• Vincent Elias (4/5): Gute Lage, aber defekter Fahrstuhl und unfreundliche Abfertigung beim verspäteten Check-in rechtfertigen den Preis nicht - Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Mein Zimmer war angenehm groß, sauber und hatte sogar einen Balkon, was ein schöner Pluspunkt war. Obwohl der Check-in ab 15:00 Uhr ist, war mein Zimmer um 15:30 Uhr noch nicht bereit – auf Nachfrage beim Zimmerservice vor Ort wurde ich leider ziemlich grantig abgefertigt. Da der Fahrstuhl defekt war, musste ich mein Gepäck alleine in die 6. Etage schleppen. Die Tiefgarage war voll und das Personal sprach kaum Deutsch. Im Zimmer war die Badlüftung sehr laut und die Sauberkeit im Bad hätte besser sein können. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut nicht.

• Cynthia (5/5): - l'hôtel n'est pas très loin du centre. Check-in à faire soit même, pas de temps d'attente. Ascenseur extrêmement long. La chambre n'était pas forcément très propre. Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Dur d'y trouver du repos car chambre mal isolé. Nous avons été mis dans le même couloir qu'une classe de jeunes qui faisaient un voyage scolaire... Il y a donc eu énormément de bruit et nous avons dû intervenir afin de pouvoir dormir alors qu'il était au moins 23h...

• Adriano (8/5): Uma curta estadia perto da estação - A localização era ideal para o que pretendíamos, visto que chegamos e arrancamos da estação central no dia seguinte. O preço do alojamento foi uma das razões de escolha, e a qualidade correspondeu às expectativas. O tamanho do quarto foi uma surpresa que aumentou o conforto da estadia O processo de guardar a bagagem pode ser melhorado - espaço mais adequado e mais seguro para deixar as bagagens. O processo de check-in foi um pouco confuso porque nos alocaram um quarto com camas de beliche dando a entender que podia vir a ser partilhado (apesar da nossa reserva ser de quarto privado) - apesar de tudo ter corrido como esperado, denotou-se alguma falta de organziação.

Ich habe für 48 Tage oder zwei Tage für einen Parkplatz bezahlt. Als ich an dem zweiten Abend ins Parkhaus gefahren bin, musste ich feststellen, dass keine freie Plätze vorhanden waren. Wenn man für eine Leistung zahlt, müsste diese nach erfüllt werden. Immerhin sind das 15 € pro Tag…

Reservei um quarto privado e mesmo assim tive que fazer minha própria cama porque ela estava sem os lençóis. E pela manhã vi varias pessoas jogando lixo dos andares superiores no jardim. Achei muito estranho. Ainda bem que passei apenas uma noite e fui lá apenas para dormir mesmo. Mas não recomendo. Além das estruturas estarem em más condições.

• Sarah (4/5): Modern hostel in great location but felt very run down with stained and torn linen - The location was close to the tram lines, and the rooms were quite large which was nice. The showers were hot with great shower pressure. Our towels smelt and one was very torn up and ragged. The bed linen was no better - we had to exchange sheets to find ones without mysterious red/black stains and even the duvet insert was badly stained. Even for a hostel, it was quite bad. Also mould in the bathroom.

• Ellie (1/5): It was all terrible - The room was not cleaned once throughout my entire stay in a dorm. The staff was extremely rude and literally sighed and rolled her eyes when I was checking in, beds were also so dirty I had to ask for a different room because I couldn’t tell if it was just dirt or feces and eggs from bed bugs. They seem to have people live permanently in these dorms as well. In the room I was staying there was an older man that had taken over the room completely. He put his personal things everywhere, and he would leave dirty dishes all over the room that would eventually start to smell horrendously. The staff didn’t really care about that and just left it, even though they came in the room everyday to refill toiletries and clearly saw how dirty and disgusting it was becoming. There doesn’t either seem to be any security concerning who’s allowed into the hostel or not. Multiple times throughout my stay this man that seemed to permanently live in my dorm would bring his friend back to the room, and this friend would sleep in random empty beds in the room. It was clear that this friend wasn’t paying for a bed in the dorm. Also caught them smoking through the window in the room. Staff didn’t seem to care at all about it. I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels in my life, but this was just purely terrible and not worth the money at all.

• Salma (6/5): Fair price fair stay - The hostel was near the ZOB station and Hauptbanhof station making it very easy to check in. The hotel offered me to leave my bags in the storage room BEFORE & AFTER checking in and checking out. It was very easy to commute across München since the tram station was IN FRONT of the hostel. There was a party upstairs making it hard to sleep that night.
