- yoshihiro (10/5): とても良かったです！ - ユニバへ行くのに３年連続で宿泊させていただきました。ユニバまで一駅で行けて、近くには美味しいお好み焼き屋やコンビニがあるので便利です。エレベーターもあるので荷物を運ぶのも楽でした。 シャワーの後着替えるのが部屋の中なので一緒に宿泊する人に着替えが見られてしまう事です。

- yoshiyuki (7/5): USJメインで行動するにはコスパ満足です - ・寝具のマットは厚みが有り ・室内はバリアフリー(部屋によるかも) ・シャワーの水圧は強め ・電子レンジが500/700wと強力 ・３Ｆの畳部屋は４人で丁度良い広さ(少し手狭かも) ・食器を洗っておくように説明あったが、水切りなどが無く不便 ・エアコンの効きが悪い ・玄関の隙間風が強い ・ハンガーの本数が少ない ・洗面にタオル掛けがあると良かった ・WiFiが遅かったり固まったりして安定しない ・アメニティは宿泊日分あるのにタオルが1泊分しか無いので、連泊時は持参か洗濯 ・掃除道具がむき出しのコロコロテープのみ ・車で来る時は、周辺道路に一方通行が多いので注意 ・車を近隣の駐車場に数日停める際は、２４時間の繰返しで無い所があるので、看板の表示を確認必要
- Kana (10/5): お得だしとても綺麗！ - スタッフ不在の為チェックイン方法を細かくメールやチャットなどで教えて頂き、不安などなく快適に利用できた。また返信もスムーズでした。ホテル自体もユニバに近くバスで移動可なのでとても便利。部屋もとても綺麗でしたし、値段も連休中2泊したのに二人で2万行かないくらいだったのでお得感満載でした。 チェックアウト方法が記載なかったと思うのでこれで合ってるのかどうか不安でした。が、事前に自分でお問い合わせして置けば不安は減るかと思います。

- Kuge (9/5): お得なマンションステイ - お盆の翌週で宿泊代金が3人3泊で3万円台ととてもリーズナブル。一通りの電化製品が揃っていて、洗濯や簡単な食事が作れるので、ファミリーの中・長期滞在にはすごく向いています。 滞在中のタオルの替えがないので、洗濯をしないとそのまま使い続けることになります。

- KAORI (8/5): 総合的にお値段以上の宿泊施設でした。 - 必要なものは、ほぼ揃っていて、不自由なく過ごせました。 他の人の口コミにあったタオル類の交換がない件に関しては、室内でも椅子にかけておけば次の日には乾くので、予備に2〜３枚のタオルを持っていけば、充分でした。 エレベーターもあり、スーツケースも難なく運べました。 早めに荷物を入れられない。 カギの取り出し方も、分かりにくい。 あと、コインパーキングが徒歩２〜３分でありますが、天気の悪い日は困るかなぁ…と思いました。

- Solveig (8/5): - The property was very clean and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, even compared to typical Japanese standards. Overall, it was excellent value for the price. Easy to check in. The location is a bit inconvenient — it’s about a 15-minute walk to the nearest train station. The cleaning sponge should be replaced for each new guest. A dish-drying rack would make the kitchen much more practical. There is a strange rule not allowing guests to open the windows, which made it impossible to let in fresh air. The walls are very thin, and you can hear almost everything happening outside and in the hallways.

- SHOKO (5/5): キレイだからこそ、惜しい！ - キレイでした。 食器はそろっていました。 敷布団が厚みがあってよかった。 飲食店やコンビニが歩いて行ける距離にある。たこ焼き屋とお好み焼きやもあった。 水圧が強い。 家族でワンフロアで過ごせる。 部屋に鏡が少ない。ユニットバスに一つだけなので、誰かがといれにいると使えない。 TVの外付けネットTVが中国製品で使い勝手が悪い。 食器以外の台所用品がない。水切りする場所もない。台拭き、皿拭きの布巾がない。ラップやホイルがあればなおよいかと。 コンセントがない。トースターがあるけれど台所では使えない。 服をかけるところ、洗濯物をかけるところがない。クローゼットはあるけれど、部屋に突っ張り棒など一本あると長期滞在者は便利だと思う。 床で生活するスタイルなので、フロアモップがあるとよい。掃除機はあるが、夜は使いづらい。 洗濯機と乾燥機が2台で、誰かが使っているとつかえない。 コインランドリーのように、外に出しておける台や入れ物があればいいと思う。 101に宿泊したが、乾燥機の音がうるさかった。 タオル類の交換がない。朝から晩まで遊んで帰ってきて洗濯するのは大変。しかも乾燥機の時間まで確保しなければ干すところもない。交換しないならタオルを宿泊日数分置いて欲しい。 お風呂の掃除してくれないのに掃除用具もない。湯船に入らない設定？ 全体的に長期滞在者や自炊する宿泊者の立場に立って考えられていない印象でした。キレイなので、もったいないとおもいます。多少の投資は必要だけど、もっと快適に過ごせるようにしたらリピーターがより増えるかな、と思いました。

