Hotel bar was comfortable and reasonable priced our barman Gagan really looked after us during our 4 night stay. Thank you Gagan you made our stay even better and are a credit to the hotel. Pool area was well maintained and clean (top tip take flip flops or free slippers to get in and out of pool as tiles around the pool get extremely hot). The gardens around the pool area are also lovely and well maintained. Hotel also has a rooftop bar with views of Taj Mahal.

A little tip — avoid stepping out during the afternoon and make the most of the wonderful indoor experiences instead. Special mention to Chef Sakshi, whom you’ll often find at the live breakfast counters, always welcoming guests with the sweetest smile and warmth. My parents were truly pleased by the hospitality the hotel and staff offers, like you would expect from any Taj(Tata group) hotel. Mr Ali front office manage, Ms Ahana and Mr Sahil made sure our arrival experience in the hotel was best. With special arrangements made for us with respect to our anniversary celebration. Chef Krishna made sure that all our needs are well taken care. Mr. Ramesh and Ms. Jasmine in the restaurant were very attentive and very caring while we were enjoying all the meals. Again I would like to mention, best location, just 5 mins away from Taj Mahal. One of the greatest views of taj from the roof top bar, great staff, great food, great service.

I especially enjoyed the chocolate cake dessert! I received very tentative and considered service from my waiter Amit who went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed.

• Heather (8/5): Convenient location for Taj Visit - Great view from the roof. Comfortable room. Swimming pool. Food and drinks were very expensive. This might be an Agra thing, but compared to other India hotels we stayed in, this was overpriced. Also, difficult for the hotel, but some of the other guests were seriously annoying. We were by the pool relaxing when a group of lads showed up and turned their music on, loud. Given the hotel plays background music anyway we found this very annoying. Someone from the hotel asked them to turn it off, but they waited for him to go and turned it back on. Myself and my partner had to tell them to turn it off. They did for a bit, then just went to the other side of the pool and turned it back on. We gave up at that point and went back to our rooms. There were families with children there too and we feel the hotel should have been firmer with the lads as it was unpleasant for everyone else.

In the bathroom I found water in the drawer of the hairdryer, scratched walls and furniture, bed smell Shortage of towels in the bathroom for the hands (only one for two people) We did not like breakfast. Croissant seemed stale and chewy.

The service was excellent—staff was very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything from check-in to dining was smooth and well-managed. The best part of my stay was at the front office, where two adorable Labrador dogs made the experience even more special. They were super friendly and added a unique, warm touch to the overall hospitality. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great service and memorable moments. Would definitely recommend!

The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious with great variety and quality. A special thanks to the wonderful staff – Ramesh, Priyank, and Galama – for their exceptional service. They were attentive, courteous, and made sure everything was perfect throughout. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a delightful start to the day!

Bhavna was equally amazing, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay and taking such great care of us with warmth and attention to detail. The spa services were another highlight—extremely relaxing and professionally managed. Vivek did a fantastic job, making sure the entire experience was rejuvenating and memorable. • Quest36546893434 (10/5): Fabulous -TajView Agra - Our family had a wonderful stay at Tajview – IHCL SeleQtions. We travelled with our kids and truly enjoyed the entire experience. The ambience and rooms were excellent, and the staff and service were exceptional throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The food was delicious, and the kids’ play area kept our children happily engaged. A perfect family stay—highly recommended for a joyful and comfortable experience.

I would especially like to mention Sakshi, Priyank, Himanshu, and last but not least Mr. Ramesh, who was so wonderful—just like during our previous visit two years ago. It was amazing to see that he even remembered us from our earlier stay. Such warmth and consistency truly make Taj View stand out. • 384nishab (8/5): Lovely comfortable stay - Hotel is lovely very well situated for the Taj and you can see the Taj Mahal from the roof top restaurant. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are comfortable and semi modern. There is however alot of noise in the hallway when trying to sleep and you can sometimes get woken up by this.
• Relax50696902710 (8/5): The Taj View - Hotel is very clean & service is very efficient. Met by friendly warm staff on check in who could not do enough for you, making you feel like royalty with local traditions of blessings with a bindi on your head. Then offering you a refreshing drink to clench your thirst from the sun. A few people to mention Palvinder on the front desk showed exceptional customer service & understanding. He endeavoured to do everything he could to satisfy our needs after an issue with our room. Ramesh was in charge of the restaurant, he and his team were very attentive to our needs. Himanshu & Sakshi were amazing chefs, as the food was beautifully prepared and such a great variety for all tastes. Jasmine was also a great host & made the best latte with a smile. The hotel also offers rooms with an amazing view of the Taj Mahal, one of the best parts is the roof top bar with breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal & Agra skyline. All in all the Taj View is a great hotel option & recommendation when visiting Agra.
