- Paul (10/5): - Well maintained and iconic resort with a large main buffet and lots of smaller food outlets scattered throughout. Particularly liked the beer shack and fried chicken shack! Not cheap (and they accidentally changed me twice although I did get refunded), but worth it for a couple of nights. Healthy food options were plentiful and diverse (although most people still went for the burgers and chips!).

The gym is rubbish, half the machines are broken, and aircon hardly works. The restaurants are ok if they're free but 25 euros per head? No, no, no. The waterpark is rubbish, couple of tiny slides. We had junior suite with a lovely view every morning of the overflowing bins of the hotel next door and we were apparently in the best suite. Although the room was kept clean, it again is tired, you can see thousands and thousands of people have stayed there before you. There are loads better hotels in Turkey, this hotel is 4* at best, if your expecting 5* you'll be disappointed as we were.

There are plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained throughout the day, and the nightly shows were fun for all ages — a great way to wind down after a busy day. The staff were friendly and helpful, though many had limited English skills, which sometimes made communication a bit tricky. That said, they always did their best to assist and were very polite. Where the resort really needs improvement is in decor and cleanliness. The rooms and some public areas felt dated, and a bit more attention to cleanliness would go a long way in improving the overall experience. Because of this, it didn’t quite live up to the 5-star rating it claims — the overall atmosphere just didn’t feel luxurious. A good choice for families looking for a fun, food-filled vacation with lots to do — but if you’re particular about aesthetics or spotless surroundings, be prepared for a few compromises.

Especially want to call out the incredible service provided by Eren, Gizem, Tayfun, Cigdem, and Kubra at the pool and lobby bars. Everything was was incredibly clean and well-kept. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is the terrible check in and check out management. No one acknowledges you when you enter, giving them your car (or taking it back) takes forever, and the rooms were not ready while we were trying to check in. Overall, I would go again and would recommend just be prepared to feel like you are at a cheap motel when you check in and check out.

There is a large variety of food and drinks available throughout the day. Thank you to all the staff who welcomed us and looked after us. We will definitely come back.

Otherwise we had a fantastic experience. We had an issue with our initial room that was promptly resolved. We got upgraded to an incredible room with a nice view. I would highly recommend this resort and gladly return.

Everyone had a great time between the endless meals, high quality liquor, night entertainment, beach, pool, and some of us even went to the disco! So fun! Will definitely make this an annual thing!

- Ali (6/5): Mixed bag - This hotel isn’t a 5 star experience. There are certainly positive things to say about this hotel. The food was great, waiting staff that were present were really polite friendly and helpful. The pool area was well maintained, just not enough towels for the number of people. The worst part was the housekeeping. They were awful. The rooms were not cleaned well each day, we would return to the room at 4-5pm to a dirty room. The level of cleanliness was poor in the rooms. Also we were pushed out by the cleaning staff before check out on the last day. They would walk into the room without knocking on the door. Everything outside of the room I would give 4 star, everything related to room and housekeep 1-2 star.

- George (8/5): Generally good but far from excellent in many ways - Some things to bear in mind that would have made us consider other properties on the same strip: Room sound isolation is very poor and outdated, meaning of you are travelling with babies or small kids, you might have music coming in from various events through balcony and noisy neighbours outside. Hotel has a big amount of sun bed warriors meaning if you are looking for a luxury feel, it quickly abates with tons of families occupying sun chairs without being there for hours. Can definitely feel a bit chaotic at times as well around the pool area and different venues as hotel aims for a mix of family/kid crowd coupled with adults only, which in the end in my view simply misses the mark on both ends. Ultimately, be aware of the taxi service provided by the hotel. Despite multiple pleas to order a cab where you can by by card or taxometer, each time they drove us down from hotel to ”taxi manager” who quoted absolutely obscene prices. The fact that they collaborate with such a company is very poor.

- Roushanak (10/5): Bottomless Food and Fun - It was a great trip and my family came to this hotel from Germany, England, United States, and Iran. The hotel is luxury and offers foods and beverages 24 hours with many varieties. They had nightly shows and entertainment that created so much fun and enjoyable time. They had a very large outside pool with many water activities and music. This place is wonderful for families with children.

- Mehwish (6/5): - Our stay at Concorde De Luxe Resort was okay overall. The kids really enjoyed the kids club and pool, which was a highlight for our family. The food was decent with a good variety of options at the buffet. However, there were a few disappointing aspects: the floors in our guest room were sticky and didn’t feel properly cleaned, and I found a lipstick stain on a coffee cup at the breakfast buffet, which was off-putting. At check-in, we weren’t informed about our VIP access—so we have no idea what we missed out on, despite having paid for that level of service. A few improvements could make the experience much better.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Family friendly fun - We had an amazing multi generational stay. 12 of us with the oldest in our group was 80 years old, youngest 10 months and everyone had a great time. Food was really good, a theme night each night for dinner for some variety plus a lot of the same things each night too. My 3 year old had great time in the heated pool, playgrounds, and kids club. Everything was very family friendly. The front desk staff weren't very friendly or helpful, but after check-in you don't really interact with them, everyone else we interacted with was kind and so helpful. We never felt like any up sells we're pushed on us unless you were already in the spa or hairdresser. We will definitely be back.

The food and drink options were excellent with great variety and real quality. Our room and the facilities were all modern, clean and well maintained. Thses are the few but honestly all staff members are amazingly friendly and helpful. Great food breakfast lunch dinner buffet. Great outdoor pools both for kids and adults beach is amazing too. The only issue we had was hotel airconditiong and heating operates based on winter and summer. We were there end of march still heating system was on and we couldnt have airconditiong on therefore we had to open door which with all the noise it was difficult to get good night rest. We highly recommend this hotel especially if you have a big group or as couples.

