for a big group of people., with the multiple rooms and bathrooms. It was close to the metro and to the water to enjoy. The breakfast was okay -- but there was minimal options provided. We were able to go to the supermarket close by and purchase a few extra things ourselves to get a better variety of options for breakfast. The breakfast provided was limited.

• LAREINA (10/5): Amazing place in an amazing location with the best night’s sleep and living areas. - All the touches, the welcome pack, the spaciousness, the history with St Francis of Assisi, the kindness of staff, the comfortable beds, the value for money, how well we slept. • elisabet (9/5): Mycket fin lägenhet med fantastiskt läge - Charmig och fräsch lägenhet med gott om plats för oss som var 5 st. Läget var verkligen perfekt, nära till hamn, Ramblas, Barrio Gotico och mataffär och bageri. Det var tyst trots det centrala läget. Terrassen på taket var mycket trevlig, fina sittgrupper och utsikt över taken. Bra att kunna lämna bagage på huvudkontor innan och efter incheckning-det är värt att åka dit bara för den fantastiska utsikten på detta kontor Lägenheten luktade lite unket speciellt efter att man varit borta hela dagen och allt varit stängt.

• Chiara (9/5): Zentral, modern, spaßig. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und voll ausgestattet. Das Team antwortet sehr sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und es ist sauber. Wenn man sehr pingelig sein möchte, dann kann man sagen Hygiene 9/10, aber eigentlich gibt es nichts zu meckern.

• Paula (9/5): The apartment is in an amazing location but also quiet too. - We dropped off our bags at the main office and spent the day exploring the city, as we had an early arrival in Barcelona. The team couldn't have been more helpful. We later received messages stating that our apartment was ready, along with instructions on how to access the building and retrieve the key. Nothing comes to mind.

Pohodlné a prostorné ubytování s vlastní kuchyní a obývacím pokojem. Velmi jsme ocenili výtah. Trošku temný apartmán, je potřeba hodně svítit. Chladno od země, ale vytápění apartmánu lze snadno regulovat. Je to ale logické, jedná se o starý dům.

• Elke (8/5): Gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen - Gute Kommunikation und Unterstützung via WhatsApp. Das Appartment hat eine gute Lage und ist sauber. Es war ausreichend für unsere Ansprüche. Leider war das Appartment sehr hellhörig und man hörte alles durch die Wände.. Trotz mehrmaligem Lüften war stets ein etwas muffiger Geruch vorhanden.

Three bathrooms, yay! Ability to store luggage onsite or near would have been outstanding. Office was too far away to be practical. Key fob entry was difficult to use. Rooftop needed attention.

• Morel (10/5): Excellent stay in a beautiful city, - The space, service and location were excellent, perfect for a family with small children. The included breakfast was excellent as well, very worth it! The elevator was quite small for a stroller and luggage, but breaking it into a few trips worked.

The location was perfect — close to everything, with great restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also surprisingly spacious for four people, which made it ideal for our group. There wasn’t much to dislike. The elevator was quite small (typical for Europe), and the alley leading up to the entrance could have been cleaner, but those were minor details compared to the overall experience.

• Dijana (8/5): - In machen Zimmer hat es enorm nach Urin gestunken. Ob das von der Lüftung oder vom Zimmer selber war,konnten wir nicht herausfinden. Manchmal konnte man nicht duschen,da das Wasser braun war.
• Amie (5/5): Nice central location, nice apartment just annoyed us that we were told to be quiet when we weren’t even that loud. - The decor was lovely. The smell of bad drains was awful in the bathroom. The keys were temperamental. We didn’t like being told to be quiet, even though all we had on was the telly and we were chatting and giggling. We had no idea we were being listened to. We genuinely weren’t that loud at all. Felt like children being told off and to be quiet when really all we were doing was having a giggle. This upset us the most out of the whole trip. I could understand if we were being out of control or extremely loud but we really weren’t.

• Susan (10/5): A wonderful apartment for a family visiting Barcelona! - The location of this apartment is central to many things to see in Barcelona, especially Las Ramblas. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and the hosts provided food, milk and juice, which was handy during our stay. Nothing. We had a great stay!

They went above and beyond to help us coordinate travel to/from the airport, but also to make recommendations for locations near by. The apartment was perfect, clean and had everything we needed with nice touches.
• Melissa (10/5): - The apartment was huge! Great to have so many extra beds and two bathrooms. The rooftop pool was small, but well decorated and we had it to ourselves. They delivered breakfast each evening and were responsive through WhatsApp when we had difficulty getting in. Very clean.
• Lori (9/5): A very good find. We would come again. - The space was great… The bathrooms were clean and modern as was the kitchen. Location was good. The grandkids loved the pool and the outdoor space on the roof. Halfway through our stay, housekeeping brought us fresh towels. That was really great. We encountered somewhat dirty floors when we arrived. They were promptly clean. It was explained to us that Barcelona suffers from chronic dust. The floors were fine after being cleaned I guess twice. Consider upgrading the furniture in the living room. We were in 22. The furniture was old and looked like something from your grandma’s house.

Loved being able to use the pool & rooftop space before a day out or after for some chill time. Definitely recommend & would book again when in Barcelona.

Our flight got un early and communicated through WhatsApp and was able to leave our luggage whole they cleaned up our room. Air conditioning works great and bathrooms are very clean and shower heads were excellent. Walking distance to the beach, Gothic quarter and La Rambla . We enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again.

We were able to walk through the streets to get a great vibe of the city, so many little local eateries close to the apartment. We were really close to neighbours so had to be conscious about noise and opening curtains / windows.

• Stephen (10/5): - This property was great for our family of 5 there were three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen and living area were spacious. The roof top with the pool was nice too! It rained while we were there and there was a leak in the ceiling that dripped on one of the beds but the staff was quick to bring us a fresh set of sheets. Would recommend staying here.

• Bradley (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was very spacious and handy having two toilets, perfect as well with the amount of cutlery that was available for all 8 guests. Perfect short walk to the metro and right next to a super market. Additionally it was gated access and felt very safe and secure. The pool was a bit smaller than it looks in photos but it was perfect to dunk into to cure a hangover.

• Pamela (10/5): - La ubicación es excepcional, a unos metros de la Rambla y del puerto, caminando a la Barceloneta. El apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. La limpieza excelente. La atención por chat es muy buena. Fácil acceso a taxi y al metro.
• Yann (6/5): Good, but not perfect. - I liked the location in the city center, even though the street itself was average. I appreciated the attention to detail for my birthday, with a bottle placed in the room. I also liked the recommendations the hotel gave me for a restaurant (though not for the second one). I was pleased that they charged me a reduced price for the early check-in. I didn’t like the smell in the apartment or on the street; it smelled like sewage. I didn’t like the noise at night, especially during the first night, which was unbearable. The quality of the bedding was disappointing and clearly not up to the standard for the price. Overall, I was very unhappy with the value for money. I’m used to luxury locations, and at over 1000 CHF per night, which is equivalent to stays in very nice hotels, I expected something exceptional, but it was far from luxurious. Additionally, there was no luggage drop-off on-site when arriving or departing, and the baggage drop-off office was far away.
