- Marcos (1/5): No lo recomiendo encima calidad precio - Lo único que te dejan una máquina por lo menos para hacerte un café Al más llegar a las 15:30 más o menos están limpiando los cristales luego estaba sucio el suelo del salón y el señor de la limpieza me dijo que era por cuelga del cristalero…… a las 6 de la mañana de los pisos de arriba gritos y un montón de ruidos luego el ventilador del baño hacía un montón de ruido y encima apagando la luz sigue funcionando muy mala estancia me fui a las 9 de la mañana no lo recomiendo

- Natalia (7/5): - Tilava huoneisto, jossa on hyvin nukkumatilaa. Tiskikone ja pyykkikone lisäävät asumismukavuutta. Sisäänkirjautumisessa oli ongelma, mutta se saatiin hoidettua. Henkilökunta vastaa viesteihin nopeasti. Pääsykoodi saapui myöhässä, mikä viivästytti sisäänkirjautumista. Viikonloppuiltaisin ympäristössä on melua myöhään asti.

Niewlasciwa rowniez byla oplata - kaucja w wysokosci 29 euro o ktorej nie bylo mowy przy rezerwacji apartamentu.

- Paulina (6/5): - Słaby kontakt z właścicielami obiektu. Gdy wieczorem dotarliśmy do mieszkania, pracowali w nim robotnicy budowlani/konserwatorzy, w mieszkaniu znajdowała się duża ilość narzędzi. Panowie zostawili po sobie bałagan, nic nie zostało posprzątane po przeprowadzonych naprawach. Brak kontaktu z obiektem, po kontakcie z pracownikami booking udało nam się uzyskać jedną odpowiedź od obiektu, że proponują sprzątania mieszkania następnego dnia podczas naszej nieobecności. Nie zgodziliśmy się na to, zapytaliśmy o ewentualny dostęp do innego apartamentu, gotowego na przyjęcie gości. Niestety nikt nie odpowiedział, nie wiedzieliśmy czy możemy wejść do mieszkania czy powinniśmy czekać. Ze strony obiektu nie było kontaktu do końca naszego pobytu.

Subir y bajar con cuatro maletas casi nos accidenta, el agua caliente solo alcanza para una ducha , debimos bañarnos con agua fría, no recomiendo ir con niños como fue mi caso

- Roberto (6/5): Aspettatevi non rispettate - Ottima posizione, quartiere molto curato. Ampiezza della casa anche se i letti al piano superiore fossero scomodi. La pulizia della casa. Dalle foto sembrava fosse un attico invece era al piano terra di fianco al portone di ingresso. Era un basso. Il fatto che la casa sia al piano terra con una stanza senza alcuna tapparella o tenda affinchè non si veda all'interno dal palazzo posteriore o che al mattino entri la luce in tutta la camera interrompendo il sonno. Riscaldamento con un apparecchio vecchio e difficile da far utilizzare. Check-in online viene richiesta una caparra.

- giuseppe (7/5): Buona soluzione per Barcellona al giusto prezzo. Ma più attenzione allo stato della casa. - La casa è comoda per 5 adulti e 4 bambini. La cucina è ben fornita. La metro vicina. La posizione non centrale ma molto comoda. La qualità dei mobili è medio bassa. Il divano letto era in condizioni pessime (questo abbassa il voto ). Un letto era rotto, abbiano chiesto assistenza e non la abbiamo avuta (il secondo elemento che abbassa il prezzo).

Apartament wyposażony w piekarnik, mikrofalówkę, rzeczy potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków. Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają faktycznego stanu obiektu, stosunek ceny do standardu nieco zawyżony. Niestety nie mogliśmy liczyć na pomoc personelu w przechowywaniu bagażu ani przy wcześniejszym przyjeździe ani późniejszym wyjeździe, co bardzo utrudniło nasz pobyt w deszczowe dni.

- DrHuman (3/5): Outdated apartment with terrible check-in and uncomfortable stay - The location was convenient and the check-in communication was polite. Nothing else met expectations. The apartment was disappointing in nearly every aspect. The check-in process was disorganized, the apartment wasn’t ready on arrival, and we were repeatedly sent up and down looking for a spare key that wasn’t even in the lockbox. Only one toilet roll was provided for five days for two guests. There was one cheap liquid soap provided with chemical smell and bad for skin. The bathroom was outdated, poorly designed, and extremely limited in space, uncomfortable to use and far below expectations for this price range. The overall sound (and smell) isolation was very poor; from level 1 you can hear every noise from above and smell perfume from other units. The bed was uncomfortable and did not provide proper rest. The sofa was more comfy than the bed. Overall, the apartment felt neglected and not maintained to a professional modern standard. We even thought of leaving midstay. Not recommended.

- Yousuf (9/5): - Apartment was modern and clean. If anyone wants to be near the beach it's just a 5 minute walk it's good but nothing else to do in the area. The self checking in process is not good its terrible and too much info needed and no staff meets you and no checking in desk and if any isues no one to talk to personally immediately just on WhatsApp only . It's in a very quiet area so no places or things to do apart from the beach

- Amarjit (4/5): - Location Bathroom panel falling off and hitting my head and shoulders, I have pictures and videos of the damage, my shoulder was hurting for a couple days, leaks in downstairs bathroom, was told by maintenance it was a drain leak. When we we needed towels we had to wait for for the next day for them to come, I've written up a complaint letter as I'm not happy with my stay, I went for a holiday but ended up just messaging the apartment about issues which was stressing me out

Travel to the city centre by metro and cab took 15 -20 mins Could have renovated one of the bathrooms to look modern like the other one.

Staff were helpful over WhatsApp. The downstairs bedroom and livingroom however had no blinds which led to early wake ups for the people staying in these rooms. Asked the staff about this and it was never sorted No blinds in the downstairs bedroom or livingroom, let in too much light early in the morning and no privacy for the people staying in these bedrooms

Ideal for longer stays and/or family stays. Easy access to the beach. Host was easy to reach and provided valuable information. A bit far from the city center.

- F (8/5): Very good - Great location, apartment was clean, very easy check in system. We found everything we need in the apartment. A member of staff contacting me saying there was complants from a neighbour about noise where my friends and I were not doing any noise apart from talking. They then contact me again stating the same and I went to check myself to find where that noise was coming from and found. I replied to thar staff on whatspp and they never return to me. Also it took 2 days to have the air conditioning fixed.

- Marcin (10/5): Truły unique experience that i recommend. - Truły unique experience. Apartment is beautiful, clean and comfy. It is 13 min of metro travel from the Barcelona center, close to the beach, in quiet area. The place is well equipped in anything you want.

- Sinead (10/5): Perfect Spot - Beautiful apartment, really great layout inside. Easy walk to the beach. Couple of children's playgrounds in every direction. Supermarket is also close by. Nearest coffee shop opens at 6 am. Perfect for toddler life. Walls are a bit thin. It wasn't terribly noisy at the time we stayed, you aren't too close to any nightlife.
- Muhammad (6/5): Adequate stay. - Nice size apartment. Washing machine was a nice touch. The Aircon has a mind of its own and keeps changing temperature without me touching it. The toilet cistern was constantly running and quite noisy in the bedroom. I was asked to throw rubbish in bins outside, but there were no bins.

- Anonymous (5/5): we are grateful for everything, but the thin walls are really a problem. - We loved the location. The walls are made of paper, everything can be heard, even when talking in a normal tone. We find it very inconvenient. On saturday night we talked, without music, it was around 10 o'clock in the evening and the neighbors were complaining.
