- Ariel (10/5): - The Hotel is a short walk to the train stations. Great Ramen restaurant right next door. Lawson’s and 7/11 are a short distance away. Great for late night snacks. There were three of us and the room is small, but cozy. Beds were comfortable. The toiletries are abundant. Toothbrush, face kit, shaving cream packets and razor. Quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again!!

- Simon (10/5): - This was a convenient area to stay in Tokyo, in walking distance from Tokyo station. The check-in is up on the 14th floor, which was a little odd as you need to go up to the 14th floor every time you return to the hotel, and then go back down another elevator to get to your room. This is a safety and security precaution, and wasn't too inconvenient. The rooms were comfortable with nice bathrooms. We opted for breakfast included and were incredibly satisfied with the quality of the food and choice of Japanese vs Western options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Poor breakfast (3 types of breakfast, of which one - with eggs - always sold out, already at 7.30 am). Worst customer care ever: even with a mail written by them, confirming some conditions, they asked me to pay something on top (which I refused to do). 1 hour spent to discuss. I do not recommend at all.

Con: bathroom is awkward as shower/bath and toilet have their own compartments, but sink is in the main room area. Access to room is slightly awkward as you must take elevator to 14th floor reception to access elevator to rooms (a Tokyo policy, not the hotel's fault).

- Aziz (10/5): - It was a great stay, clean sizeable rooms and easy to get to places. There’s a very close Hibiya line and in 15 mins, you’re in Tokyo Station where you can get to practically anywhere. Lots of 7/11, Family Mart and Lawsons around as well. Highly recommended!
- Tong (6/5): - Overall of this hotel is ok, clean and good location. Staff members are very nice too. One thing made this stay very unhappy was the laundry room. The hotel only has 2 washers, and each complete cycle takes 2+ hours. The waiting line is very long, and after the whole cycle, I had to pay extra for more dry, because clothes were still wet. We waited in the line at 9:30pm, and by the time we finished 1 load, it was 1:30am. If you have to wash your clothes, I don’t recommend to stay here, but if you don’t, then it would be ok.

- David (10/5): Modern and comfortable in a Convenient Area - Nice modern design in a convenient location. About a 15 minute trek from Tokyo Station, not fun with heavy luggage. There are several metro stations within a 5-15 minute walk. We opted for the premium 2 Twin (more like 2 double beds) for the added space. Still tight as no closets or drawers. The corner rooms have an extra amount of hallway space which was convenient for one of our bags. Great shower and soaking tub with wonderful water pressure. Beds tend to run very firm in Japan, and these were firm as expected, but not as firm as some we had which were like boards. Elevators are odd as the lobby is on the 14th floor and rooms are below. You have to take an elevator to the 14th and then switch to another elevator to take you to the room floors. Sometimes a time consuming process. Loved the roof garden! They have 2 washing machines but they do not dry, despite what they advise at the front desk. So be aware if you think you are going to wash a lot of stuff as you will be hanging socks from the door knobs in your room. There are lots of restaurants in the area and breakfast choices ranging from Denny’s to grabbing g something at 7-11 or Lawson’s. We really liked the area as it’s very quiet on the weekends without the usual Tokyo 24/7 chaos.
- Verified traveler (6/5): 2-star Hotel, smells like body odour - This was the biggest disapppointment for our group. We stayed in various hotels in Japan and this was the only hotel where we asked to be transferred to a different room because of the pungent smell in the room. The stench was horrendous and when we asked to be transferred, it even felt like a burden on the staff. Staff were okay, not the greatest bunch and the area is far from train stations. I would honestly skip this hotel if I were you. Definitely not worth the price we paid for.

Rooms were a good size and decently priced. Luggage delivery service to our next hotel was cheap too. Definitely a safe choice!
- Luella (8/5): - The location of this hotel is very useful in terms of transport with Tokyo station only being a 10 minute walk which was very convenient for getting the Shinkansen. Also there are multiple metro stations nearby making it very easy to get around. However the area is very quiet and felt very office dominated with the general demographic feeling like businessmen and women which is obviously fine just means the dining options and activities were quite limited but also not too much of an issue as it didn’t take long to travel into the busier tourist areas. The breakfast add on the we by good offering a set menu with three options one of which being a western style. All three were very good and filling. The room was quite small considering we got a three bed room which was honestly fine considering the three people and the fact we’re in Tokyo. The staff were so helpful and friendly especially when forwarding our luggage to the next hotel in Kyoto which couldn’t have been easier.

