- Cathy (9/5): Lovely hotel in the heart of the city. - Amazing attentive staff. The wonderful extra touches they did for our double birthday made our stay really special. A cake, card and cool handwritten messages on the mirror! Groovey vibes! The view across the town from the excellent restaurant bar on top floor was superb! Bed was too hard for me, and the hotel was very cold! Full on aircon! I feel they could turn it down a bit! I slept in clothes at night.
- Spandan (10/5): Absolutely incredible - What a hotel this is. Smack dab in the middle of Tsim Tsa Tsui, literally one minute away from TST East MTR station. This is what we would call a proper boutique hotel. Trendy music playing the corridors, very unique decor, and overall a very upscale and modern vibe. The room reflected the same. But the view was the showstopper here - a brilliantly magnificent view of the Victoria Harbour from the 39th floor. This made our trip. The room service was incredible, the breakfast was delicious, we have no complaints. It's a deserved 10/10 from my end.

I would have preferred help-yourself to eggs, bacon, tomatoes etc so that you can have more or less (or none) of each component according to one’s preferences or wishes. Though staff efficiency and helpfulness was brilliant. Did’l like the over crispy bacon and small portion of this. Also great view of harbour from 38th floor bar/restaurant. Music placed too loud in 38th floor bar/dining room. Had to wear earplugs on several occasions. Would have preferred choice of room on higher floor with better views than from our Room 713.

We booked a harbour view room and when we entered the room and the automatic blinds went up we were blown away. The Mondrian Hotel is a gem in a great location with stunning harbour views. The room was spotless, modern and beautifully done. We could not have been happier with our stay. Nothing, we loved it!!!!!

- Tim (10/5): Excellent choice for Kowloon! - The Mondrian is ideally situated in TST, a half a block (if that) from access to the Red and Plum subway lines, a short walk to the Ferry, and easy access to many outstanding restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and they win the award for pillows - 10/10! I rated the staff 5/5 but wish I could have put a + on that. It didn’t matter what time of day or night we walked through the doors the staff was always there to give us a warm and friendly greeting. Nothing

- Steve McInnes (9/5): Great for a Hong Kong stopover - Stayed at the Mondrian for an overnight stopover on the way to Europe. The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and the many staff are very friendly and efficient. We found the bed a bit hard but they were very accommodating and housekeeping quickly came and put a mattress topper on for us. We are staying again on our way home and looking forward to it. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the view into the dirty buildings out our window so may pay for an upgrade next time.

- KEIKO (5/5): 期待はずれだったかな… - スタッフはみなプロフェッショナルで、一人だけディズニーランドのキャストのようなタイプの方がいらしたが、それでも全体的に細やか且つさりげなくテキパキした接客が心地よかった。 部屋の高さにもよると思うがビューは（これといったランドマークは見えないが）ある程度よい。香港のホテルと考えればスペースも十分。 簡易的な浄水器が設置されているが、その給水タンクが小さくて頻繁な給水が必要なことと、給水2回目で早くも稼働しなくなったこと。（フィルターのライトが点滅していたのでおそらくフィルターのメンテナンスが必要なタイミングだったのだと思う）コーヒーカップ4杯程度で使えなくなるような簡易的なフィルタなのか、そもそもメンテナンスが足りないのかわからないが、浄水器の設置をサービスの一環と考えているなら改善されるべきだと思う。 もう一つ、洗面台の水栓がレバーではなくハンドルタイプだった。まずこのハンドルが握り難く不便。（ハンドルというよりホッケーのパックのような形状）そしてそもそも洗う必要のある手でしっかり握らないと回らないため、手を洗う際にハンドルも毎回洗浄しなければ不衛生。日常的にレバーや非接触に慣れているので、やることが増えてとてもストレスフルだった。 立地は少しわかり難く、相対的なものだがどの駅を使うにも若干不便。 個人的に浄水システムと水栓が変わらない限りここには泊まれないと思ったが、気にならない人にはいいホテルだと思う。

- Joanna (10/5): Great location, exceptional service, and a very enjoyable stay at the Modrian. - Breakfast on the 38th floor offered a great view and was a good way to start the day. As light eaters, we did not miss having a full buffet. The location was excellent, quiet despite being a short walk from Nathan Road, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to taxis. The staff were professional, helpful and consistently kind. Robert and the concierge team in particular contributed to a very enjoyable and memorable stay. Although the breakfast staff were attentive and courteous, my breakfast served on the first two mornings were cold. Many taxi drivers were not familiar with the hotel’s location, so carrying the hotel’s business card with the address and map made getting there easier.

Wall to ceiling window windows made it special at night. It was conveniently located next to restaurants, malls, Uber pick up. I would highly recommend it. Everything was perfect

Easily the best amenities, location, rooms, views, and service we’ve ever experienced. The staff are sooo kind and welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the rooms are quite luxury and comfortable. The rooftop bar is potentially one of the best we have ever seen and we’re so sad we only saw it when leaving. Nothing!
- Wander Wizard (9/5): Top class hotel in a buzzy local neighourhood with harbour views - great for biz & romantic getaways - Spectacular hospitality from checking in to spending time in the hotel. All staff were well trained, polite, approachable and friendly. Special mention to Linda Chan (ha ha) and Sunny for the extra mile in finding out about my experience at the hotel and helping me with my luggage into Uber when I checked out. Amazing views at their restaurant and rooftop garden. What was missing was a pool, with that beautiful view of the harbour it would make sense for guests to enjoy it by the pool and having drinks (could convert their rooftop garden or partially). the garden while peaceful, doesn't have too many guest going up so having a pool and a casual bar would do well for the hotel.