They did fix this in the afternoon but we saw them check chlorine levels in the morning so not sure why it was missed. The Lara area is quite noisy as all hotels have outside theatres. One night the neighbouring hotel was blasting music until 23.30. Not the Concordes fault but just something to note about this area. Soundproofing is good but can only do so much. Food was good. Lots of choice. Rooms comfortable. Pay a bit more for a higher room with resort view room rather than city view (which faces mosque so you get woken by call the prayer) as, overall it is a quieter area.

- Karthiban (4/5): Great Food&Location,But No A/C in a 5-Star Resort? - We stayed at Concorde De Luxe Resort in Antalya for 5 nights. While the food and staff were excellent, our stay was seriously impacted by a major issue – no working air conditioning. The positives: the food was exceptional, with a wide and delicious variety at every meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, the beach was beautiful, the drinks selection was great, and the location was ideal. Entertainment was average but a nice touch in the evenings. The major downside: the room was unbearably warm, and despite having a wall-mounted temperature control, we were told the hotel centrally controls all room temperatures and had only set it to air circulation – no cooling or heating. We raised this multiple times and were given a portable cooler, which unfortunately blew out warm air too. It made sleeping very difficult for all five nights. For a hotel that markets itself as 5-star, this is unacceptable. Climate control is a basic expectation, especially in a warm destination like Antalya. It’s disappointing that this wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. We would only consider returning if this issue is fully addressed. Until then, future guests should be aware.
- Mary-Marie (6/5): - My experience at this hotel was okay! Lovely gardens and exceptional staff! Animation team is fab! I did however have a misunderstanding with a manager. Unfortunately for us, the hotel refuses to babysit kids under 2. I asked them to advise me how to get a reliable babysitter and they refused also. Logically, I went ahead to find babysitters in the area using a trustworthy source of course, but when she came they said they don’t allow this. So we had to pay her and send her away. My problem was how the manager handled the situation. He sat me down and made some condescending comments which I cannot ignore. Saying how he doesn’t understand how as a mum I could be comfortable leaving my child with a stranger “I just met on the internet”, interrogated both me and the babysitter about how we found each other and was judgemental even though this is a common thing that people do worldwide! It reminded me of being reprimanded at school, very strict, frowning and he kept instructing me to “respect the rules”, he really should have spoken to me in a gentle way. Without the babysitter we couldn’t enjoy the trip in the same way that we planned but it we made the most of it. Manager tried hard to resolve things and gave us good service for the rest of the trip. He offered for the babysitter to come back but to charge us an extortionate amount as if she’d be a hotel guest so not worth it. She was going to just sit while baby sleeps so we can enjoy dinner and disco hours but we couldn’t…

- MURAT (10/5): - We like this place very much. Staff is always ready to welcome and please you with asmile. I want to mention some of the staff we saw every day. Reseption area Mehmet, Rahman. Customer servise Ayla ve Hülya, Öp mngr Hüseyin Göz, ıcecream stand Sevim, Asian restaurant Zeynep ve İnci, Le Buffet All waiters and waitresses , They were all great they were trained well and they loved their jobs to please customers.
- Inamul (8/5): - The hotel facilities are really good and clean. Most staff speak a good level of English and the food is of very good quality and variety with menus alternating everyday. Location is really good with walking distances to the local shopping bazaars and bus stop outside the hotel. A few critiques I had were that the AC was not in use in the hotel due to season (April-25) but it was still hotel so we struggled to sleep, bed size and quality was quite bad, again struggled to sleep and a lot of the included food stalls in the hotel are open for a couple of hours a day (but this was not a big problem as we were not in the hotel during these times and the main Buffett was of a very good quality). If the above were addressed I would come stay here again. Overall happy with the stay but the sleep was not the best

- Viola (10/5): Great for solo travelers - As a solo woman traveler I had a great experience here. I felt very safe and the staff was friendly. Never had any issues or any mistreatment. Everything was extremely clean! Beach was beautiful! Food was really good it was different trying Turkish foods but was really good and fresh. Really have nothing bad to say about this hotel it was lovely I was sad when I had to leave. I like that they had multiple times for buffets plus other little restaurants. Buffet was even open at midnight and you could get free room service from 1-7am which was nice after my surgery becausey sleep was off. I walked around the area on my last day and got to explore all the shops which was pretty cool. I would definitely comeback and recommend to friends who are looking for all inclusive! Thanks again!!!

This wouldn’t have been too bad except the place was full of young/teenage German football teams who then crowded out the only other (not freezing cold) pool that you could swim in! This winding down also affected the non buffet restaurants- ie only buffet restaurant open most times. Avoid this place out of season!

- L (10/5): - Loved this resort! From a fantastic check in with Başak to checkout, we really enjoyed our stay. Great, fresh and varied food at all times of the day - never boring. Great ambiance, with fabulous live musicians - really talented flutist and acoustic guitarist, who really added to the atmosphere. Amazing scenery, flawless decor, super clean and safe. Try the Italian restaurant. It's lamb shank and steak are delicious. Special thanks to the lovely Başak for the amazing upgrade and to the wonderful Ellie in guest relations for the fabulous meal. Special mention of the lady on ice-cream and desserts - she always had a smile on her face - great service. Our stay wasn't nearly long enough. We can't wait to return. Highly recommended.
