Pokoje są słabo wygłuszone. Do 1:00 w nocy słyszeliśmy sąsiadów nad nami. Trudno było się wyspać. Tym bardziej jeśli wstajesz wcześnie rano na samolot.

Метро напротив входа в гостиницу, 3 ветки, доехать можно куда угодно. 2. Завтраки. Отдельный отзыв заслуживают. Свежевыжатый сок (апельсин, грейпфрут). Ну и я 80% блюд даже не открывала, после того, как попробовала лапшу от повара (готовят прям при вас), всего много и на любой вкус. Ах да, манго, я такого нигде не ела и не видела, оно восхитительно (маленькое, но такое сладкое). 3. Идеально белое бельё в номере и полотенца. Матрас удобный. Есть все принадлежности (щетка и паста, гель, бальзам, шампунь, станок бритвенный). 4. Кофемашинка в номере и + 3 капсулы каждый день. 5. Вид из окна (у нас был 28 этаж). Вечером прям вау. 6. Персонал. Всегда и во всём готовы помочь. Полина на ресепшен вообще маст хев для русских в Китае)). Собрали нам ланч бокс (ранний выезд) с пожеланиями по наполнению. 7. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Нет такого, вернемся снова сюда.

- Robert (10/5): Great location, servie, and value - Exceptionally attentive prior to arrival, with contact on room type and facilities, restaurant and spa bookongs, and airport transfer. Excellent breakfast catering for all tastes. Very attentive staff who wer ehappy to help with all queries. Absolutely great location for shopping, metron sightseeing, walking, parks, theatre, etc. Nothing comes to mind. The hotel is very well located and good value. I like a bathtub a could not get this on a high floor but this is a very minor issue.

The service is very warm, and the Sky bar is definitely a great place for evening entertainment. Justin provided me with a lot of help during my stay，whenever I had any issues, I would turn to him, and he always took the trouble to solve my problems patiently. I must say, the overall value for money of this hotel is really high. Highly recommended. The showerhead in the shower is fixed, which is not very convenient. It would be better if it could be replaced with a detachable one.

Judy was very helpful and nice- which was hugely appreciated for first time visitors. You can find the hotel easily and the park nearby is a good break from the bustle. The top floor bar/club is in need of some renovation/care. Odd setup. Could be so much better.

- Goffredo (8/5): The location you want in Shanghai - The bed, the staff and location. Very welcoming and always ready to help. The location is excellent. You can reach everywhere in no time. Close to the metro, and plenty of space for didi outside, if you require a taxi. Nice shop inside, with plenty of choice, the hotel is actually next to a mall. The room is quite outdated, It requires a renovation. Shower is great, but not sealed properly.

- Angélique (10/5): Parfait - Absolument tout! C’était mon 2e séjour dans cet hôtel et j’ai adoré encore une fois. Je voudrai remercier Justin qui a été vraiment incroyable. Des mon arrivé il a tout de suite constaté que ce n’était pas la première fois chez eux et il m’a surclassé, la chambre avec une vue absolument époustouflante. Par la suite j’ai eu quelques problèmes avec mon vol et il était là pour m’aider à gérer mon problème, jusqu’à m’accompagner avec mes valises dans ma chambre. Encore une fois merci à lui pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Cet hôtel est vraiment excellent à tous les niveaux. L’emplacement parfait, rien que le hall de l’hôtel, il sent merveilleusement bon, le personnel est adorable, les chambres très spacieuses et confortables. Le ménage est fait tous les jour. Je reviendrai c’est certain. Je précise que lors de mon premier séjour j’ai eu droit à un gâteau d’anniversaire, ce qui était vraiment adorable. Rien

Прежде всего, хочу отметить, что администратор Полина произвела на меня очень положительное впечатление. Она была невероятно вежливой и отзывчивой, всегда готова помочь с любыми вопросами и пожеланиями. Полина сделала все возможное, чтобы мое пребывание прошло комфортно, и я искренне благодарен ей за это. Однако, стоит отметить, что сам отель немного устарел. В моем номере был заметен запах табака, который, к сожалению, не способствовал созданию приятной атмосферы. Хотя я понимаю, что это может быть связано с возрастом здания, было бы здорово, если бы отель уделил больше внимания обновлению интерьеров и устранению подобных запахов.

- Luisa (9/5): Great service and breakfast! - The rooms are very spacious: we had a living room with a half bathroom, a good sized bedroom with large bathroom. Very nice staff, shot out for Matias, the front desk staff from Chile who was very helpful, gave us some tips and spoke to us in portuguese. And also to Julie, who let us check out a little bit later. The breakfast is great! A lot of good options for western food. Great views from the restaurant on the top! The carpets in the room. Even tough we stayed in a recent renovated room, it is still a little bit outdated. But nothing major.

Lo que más me gusto, fueron sus servicios como solicitar que te arreglen la habitación o cambio de sabanas (cosas que no suelen ser habituales), y la amabilidad de todo el personal. La ubicación es muy buena, si te gustan las compras. La estación de metro, está muy cerca por lo que resulta fácil desplazarse. El baño no tiene bidé, ni manguera de ducha. Eso dificulta el aseo intimo. Por otro lado, el hotel dispone de servicio de limpieza de ropa, pero el precio y el tiempo, no son opciones para mi. Ya que la habitación disponía de tabla de planchar y plancha, hubiera necesitado tener lavadoras y secadoras de autoservicio, sobre toda porque no hay ningún local, de este tipo, cerca del hotel.Tuve que desplazarme en taxi, para ir a uno de ellos.

I am extremely grateful to the Duty manager Sanny for taking the time out of her busy schedule to help me contact the taxi driver and retrieve this very important document. The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff’s service attitude and professionalism made me very glad I chose to stay here. I will definitely come back

Если возвращаться в Шанхай- однозначно только в этот отель. Все было идеально