- Candice (10/5): The best stay ever. I loved it and I would not hesitate recommending it. I’d go back in a heartbeat. - The room was an extra large Twin Room. The view was superb, partly seeing harbour and city scape (in HK, this may not be permanent as new buildings pop up all the time blocking nice views). It is close to station, shops restaurants and all the conveniences of Tsim Sha Tsui. Facilities, rooms are trendy, clean, high tech. Staff are extremely helpful, they always do their best to please and they ensure you will get the best value for the price. Nothing, I didn’t like to leave in the end. There is nothing I was not happy about.
- 마리 (10/5): 새로생긴 세련되고 멋진 호텔 - 새로 생겨서 깔끔하고 디자인이 모던하고 세련되었습니다. 시설도 좋고 하버뷰는 전망이 환상적이었어요. 위치도 번화가에 있어 아주 편리했고 머무는내내 즐거웠습니다. 특히 Jennifer와 Linda의 세심한 배려와 친절에 감동받았습니다. 그 외 모든직원들도 활기가 넘치고 친절하고 상냥했습니다. 다시 가도 꼭 머물고 싶은 호텔이에요. 욕실의 샤워부스가 너무 좁아서 살짝 아쉽고 로비가 협소하고 사람이 많아 좀 복잡하게 느껴졌습니다.

- MN (9/5): Great stay! Wonderful experience! Will definitely stay at the Mondrain HK Hotel for my trip - The location was absolutely fantastic—super convenient and incredibly well-connected. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the MRT and only one station (about 9 minutes) from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, making it effortless to hop on the high-speed train for a day trip into China. Futian is only 15 minutes away, which is amazingly quick. On top of that, there’s a great variety of eateries, bars, cafés, and shopping malls all within a short walking distance. Truly loved the location! Nothing at all!

- Jossie (10/5): Trendy and chic hotel - Excellent room amenities. The view from the view was amazing. The entire hotel is trendy and chic. The staff are very young and very helpful. The location is pretty close to Nathan Road and Kowloon Park. I walked about 15 minutes to get to the Star Ferry pier. Breakfast is a la carte and they had one vegan option (avocado toast without the egg), which was fine for me because I was staying one night. My only complaint was that the breakfast staff gave me a hard time for wearing the hotel bathrobe over my pajamas. I explained to them that I was cold (my sweaters were packed). They offered a scarf, but it was too small so I had to go to my room and unpack my sweater. (To clarify, I was not naked, I was obviously wearing clothes under the bathrobe, so I don't understand why that was a problem.) I would have also liked more fresh fruit options for breakfast.

Plenty of bars and restaurants near the hotel and only a few minutes walk to Nathan Rd, Star Ferry Aprox 10 minute walk. No real Foyer, just a checkin desk.

- Sabina (3/5): Ok for a 4* hotel at the 50% of current price. Very poor for a 5* star hotel with the global name and brand. - Overall clean, nice view from the breakfast restaurant. Nice, helpful staff. The biggest question is how is it rated a five-star hotel. It’s an okay stay for 4* (overall clean, though tiny rooms), but this is so far from being a 5* hotel Mondrian usually is in other locations. Tiny, very mediocre rooms, very bad sound-isolation (both from the corridor and from the street). Very basic and not worthy of its 5 stars.

Loved the small touches for the kids mug and kids slippers for my kid. The decor was modern and sleek too and size of the room was good as per the photos. Very comfortable stay and only 3 mins walk to East TsT station Exit N1. We would definitely come back. The hotel makes you prepay in advance according to booking.com instead of payment at check in. Otherwise, our stay was great!

- Karen (9/5): It was a perfect start and finish to our trip and we would definitely come back. - The Mondrian was such a lovely place to stay. It was so much cleaner and more spacious than we would imagine for the price and for the location in Hong Kong. There were plenty of staff around to help out and they all spoke English so there were never any miscommunications with any requests. They were also super helpful whenever we needed a taxi booked or even when we wanted to have some help with setting up some mobile applications as well. We travelled with our 9 month old baby and the hotel was able to accommodate a baby cot with pillows and blankets as well as a baby bathtub, all ready in the hotel room when we checked in. Although our room was right outside the elevators, we would hardly hear any guests hopping on and off the elevator so it was definitely a quiet enough spot. The hotel was also very centralised and getting to the shops, getting food or even getting snacks from 7/11 were all within 1-2 min walking distance. The lobby/reception area was much smaller than we expected with only 3 elevators. At times, we would have to wait a good 5 minutes before one of the elevators would arrive to the reception to pick up guests and there wouldn't be enough room so we had to wait for the next one. Whilst there were a few pubs and bars around the area, even with a baby, it felt safe walking around at night as there are always staff walking in and out the main entrance area.

Мы доплатили 100 евро, чтобы разместиться на более высоком этаже, и это того определённо стоило — в итоге мы жили на 35 этаже. Вид просто потрясающий: панорама бухты завораживает, особенно в разное время суток. Мы остались в полном восторге. Сам отель очень чистый, всё аккуратно и ухожено. Номера стандартного размера — не большие, но вполне комфортные и продуманные. В целом впечатления исключительно положительные. Отличный вариант, если для вас важен красивый вид и приятная атмосфера.

- 마리 (10/5): 하버뷰가 황홀하고 스태프들이 친절한 호텔 - 번화가 중심에 있어 이곳저곳 다니기에도 좋고. 무엇보다도 새로 생긴 호텔이라 시설이 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 하버뷰의 전망은 황홀하였습니다. 특히 Jennifer 와 Linda가 세심하게 신경써주어서 특별한 감사를 드립니다. 혼자 쓰기에 방은 적절했으며 욕실이 조금 작았지만 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다. 다음에 홍콩에 가도 다시 묵을 예정입니다. 로비가 1층인데 작고 너무 사람들로 북적여서 그 점이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 욕실이 조금 작은 편이지만 크게 불편하진 않았습니다.
