• Mariela (8/5): Bien - Es un apartamento super moderno, amplio, tenés todo lo necesario para estar una estancia y tranquila, cómoda, cambian toallas todos los días, está limpio, a unos 30 minutos a pie de las principales atracciones, está en una calle tranquila y el recibimiento amable La cama es un poco dura y las cortinas son un poco corta y puede entrar luz. Dejamos ropa para lavar. Además de ser carísimo, nos devolvieron la ropa arrugadísima, hecha un bollo. Por otro lado, hicimos el check out unos minutos más tarde y nos querían cobrar una hora entera por la demora.

• Aprilracine (10/5): Quite and relaxing - The Hotel was near a construction project. We had to walk a little to get a grab or taxi but it wasn’t a problem for us at all. We to Highland Coffee shop to be picked up. It was raining a bit and the kind woman at the front desk gave us umbrellas to use. The hotel is on a dead end street, so no traffic noise in our area. I have nothing bad to say.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, ist allerdings nicht mit einem Taxi erreichbar. Mit einem Roller oder Motorrad kein Problem. Keine Erreichbarkeit mit Pkw.

• Jane (8/5): A very nice facility just outside the bedlam of the old city - I really enjoyed the roomy space, great bathroom, bed and good internet. I liked being somewhat away from the old city madness! I liked the little rain which had a good coffee shop and some good food stalls for morning soup. It’s also within walking distance of the train station. I would say that were several days when I saw no staff. That said the manager was always good at responding to messages, but if someone was looking for a space where there was some interaction with people, that is not the hotel. I wish they had provided coffee or something in the morning although I don’t see a space where they could have done it. It’s just that for that price other hotels are offering coffee and food and if you have an early start, it’s a little tough not being able to have a coffee.

We felt comfortable within the accommodation, and apart from a couple of barking dogs in the mornings we heard no other noise. The hotel is in a great location, with a short walk to the old quarter. We had a great 4-5 days in Hanoi and were lucky to use this hotel as our base. We couldn't recommend this place high enough, the family who run it are very kind and always on hand to help. If we were to come back to Hanoi we would use this accommodation again. Great location, clean, and comfortable.
• Ingrida (2/5): - The only plus is close to railway station and we had 3 nights booked but luckily left traveling to SaPa and only stayed for one night. Feels really dirty place, the shower and all just not like the pictures. Maybe it’s more AI generated. And I m not sure where the reviews are coming from but we weren’t happy the minute we walked in. When we arrived from Sapa at 11pm the hotel was closed with shutters and it made us stress. After staying outside and buzzing and messaging the hotel stuff someone not happy opened the door. No any notification about this or letting us know they might close at certain time.

Le personnel était très agréable, accueillant et serviable. Le logement était grand, confortable et avait un balconnet. Pas de mauvaise surprise, il était conforme aux photos. L’appartement était bien équipé, tout à disposition pour un séjour de plus trois jours. Quelques points pourraient cependant être améliorés : nous étions déçus de voir qu’en réalité il n’y avait pas de petit-déjeuner prévu dans cet établissement contrairement à ce qui était indiqué. Un entretien un peu plus rigoureux du logement serait apprécié (traces sur le sol, tâches dans la salle de bain). Il faudrait également changer les serviettes de bains ainsi que les draps du lit car endommagés et vétustes (trous et tâches) surtout car l’établissement fournit seulement une serviette par personne. Enfin, nous avons trouvé que les oreillers étaient vraiment durs, à la limite de l’inconfortable.

The bed was comfortable and they brought us the extra bath towel and two soft pillows we requested. The room was spotless and hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping. The staff are all excellent and try and do everything you ask of them. Not much English but giggle translate is excellent. After all, we are in there country. The WiFi wasn’t great. On their website they say there’s a bar and rooftop terrace. There’s no bar and enclosed terrace looks like it has not been used in a very long time.

• Akuma808 (9/5): Great hotel. - Extremely professional and friendly staff. I chose this hotel after staying at another that wasn't nearly as good. The room was great! There was a small kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance of the old quarter and train street. Very convenient. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Hanoi! Nothing comes to mind.

Quiet location- great sleep at night, bed was super comfy. Rooms were cleaned and tidied everyday and fresh towels daily also. 25 mins to the Main Lake but very great location. Worth the walk when you can get peace and quiet at night time. Big Starbucks only 5mins walk Highlander coffee shop 5mins walk Two small bottles of fresh water daily in the room Nearest shop for water/snacks was about 15 mins. Sometimes grab taxis wouldn’t know which entrance to come in but it was fine in the end.

