• Alfred (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt in sehr ruhiger Ferienwohnung - Praktische kleine Ferienwohnung ein einer Sackgasse auf einem Hügel gelegen und zum Innenhof raus. Dadurch war keinerlei Verkehrslärm zu hören. Eine wirklich sehr ruhige Wohnung. Allerdings ein wenig abhängig von den direkten Nachbarn, da nach innen sehr hellhörig. Aber wir hatten Glück und die Mieter der zweiten Wohnung nebenan waren alle sehr leise. Wir haben immer auswärts gegessen, aber es gibt eine Küchen-Grundausstattung inkl. Kochgelegenheit und Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Mir war vorher nicht klar, dass noch eine zusätzliche Steuer für die Stadt Neapel anfällt, die wir in bar begleichen mussten. Außerdem wäre eine etwas ausführlichere Wegbeschreibung hilfreich. Wenn man die Adresse in Google Maps eingibt, kommt man auf der falschen Seite raus, von dort gibt es keinen Zugang zur Wohnung (die ca. 50m höher liegt). Um zur Wohnung zu gelangen fährt man am besten an der Metrostation Chiaia mit dem Aufzug in den oberen Teil des Stadtviertels und läuft dann aus dem Aufzugkommend die Via Monte di Dio runter, anschließend rechts in die Viale Calascione. Wenn man mit Google Maps navigert, sollte man am besten die Via Monte di Dio 70 eingeben, das ist das Haus am Eingang der Viale Calascione.

• MARINA (10/5): Tutto perfetto, oltre le aspettative. Difficile trovare un posto così centrale e tranquillo - In camera abbiamo trovato macchina espresso con cialde e brioche, gesto di attenzione che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Eleganti anche le tazzine! La posizone è eccezionale. A pochi metri dal centro ma in una deliziosa piazzetta silenziosa e appartata dal caos. Vista mozzafiato su Capri, dalla finestra della camera sembra di guardare un quadro. Arredi moderni ma curati e con personalità, tutto nuovo e pulitissimo, staff molto gentile. Bellissima cabina armadio. Spazi ampi e comodissimi Nullla, è stato tutto perfetto. Peccato non essere rimasti più giorni

• Alessandra (10/5): Fantastico, piacevolissimo, praticissimo. - Vista mare e vista città meravigliose: soggiornare a Napoli con vista mare e città è un'esperienza da vivere almeno una volta! Host super gentili e accoglienti! La posizione permette di visitare sia il centro storico, ma anche il lungomare fino a Mergellina e Posillipo, piazza dei Martiri, via Filangeri, via dei Mille, Piazza Amedeo. Non ho trovato pecche.

• toluka83 (5/5): - Nous avons pris les petits déjeuners à l'extérieur en terrasse où l'on trouve café, croissant à la crème. La première nuit s'est très bien passée, mais quelle surprise dès le lendemain car on pouvait entendre tous les mouvements et les paroles de l'appartement voisin en l'absence d'isolation phonique. L'annonce mentionnait du bruit ce qui réaliste à Naples, mais sans précision et en fait le bruit venait de l'intérieur. Dommage, car le lieu était plutôt bien arrangé

• Benedek (8/5): A house in a great location and lovely hosts - The place is in a great location, just walking in the streets is an experience on itself. The owner is nice and helpful. The kitchen is a bit underequipped, there is no stove or microvawe, only a water heater, so its not the best if you are thinking about cooking for yourself.
• Parto (8/5): The location of the hotel was perfect. And we were glad that the air conditioning worked properly. - The air conditioning. Some of the towels were stained. The coffee machine wasn't working properly.
• Gabija (7/5): Nice flat but lack of basic amenities - Ground floor and thick walls of the flat keep the heat out during the hot days, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and exposed stone elements in the flat. Lack of basic amenities - no iron in the flat, no sponge to do the dishes, no bin bag in the kitchen bin, no salt. One of the shower heads was leaking water, mouldy storage room. Little things that overall cause an inconvenience. The location of the flat is on one of the hills therefore be aware in order to get back in the evening by foot you need to make it up the hill using one of the elevators before they close (at 10pm), otherwise it's a fairly costly taxi ride to get back up.

Even though its only the First Floor its also the 6th Floor. So its easy If you have big luggage. Also the Location is very calm But also Just inside the City If you Go down with the chiaia Elevator.

• Giakoumaros (10/5): Lovely view good location - Amazing location, amazing view and good Wi-Fi. Also lovely host all around very enjoyable Nothing in specific, the apartment was basic but had everything you need! (Bring shower soap)
• Jonathan (3/5): Could have been better. - The best thing about this place is the view - the window looks out on the gulf of Naples, has a great view of the coast and the city, and is truly gorgeous as the sun sets. This part was excellent, the saving grace of the place. Also, the wifi worked and was fast enough. The location is a bit deceptive. On the map, it looks like you are really close to the Mediterranean coast, and if you could fly this would be true. However, for those of us that lack wings, the place is quite hard to get to - you have to walk nearly 1 km to get to areas with restaurants or shops, spiraling out from the narrow alley leading to the building to the side road that leads to a more major residential road that leads to a staircase that finally leads down to the lower level of the city where there are places to eat and things to do. Then it is probably another 0.75 km to the shoreline. You are in the very center of town, but it still takes 15 minutes walking to get anywhere, including to the nearest public transit. And, even if you call a cab, they almost certainly won't risk the alleyway - it is almost too narrow for cars - so you will always have a couple hundred meter walk with your luggage as you arrive and leave to the airport. Additionally, the room had a few issues. There was no soap, conditioner, or shampoo in the shower, which is pretty much expected even for a B&B. The bed was fine for me, but my wife found it very uncomfortable. Worst, the place had ants; not a terrible infestation, but we killed probably 15 of them on the floor, mostly near the heater. The A/C is also not terribly effective - had to run it basically nonstop to achieve a reasonable temperature in the room, though to be fair it was considered unseasonably warm for September when we were there.

• Adrian (2/5): Very poor - Good view from one side of the bed Not a BnB at all. No service no nothing. We saw at check-in and then never again. Also very far to get to any museums and over 15min to get to the subway.

• Myriam (8/5): Perfect. Made easy with booking com and our host Fiorella. - Perfect location. Right in the heart of the city, but the apartment is in a peaceful quite lane. Few minutes walk from Piazza pleblicito, Via Chiaia and Via Toledo. Smart tv in room 😏
• Taisto (8/5): Good location but viewing the sea is not worth of staying overnigh in unclean apartment. - Location for the apartment is great when you figure out that there is a lift and stairs (Ascensore Chiaia) from Via Monte di Dio to Via Chiaia. The lift was closed on Sunday and we had to walk via Piazza del Plebiscito. Still the walk to the Via Toledo is less than 15 minutes. Apartment is located in an old house, in the end of the short street. No cars are passing by and that gives you silent stay. For taxis the location might a bit tricky but you walk in 5 minutes from Via Monte di Dio to the apartment. Very beautiful Ristorante Pino is 8 minutes from this apartment. From this apartment is easy to walk to Castel Sant’Elmo ja e.g to Vomero. The clothing room, surfaces and floor under the bed was dusty. There is simple way to prevent this: vacuuming and wiping with a cloth. I paid 582 euros and some city tax and late check-in. I simply don’t understand why I need to experience unclean apartment.
• Johanna (10/5): Exceptional - the Appartement has the most beautiful view over Napoli and even Capri! the room was very clean and had a great interior. Fiorella is so nice and helpful and had a lot of reccomandations for Restaurants and even some stories about napoli and it‘s history. I can truly recommandate this stay!
