• Liam (9/5): - The welcome and tourist orientation from 'the two lads' on reception were excellent. Location great for train station. Buffet breakfast plenty to get you going for the day. Just a couple of suggestions. A few items in the room would be handy. A glass and tissues for example. If you don't want to provide tea and coffee making in the rooms, a machine in reception where you can make a cup and bring it to your room would be an idea.

• Cristiane (1/5): Recepção esperta e mentirosa - Do café da manhã Da recepção, na chegada não localizaram a minha reserva,, pedi uma outra noite e o atendente me disse que trocaria de quarto e faria uma outra reserva com o mesmo preço e adivinha , no outro dia quiseram me colocar num pulgueiro e pelo mesmo preco, a cidade encheu e o preço dobrou de um dia para o outro conclusão, botaram eu e minha mãe de 80 anos na rua e ainda passei como mentirosa, NAO CONFIEM E FUJAM de lá.

• Kaza (10/5): Hotel położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko, obsługa bardzo miła, śniadania dobre. - 5 rano wyjście na zwiedzanie Watykanu a przy recepcji miła niespodzianka w postaci kawki i słodkich bułek i croissant-ów. Super.

The location was great, the staff/owners were nice, the breakfast was very poor, the breakfast staff not happy and it was the noisiest Hotel I have ever stayed at, street and vehicle noise mainly, but also party people early in the mornings, over-all Roma was magnificent, but I could have done with way more sleep,... also, on Booking.com it was listed as 4 Star and it's not even close, it has been a beautiful Hotel, but not for many years, needs some maintenance, there is also a degree of "back-packers" creeping in, you can't have it both ways,.. 4 Star & Back-packers.

• Viviane (6/5): Overpriced for What It Offers - What I liked about the hotel was mainly its central location. It is located on the same street as the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, which made it very convenient for getting around the city. The room itself was also spacious, and the cleanliness was acceptable overall. What I did not like was the overall condition of the hotel. The building is extremely old, and the elevator is very small and outdated. The bathroom amenities were extremely limited and only provided in bar form. There was also nowhere inside the shower to place bath or hair products, which made using the soap very inconvenient. I ended up having to use a liquid soap I had previously purchased myself. Overall, I felt that the hotel was far too expensive for what it actually offered, and I would not stay there again.

Номер небольшой, но это не страшно. Нашла одну розетку для зарядки телефона в ванной. Слив в туалете работал через раз, приходилось бить по кнопке с силой. Гигиенический душ возле унитаза подтекал.

• EDEN (7/5): - המיקום מעולה! קרוב מאוד לתחנת רכבת הראשית… מרחק הליכה מכל האתרים המרכזיים ברומא. הצוות הכי מקסים שיש… תמיד עם חיוך ועוזרים בכל מה שצריך! נותנים מים בהגעה וקפה! החדר למען האמת היה מבאס. כן נראה כמו בתמונות אבל הגודל עצמו לא מומחש כמו בתמונות. אני הייתי בחדר הקטן לבן אדם אחד והחדר היה ממש ממש קטן! הכל היה כל כך קטן שבקושי היה מקום למזוודות וגם המקרר לא נפתח כי הוא כל כך קרוב למיטה! גם הארון נפתח חצי בגלל שהוא מאוד קרוב למיטה…! יש חלון בחדר אבל לא נכנס הרבה אור כי התריסים הם בצורה כזו שזה כמו חלון סגור. האמבטיה הייתה ממש ממש קטנה! ממש היה קשה להתקלח, ואני אומר את זה בתור בן אדם רזה! אמבטיה קטנה מאוד בלי מסגרת ורק וילון , אז כל פעם שהתקלחתי כל השירותים היו מוצפים במים , ממש מבאס. הדוש כל כך קטן שאין מקום להזיז יד ורגל כדי להסתבן בלי שכל הוילון נוגע בך או שאתה נצמד לקיר… הזרם של המים גם מאוד חלש, מאמין שזה מכוון כדי שהשירותים לא יוצפו בהרבה מים כי אין מסגרת לדוש… אבל עדיין זה היה מאוד מבאס. המיטה עצמה הייתה יחסית פשוטה אבל נוחה. בגדול המחיר יקר ביחס לחדר כזה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאוד מאוד בסיסית, לא היה כל כך הרבה אופציות.

• Pier Giorgio Piergentili (8/5): Super onesto e accogliente - A due passi dalla stazione Termini, trovate una accoglienza davvero piacevole. La colazione è in linea con i tre stelle dell'hotel ma si distingue per la qualità della materia prima. Dato il poco tempo a disposizione ho poche notizie sui servizi intorno. Il mio viaggio era di puro lavoro e per quanto ho vissuto l'hotel e i suoi dintorni non ho elementi da suggerire.

• Liyanage (10/5): - Property was close to Santa Maria Maggoire basilica and Mestre Station . For all the other places we could take a bus easily. Very convenient location. The staff was the nicest people I have ever met . They gave us water bottles whenever we asked and iron and a kettle. They let us check in early for free as well which is so nice of them. Also they safely kept our luggages after we checked out as well. Very nice, friendly and hospitable staff. We asked whether we could get the breakfast early in the morning because we left to see the trevi fountain at around 6am , they arranged the breakfast takeaway specifically for us which is so nice of them. Everything about this stay is perfect.

Les lits et les sanitaires sont irréprochables. De l'eau vous est proposée à volonté. L'hôtel en général est un peu vieillot; plâtre et peinture défraichis, prise électrique qui ne tient pas. Lieu du petit déjeuner avec sacs poubelle visibles, vieilles chaises entassées....

We checked out very early, and they prepared for us a box of breakfast for the trip back to home. The room amenities was okay, but nothing special. For this price it could've been a bit better maybe

Vicino alla Stazione Termini e alla Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Presenza in pochi metri di qualsiasi servizio Colazione di qualità mediocre ed ambienti ripuliti ma che secondo me necessitano di un cambio di stile. Non all'altezza di un tre stelle. Servizio adeguato a quello che ho pagato ma non corrispondente alle valutazioni lette
