Il posto auto è ad accesso libero, su un lungo viale stretto nel quale viene consentita la sosta su entrambi i lati per cui le auto che entrano devono poi uscire in retromarcia col rischio che qualche guidatore non esperto possa arrecare danni alle auto parcheggiate.

Άνετο δωμάτιο μεγάλο με πολύ χώρο για στάθμευση του αυτοκινήτου σε σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο της ρώμης Ήσυχη τοποθεσία όμορφα φτιαγμένα δωμάτιο άνετα με μεγάλο κρεβάτι και ωραίο μπάνιο . • fabrizio (8/5): consigliato - nel complesso è un buon hotel , in posizione tranquilla. Buone le camere, i servizi e la colazione. Per la stagione ottimo il rapporto prezzo/servizi. C'è anche il ristorante interno. Comodo perchè a portata di mano intorno all'hotel non ce ne sono se non muovendosi in auto. Per ristorazione veloce invece a poca distanza ci sono un Mc, una pizzeria al taglio o simili. riscaldamento della camera difficile da gestire. In auto è facile raggiungerlo ma a piedi non è il massimo soprattutto la sera perchè la strada di collegamento all'Aurelia è piuttosto buia. Le indicazioni stradali per arrivarci sarebbero da migliorare perchè poco visibili.

• Giovanna (9/5): Consigliatissimo! - Struttura in una zona silenziosa, vicino alla via Aurelia, ma allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti d'auto da San Pietro. Belle le stanze, ottima la colazione e personale gentile. Vi è a disposizione anche un comodo parcheggio interno. Siamo arrivati in ritardo e con i miei genitori abbiamo deciso di cenare nel ristorante interno all'hotel, tutto molto buono. Sicuramente lo terrò presente per futuri soggiorni nella capitale.

• stefano (7/5): Soggiornato per un paio di giorni, per necessità ho prenotato questo Hotel. - Lo spazio all’aperto , l’arredamento della Hall. Le camere sono un po’ datate. Ho dovuto chiedere il cambio camera per un rumore generato dal riscaldamento. La camera “nuova” aveva polvere sui mobili. In un 4 stelle non deve accadere.

• PLambrini (6/5): Buona accoglienza, gentilezza e cortesia ma manutenzione e rispetto degli orari da rivedere - Ho soggiornato 2 notti al Black Hotel. Punti positivi: staff molto disponibile e cortese, sia alla reception che in sala colazione, dove il personale è stato sempre gentile e professionale. Zona tranquilla, lontana dal caos del centro, e letto davvero comodo, che ha garantito un buon riposo. Purtroppo però la manutenzione lascia molto a desiderare: doccia con problemi, cassetta dello sciacquone difettosa, una lampada appesa solo tramite il cavo elettrico e climatizzazione difficile da regolare e gestita centralmente non proprio efficacemente. La nota più negativa è stata alla partenza: avevo avvisato che avrei fatto il check-out alle 10:30, ma alle 10:15 il personale delle pulizie ha tentato più volte di entrare in camera in modo insistente. Questo comportamento è stato molto fastidioso e poco rispettoso, e ha rovinato un soggiorno che avrebbe potuto essere decisamente migliore.

Les parties communes sont propres et notre chambre aussi. Le personnel d'acceuil a été très aimable (reservation de taxi pour l'aéroport, café en partant de nuit). Le coin piscine n'est au soleil qu'en milieu de journée, et le sauveteur n'est pas aimable.

• Giulia (7/5): Hotel carino, ma tenda in camera terribile, entra la luce! - La struttura è in una zona immersa nel verde, lontana dal centro storico, ma è comunque un bel quartiere. L'ingresso è imponente e si respira molta pace. La camera era molto pulita, il bagno era super e il personale molto gentile. • Il letto non era affatto comodo, era duro, ho fatto fatica a dormire. • La colazione un po' commerciale e di scarsa qualità. • Altra nota negativa: il tendone in camera. Purtroppo non sono riuscita a dormire non soltanto per il letto scomodo, ma anche perché in camera non c'era una tenda normale che copriva interamente la finestra, ma un vero e proprio tendone che purtroppo non copriva i lati della finestra (la copriva solo per davanti), col risultato che la mattina prestissimo entrava un sacco di luce che mi svegliava.

Unattractive neighborhood, rooms not sound proof. They still maintain mandatory swimming cap, so we didn't use the pool. Breakfast was adequate but not great.
• Kimberley (6/5): - The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Firm matress which I preferred. Mini fridge available. Unfortunately no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Pool was lovely however I was asked to purchase a swimming cap for €3.00 which I thought to be a little strange. Pool opening hours were limited 11:00am - 6:00pm on the weekends. Sadly the breakfast was disappointing, a few pre packaged gluten free options that I didn't really enjoy. Dinner at the restaurant was very enjoyable. The location was not very convenient to get to. I was travelling solo and came from Rome Termini. A train for €1 to Aurelia. No taxi at the station so a bus is required then a 10 minute walk. Difficult when its 40 degrees. The hotel is located 20 minutes from FCO airport, you will need to book a taxi approximately €45-€50. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel however unfortunately the location and limited transport options meant for a challenging journey.

We have extended our journey, The bold person in the reception is just a shit for us, we asked for some water at 23h00, we don't have where to buy at that time, he told us that he does not have, and we are sure that he has got water bottles. • Loen (7/5): Good - The overall experience was very good. The location was also great for us because we had rented a car. Every destination was approximately 20 minutes away on average. The service was excellent, especially the room service and the breakfast lady in particular, who was very kind and sweet. The only thing that ruined our experience was the evening waiter – rude, arrogant, and not communicative at all. My parents wanted to have coffee downstairs in the hotel's indoor area, but he sent them outside because dinner was being served there, even though the entire space was empty, with no one around. Let me not forget the most important part: they were with my young child. When my husband and I went to step outside into the outdoor area, he told me I had to leave the hotel and enter from outside, even though he himself entered from inside to take our order. An absolute nightmare!
• Karen (9/5): Be careful traveling to this awesome hotel - The staff were very attentive and extremely nice. The rooms were cute. I had a white room and my sister had a black room. The concept of a black hotel was really cool. I didn't like the fact that the hotel is not accessible via an easier method than the local metro then a taxi. Being from another country and having to ride on the extremely busy metro in Italy was a terrible experience. My husband's wallet was stolen and the thief was definitely in the metro station or the train.