Walkable to metro stations, 20 min to Tokyo stations. Rooms are small but clean.

Many stations are around and there are some dining locations and many convenience stores nearby. The hotel was very clean, quiet and safe. No complaints, book it if you like being away from the tourists but want to get to the tourism quickly.

- Eliot (6/5): - Upon entry we were greeted with the smell of incense. You have to take the elevator to the 14th floor to check in. The views from here are incredible and the decor is amazing. This felt like a very high end hotel. Unfortunately when we got to our room, we found it to be very dusty. There was dust in many areas including on the top edge of wall hanging paintings, inside the mini fridge cabinet and on the carpet in the corners. The drainage in the bathroom was found to contain a lot of hair and stagnant water giving off an unpleasant smell. Also the mini fridge was broken meaning our drinks could not be chilled. We went for a drink at the bar on 14f but it was closed despite being told it was open until 22:30. Pros: -lovely decor -amazing views from top floor -friendly staff Cons: -dirty, dusty rooms -underwhelming views from bedroom window -broken utilities -cramped smoking area -incorrect bar opening times
- Daniel (8/5): - The standard rooms were small but sufficient. The staff was helpful with every request. The top floor lobby and bar are nice. Walking distance to/from Tokyo Station, Ginza district, and Ginza subway line is a big plus.
- Ojonsano (6/5): - Location was central to downtown and business as. Our room was directly across from a business conference room. Unable to keep windows open since it was directly visible to neighboring business. Inconvenient to take two separate elevators each time trying to get to our rooms, which took additional time during busy hours. And a musty smell from our rooms. Made the stay slightly uncomfortable.
- Arash (10/5): - Very clean and in a very central location not really crowded touristic area. Very good location to go to Ginza for high end shopping. Good amenities and had everything in the room needed. The breakfast is really Japanese with sashimi or grilled fish choices (not buffet, 2 set choice).
- Julie E (10/5): - Walkable distance from Tokyo Station so easy to get anywhere by train/tube/bus.
- Emily (10/5): Classy option near Tokyo station - A nice choice in Ginza - a little out of the way of the main shopping area, but a 10 minute walk to Tokyo Station, so convenient if making that part of your travel plans. Excellent set breakfast with a couple of Japanese and Western options. Would stay here again.

- Qi Yun (10/5): - Amazing breakfast! Traditional breakfast is a must here. The room is very thoughtfully designed for such a small space. The only down side is don’t look too closely at the toilet! Bed is really comfortable!

- LianneKF (10/5): Great value and clean - would stay again - Clean and pleasant room although minimal floor space with the kids bed up but we knew that would be the case. Has a great shower, and a bath. Fridge for putting food and drinks. Hangers by the door. The toilet was noisy at night as when you sit on it sounds like a printer starting up (although now we’ve travelled a while most Japan toilets do that). When you stand it self flushes so no trying to be quiet and not flushing wees. As we’re in a city, sirens are loud outside even on 10th floor so recommend ear plugs. Lift first up to floor 14 (reception) then change lifts to get one to your room floor. Good for security. Breakfast was delicious. We didn’t realise you had to pre book the western food so tried the Japanese breakfast which was delicious. Would have been useful to know when checking in though that you had to preorder western breakfast. Overall we were super happy with the hotel. Great location just a 15 minute walk from Tokyo JR station. Planning to stay here again at the end of the holiday. Great value of money.
- Shai (10/5): - Very good hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and modern with everything we needed.
- Tatsuro (10/5): - It is a clean and new hotel with a Japanese theme. It’s near Tokyo station, so good location. Not much in the area for entertainment.
- Matthew (10/5): - Very modern building, sleek interior, and a lovely room. Featured a very large bathtub in a wet room style bathroom that was perfect for relaxing after our flight, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Add in their fast wifi and friendly staff that helped get us settled in, and we had a great experience.
