- Tedge (9/5): Good place to stay - A nice quiet location but close to mini-marts, restaurants and bus service. Walking distance to Taksim square or down the hill and across to the other side of the river. Two bedrooms; one fully enclosed and the other just annexed off the living area with a wardrobe. Comfy couches in the living area and the bigger bedroom. A lift or stairs to get up to the apartment on the third floor. We were there in winter and the radiator heaters kept us warm and cosy. Everything was clean. The staff member Anis was friendly and helpful, coming back on the first night when we were struggling to open the door to get in. There is a trick with the lock. Apart from the minor maintenance issues, it was a good place to stay. The beds and pillows were quite lumpy. The shower head and toilet both need some maintenance: water shoots out in all directions from the shower, the toilet keeps running after flushing, the toilet seat totally fell off. We put it back together but it is very loose. In the kitchen, it would have been useful to have a smaller saucepan, a toaster, a vegetable peeler and a plug in the sink for more efficient dish washing. One of the yellow chairs was broken, they said they would pick it up to fix it but didn't. We only needed 2 chairs, but if you are 4 people, one will be without a chair.
- İrem (10/5): The best choice to stay in Istanbul! - The location of the apartment was perfect, a few minutes walk from the centre. There are many markets, grocery stores and restaurants around the building. Everywhere in the apartment was very clean. You can find all the equipment you need in the apartment, even for a long-term stay. If you have a technical problem or need anything, members of the team will be at your apartment within 10 minutes and solve the problem professionally. Both the owner and the team are very friendly. The apartment we stayed in had a very beautiful and scenic terrace. It is definitely the best facility you can find in terms of price-benefit balance for a stay in Istanbul. I will definitely stay at this property again. When we entered the apartment, there was a smell coming from the bathroom, but this is not the responsibility of the property. Since the facility is in a historical area, this problem is experienced from time to time in every building in the area due to the infrastructure of the city canals. The problem is solved when you ventilate the room for a while. If you encounter such a situation, you can be sure that the problem will be short-lived and will not affect your stay.

- Seare (10/5): Very clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay - The property was very clean and meets all the standards. It has a practical kitchen to cook with all the utensils that you need. There is a washing machine and a cloth rack to dry your clothes on. There is also a dishwasher machine but I didn’t use it as there was no need for that. There was no broom or mop to clean the apartment.

We found the area to be safe, and the people were very kind and helpful! The wifi only worked in the living room, at least for us. Even then, it was really slow. It's not like we went to Istanbul to be on our devices all the time, so even a little wifi was enough.

- Ricardo (6/5): lovely and cheap - the room was confortable and with all the essential things. location it was okay very close to the high street but very dark routes to get there. 24hour availability in case of issue was great air conditioner only worked on cold, the heating was on Friday to Sunday making the apt very hot. few issues with internet I do recommend VPN to make it work. tv remotes barely worked properly.

- Petre (7/5): Ok'ish for a short stay. - The apartment is more or less ok.U have what u need for a short stay.Staff is friendly and responsive. breakfast is ok but it could be better if u could choose what u want instead of the collour u are given, since the price is the same for all 3 choices. Location is creepy(as in creepy neighborhood with narrow streets and up/down hills)Wifi is horrible,most of the times not working although a technician came and fixed it it worked for a while and the again not working,parking is really bad if u go by car, breakfast is not at the location,the apartment is for sure not deluxe for my standards and it doesn't have a tereace.It's just a small extension of the floor with a fence(it cannot even be called a balcony).Rooms could do with a new coat of paint as there are scratches,cracks and dirtyness on the walls.Also they could use some parfumes or smelly washing liquids for the floors and the bed sheets as there was an awkward smell when we arived there.Overall ... It wasn't really bad but i was not satistifed with the location.If u don't go by car i guess it is ok.
- Raheela (1/5): Not recommended at all. Not worth of the money. - Breakfast was good. It is served in a local cafe. Cleanliness was poor. Toiletries were not appropriately provided. Street cat was coming and sitting on the table during breakfast at cafe. Location is of lower middle class sort( not that as shown in online pictures). It was difficult to open balcony due to bad smell from locality. It was nothing worth of the money they are charging. It's not close to main Istanbul attractions. TV was also not working. No fan was there. Only 1 air conditioner in whole property- not enough for July(hot) weather. Wifi was also very slow during all hours of the day.
