• Endre (9/5): Good hotel in the living capital of Argentina - Even the Sarmiento street is not the most impressive one in Buenos Aires (lots of homelesses or drug addicts all along the street), but the hotel is in a very good place from strategic point of view, roughly 8-9 min on foot from the Obelisco, the heart of the City. In fact, the hotel itself represents high quality in term of design, accomodation, foods and drinks. The breakfast was excellent. I must mention the very professional, friendly and helpful staff! Thanks for their flexibility! We were twice in the hotel, and in both cases the noise was the most disturbing. Due to the outside temperature A/C was not necessary, but if we opened the window, the outside noise was very strong.

(10/5): Excelente opción, muy recomendado para la primera vez en CABA - El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado, a solo dos cuadras ya estás en la avenida del obelisco así que tienes cerca básicamente todo. Las instalaciones están geniales, tienen de todo y el bufet de desayuno también es súper variado y puedes encontrar de todo un poco. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, cómodas y lo que nos gustó es que hacen la limpieza todos los días. Todo muy bien, lo único que agregaría es una estación para servirse agua pura ya que la única opción era subir al gimnasio para llenar pachones o bien, solicitar apoyo en recepción.

Estuvo muy pendiente de nuestras inquietudes. También agradecer la rapidez de la reacción en recepción enviando al técnico a revisar los problemas de conexión al WiFi desde nuestra habitación. La conexión de WiFi en el 7 piso es muy inestable.

Café da manhã bom, com uma boa variedade. Excelente localização, próximo ao metrô, no centro. Tivemos apenas o inconveniente do elevador não estar funcionando no dia do checkout e não havia instruções ou avisos se poderia utilizar o elevador de serviço.

• Maps38184133900 (10/5): Very good basis for a short visit in Buenos Aires - The Hotel is strategically well located, not farer than 800 m to Obelisco. In fact it represents a high quality, even a little bit noisy due to the air condition system. The rooms are good (we were there twice, at the end of March, then before we left Argentina in April). The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast is rich, variable. The local restaurant is good enough, if you have no time to visit some authentic Argentinian resto nearby.

O ponto que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã: apesar de bem preparado, faltou variedade. Os itens eram sempre os mesmos, o que acabou tornando a experiência repetitiva, inclusive no ambiente. No geral, a estadia foi agradável, mas acredito que investir em mais opções no café da manhã tornaria a experiência ainda melhor.

• Kelly (8/5): - Toplocatie! Dicht bij Obelisco, 9 de Julio, Casa Rosada, Puerto Madero, Teatro Colon, … Alles was op wandelafstand te bezichtigen. De kamer was ruim en voorzien van extra zaken zoals extra hoofdkussen, handdoeken, zeep, … Ook kon de ruit open van de hotelkamer wat een pluspunt was (aangezien dit tegenwoordig niet altijd overal meer kan). Wij verkiezen frisse lucht ‘s nachts boven de airco. We konden onze buren zeer goed horen. Indien je dan dus buren hebt die tot 4u naar muziek luisteren en meezingen is dit niet heel erg aangenaam voor de nachtrust na een reisdag va 24u.

Other reviews mentioned it was a less desirable area - I wouldn’t agree it’s pretty much in line with any other major world city

• Jocelyn (8/5): A very nice modern clean hotel with wonderful staff - breakfast could be improved. - The hotel is in a good location, although the street it is on is somewhat seedy. The hotel is very nice, great rooms with comfortable beds, although not enough blankets (just a sheet and very thin bed cover), nice TV, excellent bar/cafe in lobby with quite good food and wine, very wonderful/exceptional staff at the front desk. The breakfast was buffet- eggs were undercooked, and bacon was floating in? oil or water - could not eat either. Cleaning of breakfast tables was not that great. They have a scent diffuser in the main lobby, which is overwhelming in smell and awful. It is also made my asthma act up. Not sure what smell they are trying to conceal. But when asked to turn it off while we were in the lobby, they did, which was very nice of the staff. I would suggest that it bothers many of those staying in the hotel and prevents them from using the lobby area and bar/cafe.