- 高松 (9/5): 基本は満足、機会があれば また利用したい。 次回は別の部屋タイプを試したい。 - 万博に2日連日で行くのに、拠点として宿泊。片道4000円程でタクシーで行けて便利だった。西九条まで徒歩で20分位で、電車利用も便利。駅からタクシー使っても1000円ちょっと。セブンイレブンに徒歩1〜2分で行けるので買い物も困らない。USJにも便利だと思う。 まだ新しく、掃除も行き届いていて快適。 1階の洗濯機横だったので、夜中に洗濯していると気になった。 タオルをかけたり、洗濯したものを干したり、洗った食器を置くグッズがあればなお良かった。

Can also easily get to kobe and nara by train from chidoribashi station (10-15 min walk from the building). The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

- Derek (6/5): Had to pay extra for enough linens - Property was nice, well maintained, clean and close to a seven eleven. Despite submitting the passport information for all 4 members of our family, the host only put down linens for one bed, two pillows and 2 towels. He only offered to provide the linens for all members once we paid an additional 212,220 yen (about $200) because he stated that booking.com only listed two people. Host has a slow response time so this took all day to sort out. In the end we only had one pillow each. Given the numbers of options in Osaka, we would likely not repeat.

- Rumi (9/5): - 子どもが小さいのでベッドでなく布団の部屋を探していたのでとても助かりました。シャワーも広くて余裕で子どもたちと入れました！ 近くの高架下に5台しかないけど、安いコインパーキングもあってよかったです。コンビニにもあり便利です。スタッフの方もこちらのメッセージ機能ですぐに連絡がとれて安心でした。 めちゃくちゃでかいスプーンしかなかったので、ティースプーンとか小さめのものがあるとありがたいです。

- Tomo (10/5): - 少し歩きますが、千鳥橋駅と安治川口駅を使って便利に移動出来ました。 千鳥橋駅降りてすぐの所にスーパーがあり、宿近くにはコンビニもあるので、滞在費を節約して短期間生活する、という感覚で旅行する人なら満足できると思います。 共用ですが、洗濯機と乾燥機があったのも良かったです。

- 茂木 (8/5): ファミリーで数日滞在するにはとても良いお宿だと思います。大阪の住宅地に滞在するという貴重な体験ができました！ - 共有フロアやお部屋も清潔で、事前事後のフォローも丁寧でした。ランドリーもあってよかったです。掃除機もあるので数日の滞在でしたが、気になる時にお掃除ができました。駅は少し遠いですがUSJまでタクシーで1500-2000円で行けるのはとても楽でした。 数日の滞在だとゴミが溜まってしまうので、ゴミ捨て場などがあればいいなと思いました。また、施設の都合上仕方ないとは思いますが窓が小さく閉めっぱなしだったので、開閉できれば部屋も明るくなり換気ができて良かったと思います。

- KOUJI (9/5): - 受付の手間もなく、値段も安い。部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。メールでの連絡もあり困ることも特になかったです。ありがとうございました。 4人で泊まるには少し狭め、浴槽があれば良かったですが、値段を考えると不満なことは無かったです。
- Christian (10/5): Ideal für den Besuch bei Nintendo World - Tolle Lage! Obwohl zirka 25 Minuten Fußweg zu Nintendo World, war es für uns die bessere Option als in einer überfüllten Metro zur Nintendo World zu fahren. Auch ein guter Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt Problemlos in einer Schlüsselbox.
