This hotel is immaculate and the staff’s attention to detail is unparalleled. We were on a club floor and, again, the staff’s attention to my husband and I as well as the need’s of our one year old was outstanding. In particular, Eli was a tremendous help to us and a joy to work with as our concierge contact. She helped us plan our days and made our wedding anniversary extra special. I can’t boost enough about this hotel experience and I am certain there is not another hotel in Hong Kong that would provide as lovely an experience. I’m grateful for a very special vacation that truly felt like a vacation, despite traveling with our wonderful one year old :) I should also note the club level food was all delicious and well varied from day to day! As well as the helpfulness of the hotel staff at the airport picking us up but also meeting us upon departure and escorting us into the airport to make sure we were all set!

- ScoobyDoo5 (10/5): Fabulous - We looked at many hotels in Hong Kong but we always love a Four Seasons hotel. This hotel was definitely the standard that we expected. Fabulously appointed rooms and superb service from every single team member. The breakfasts are great as well and the team in here really could not be any more helpful. Our experience with the Concierge really was impressive. You are not far from the escalator that goes across the City and right near the harbour as well. Wonderful views. We will definitely return.
- GavinD795 (10/5): Sheer Excellence Every Time - This is an excellent choice if you travel for work, location is awesome, within IFC and a walk to 2IFC office tower. The rooms ooze sheer class, and there is privacy even in busy Central Area. Room Service is wonderful, prompt and polite. I was on Level 38 with a great view of the City. There is a 5th floor gym that is perfect for a quick burn. The IFC mall has good shopping outlets and several fast food outlets. If that is not for you, the hotel has an excellent Cantonese restaurant, and Central Market is walking distance. Connectivity is easy with Airport Express train to airport just a 5 minute walk away and also taxis ready. Finally, what I feel makes the big difference is the staff - Aki and Tara are maginificent front desk assets that made my stay magic. Thank you Four Seasons Hong Kong.

The rooms were extremely comfortable, spacious, and maintained in perfect cleanliness. The hygiene throughout the entire hotel is at an exceptionally high level. The SPA area was also impressive – the massages were professional and very relaxing. The fitness center is convenient, well-equipped, and suitable both for a quick workout and more serious training. The restaurants in the hotel offer excellent cuisine – variety, quality, and service at a very high level. We especially liked the pool on the sixth floor – clean, well maintained, and with pleasantly warm water, which makes it ideal for families. I highly recommend the hotel to families with children – everything is organized so that the stay is calm, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. We would gladly return again!

The outdoor swimming pool is incredible, with breathtaking views that make the whole experience feel extra special. The service is consistently outstanding, the rooms are beautiful, and the location is perfect. Every stay feels luxurious and effortless. I truly would not stay anywhere else in Hong Kong.

- YTjen (10/5): Should come back to experience more! - The Four Seasons Hong Kong truly lives up to its reputation. The location is unbeatable—right above IFC with easy access to the MTR and Airport Express. If you can, book a harbor-view room. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame Victoria Harbour perfectly, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were renovated in 2022 and feel fresh and modern. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms are marble-clad with deep soaking tubs, and the amenities are top-notch (Frederic Malle and Dyson). Unfortunately, Argo bar was closed during our visit so I didn't have a chance to experiences their creative and delicious cocktails but they do provide the cocktails as minibar offering in the room. Yes, it's expensive. But for the location, the views, the world-class dining, and the impeccable service, it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommended

Food, amenities and room condition were all more than perfect. However, what made my stay especially memorable was the kind help and hospitality provided by many staffs including Jason who greeted me the night I checked in. He provided me valuable help for a very important business meeting the next morning by arranging various cares on business attire. My business travel ended successful, and I want to attribute many of it to the quality service by the staffs. Thank you!!

- yings586 (10/5): Four Seasons made our trip in Hong Kong a very pleasant experience - We went with our daughter's family to Hong Kong From February 20 to 27, 2026, and we stayed in two separate room in Four Seasons Hong Kong. Our spacious rooms had an excellent view of the Harbor. Every aspect of the service, from pre-arrival communication, the front desk, at restaurants and the lounge, to room cleaning, was excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal, and we could walk to Central in minutes or took public transportations, ferries, buses, minibuses, and MTR within minutes' walk.

The hotel is beautiful with so much attention to detail. I could go on about this. One example, you don't see large housecleaning carts in the hallways. Housekeeping responds almost immediately after you press a button and service the room, almost in ninja mode. What make the Four Seasons HK incredible are the staff, who go out of their way. Unlike many 5-star hotels, the staff seem genuinely happy to be there and to help. The central location with easy train and ferry access,
- 661frankliny (4/5): Obnoxious lobby attendant with discriminatory attitude - We had just finished a lovely birthday meal at Caprice on the 6th floor (excellent food and service). After waiting outside at a roughly former taxi line at the Four Seasons for about 10 minutes, the attendant (skinny bald glasses) accused me in Mandarin (perhaps because I was wearing a red sweater?) of cutting the line and to get back behind the guests who he claimed had come after us. When I explained that we had been waiting here the whole time, he told us to call an Uber because there would not be any cars for us. When we replied in our native English, he started to be a little more courteous explaining that it was busy in Chinese New Year and maybe we would have to wait half an hour. Having made us feel like a criminal, we were deciding between downloading Uber or walking 45 minutes back to our final destination. Within 5 minutes a number of taxis came in succession and we were able to take a taxi back to our hotel. I also noticed that he was extremely solicitous to a tall white guy who came after us. He ruined an otherwise pleasant evening for us. 1) It’s unnecessary to treat any guests this way; 2) I feel bad for mainland Chinese guests who might be discriminated against and falsely accused of bad behavior

They helped me figure out any issues that I had and got me the greatest massage I’ve ever had. I would recommend the spa to anyone and coming here 100% if they’re looking for something to do in Hong Kong and have some time.

- remikohno23 (10/5): Best Four Seasons Hotel we've stayed at - Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong was absolutely unforgettable and especially meaningful as it was my first time visiting Hong Kong and the first stop of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional. Anthony Wong went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were truly taken care of. He and the entire team exceeded our expectations and honestly set the bar extremely high for the rest of our trip. We went on to stay at other Four Seasons properties in Japan and Hawai‘i, and while they were wonderful, this one was truly on another level. Anthony’s kindness and thoughtfulness made all the difference. He surprised us with a suite upgrade featuring an incredible view, complete with real flower petals on the bed and around the tub, and helium heart balloons floating around the room (it felt straight out of a movie). On top of that, we landed at 8:00am, and thanks to Anthony and his team, we were able to check in early and walk straight into all of these beautiful surprises. We were so grateful. Every detail, every interaction, and every moment felt intentional and special. This hotel made our honeymoon start in the most magical way possible, and we will absolutely be coming back. Thank you to Anthony and the entire Four Seasons Hong Kong team for an experience we’ll never forget.