• Steven Dale (10/5): Spent two weeks here and enjoy our stay! - Room looked just like the photos and has everything you need for a longer stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. It is close to train street but about a 20 min walk to the old town area. Housekeeping will clean your room daily if you want and they offer laundry service onsite. 30,000 dong per kilo and turn around is 24 hours or less. There is construction on the main road so finding it can be a little tricky right now but the staff came out to the main road and got us. There are lots of restaurants , mini Marts and cafes around plus you can order grab food.

El hotel está en una calle muy tranquila, cerca del centro pero lejos del bullicio, así que se descansa super bien. La habitación estaba limpia ordenada y equipada con todo lo que necesitábamos. Repetiríamos con gusto. Todo perfecto.
• Deborah (8/5): Bequemes Hotel an guter Lager - Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe der Trainstation. Wir wurden kurzfristig in ihr 2. Hotel verschoben, was laut weiteren Rezenssionen sehr üblich ist. Laut der Dame an der Reception sei es ein Upgrade. Wir haben effektiv auch ein sehr grosses Zimmer erhalten, die ganze Situation war nur etwas skurril. Sie sind aber sehr hilfsbereit & zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, sprich das einzige, das wir hatten war gegen die Wand des Nebengebäudes gerichtet. Deshalb sehr dunkel. Wir empfehlen, dass die Verschiebung ins 2. Hotel anders geregelt wird & direkt bei der Buchung so kommuniziert wird. Haben aber deshalb keine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht :)

• Tung (10/5): Almost perfect - Very good value for the amenities with a decked-out kitchen, fridge, ironing board, etc. that typically other location doesn't have for the price range. The room is also very clean, new and modern. The pillow, mattress and AC are also high quality that really help my sleep. Location cannot be reached via car due to the on-going construction of the Metro route. The construction should be completed by 2027 according to some locals. But I like walking so it's okay.

• Simo (10/5): It was good way to finish my holiday in Vietnam, staying in nice and quiet place. - It was located on quiet street as there is some roads closed nearby. Not too far from Old quarter can easily walk or use Grab. Rooms were clean, felt luxurious, property has a lift and soft mattress. As there was some construction going on nearby so the property is only accessible with motorbike or you’ll have to walk a bit to get to the main street where you can jump into the car.

The taxi driver could not find the hotel due to the construction work in the area. You have to walk along alleys to get to the hotel.

• Erin (5/5): Average - Modern apartment with smart tv and essentials. Laundry service was quick and cheap. The location is terrible. There are major roadworks going on around the property which makes it really difficult to reach. As well as this you can’t get a taxi or bike to the apartment and we struggled to get anything delivered to the hotel (food and drink etc). There is no hot water in the hotel. The water is hot for a maximum of 1 minute and then gets cold for the duration of your shower. We asked staff about this multiple times and even tried a different room and they said it just wasn’t hot enough for us. We were even waiting 30/40 minutes between the both of us having a shower to see if this helped with the heat but it didn’t. Unless you like a cold shower then I’m sure you will find the water temperature unsatisfactory, particularly when it’s cold and raining. The room was “cleaned”, the bed was not changed, just fresh towels. We come back one night around 1am and we had been locked out of the apartment with a metal shutter down. No one had told us of any curfew and we were waiting outside having to bang on the shutter for a good few minutes to be let in. This obviously isn’t ideal as local people are living around this area as well as other hotel guests. Communication was also a huge issue, it’s no problem that the staff don’t speak English but even using translate was difficult, we know basic phrases and made an effort but it felt like they didn’t really want to communicate at all. For a 4 star apartment and hotel it’s not worth the money and is not satisfactory which is a shame, as it has the potential to be great, but needs work doing and a few things adjusted.
• Ange (10/5): Great Stay - Great Stay just like the photos, great big spacious room, we loved the location and decided to extend 3 more days, staff were super helpful to extend and the room was cleaned and housekeeping was available daily which was great. Really closet train street and walking distance to the hustle and bustle of old quarter. Great location for walking and taxis to pick up, right across a cheap convenient store and great dentist. Would stay here again! Pretty soundproof other than being close to the train station In arrival we were supposed to be in Narcissus 1 but we got moved to number 2. There was a terrible smell from the bathroom shower drain. The shower was in an awkward spot with a bathtub in the way and couldn't access the rain shower, sometimes hot water would run out.
