The villa itself is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens and a serene, heated saltwater pool that creates a perfect sense of relaxation and harmony. The convenience is outstanding: private parking is available, and the transportation system is extremely well organized. The villa offers its own shuttle service to the city center running every few minutes, all included in the stay, which makes getting around effortless. I stayed in a Deluxe room with a terrace, and the view was simply breathtaking – definitely worth the upgrade. The room itself is slightly on the darker side, but this adds to the authentic charm and cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was enjoyable, although the selection for vegetarians and vegans could be a bit more extensive. That said, the staff are incredibly attentive and more than willing to accommodate individual preferences and dietary needs. The gym is compact but well-equipped, offering everything needed for a good workout. Even when the hotel was nearly fully booked, it never felt crowded – guests are well distributed throughout the property, maintaining a sense of privacy and calm. One of the highlights was the overall atmosphere. Many of the guests were American, which contributed to a very pleasant, polite, and friendly environment. The only small detail I personally missed was having a coffee machine or at least a kettle in the room. In the mornings, enjoying the beautiful view from the terrace, it would have been perfect to have a quiet coffee without heading straight to breakfast. Overall rating: 11/10. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to anyone who has the opportunity to visit. Nothing

Il est un peu excentré certes mais c’est tellement agréable de quitter l’effervescence de la ville et de se détendre dans ce havre de paix. Rien à part la salle de sport, ça n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n’est pas non plus à la hauteur d’un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Située sur les hauteurs de la ville, elle est lovée dans un parc et un quartier très résidentiels, pourvue d'un service de navettes qui permettent le trajet vers le centre ville gratuitement. Le personnel est réellement aux petits soins, formé au service , la restauration est fraîche variée et gouteuse. La literie et l'équipement en chambre sont très confortables, seul petit regret l'absence de machine à café. Le SPA et la salle de fitness sont dans la même lignée.

• Pedro Benedini (8/5): Beautiful Hotel, Unfortunate Service Experience - My stay at Villa Cora presented a mixed experience. The most striking positive aspect of the hotel is undoubtedly its appearance. The ambiance is truly phenomenal; the hotel lobby is magnificent, as are all the accommodations. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, living up to the hotel's luxurious image. A particular highlight was the breakfast experience. The service during breakfast was sensational, and the food was very good, which certainly impressed me in a positive way. However, the experience was slightly marred by the check-in process. The staff member seemed rushed and a bit rude toward my family and me. This was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber, where an impeccable level of service is expected, which unfortunately wasn't delivered on this occasion. Another minor point of concern is the hotel's location. It is quite a distance from the main points of interest in the city, requiring a walk of approximately 30 minutes to reach them. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great accommodations, but with some service and location aspects that could be improved.

We had just gotten married and were on our honeymoon and when they found they upgraded us from a classic room to a mindblowingly beautiful suite with two bathrooms and a view of the pool. The style, decor, comfort, impeccable service made our honeymoon in Firenze wonderful. This is a WORLD CLASS HOTEL! Special shout out to fabulous Fabio for the rockstar welcome!

• MATTHEW (7/5): Lovely but room for improvement. - The hotel and gardens are beautiful and the location, in the leafy southern suburbs about half an hour walk from the city centre, was idyllic. Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt that for such a prestige property certain areas could and should be improved upon. Our rooms were smaller than we expected. Tea and coffee facilities were basic (we expected a Nespresso machine at the very least) and not enough complimentary water was provided in the rooms (just one carton each at turndown). Breakfast was a little underwhelming and, at €40pp for the buffet, not good value for money. Bar and pool service was at times quite slow.

Dass das Hotel einen Pool hat ist der größte Pluspunkt, vor allem, wenn man jetzt im Sommer verreist. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Es gab einen Shuttle nur in die Stadt. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn es auch einen Shuttle zum piazzale Michelangelo gegeben hätte. Der Service (Frühstück war eine Ausnahme, da war alle prima) war minderwertig. Sehr lange Wartezeiten nach Bestellungen. Sehr oft wurden Gläser und Getränke fallen gelassen. Rechnungen wurden auf falsche Zimmer geschrieben und und und. Auf dem Zimmer nach Ankunft kein Wasser. Keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher für Self Service. Für den Preis des Aufenthaltes war der Service nicht würdig. Leider. Ich hatte etwas mehr erhofft. Und sonst meckere ich wirklich nie…

Vom freundlichen Empfang, über die wunderschönen Zimmer und die Villa im Gesamten. Das Essen war hervorragend, im Restaurant sowie beim Frühstück. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit extrem bemüht und höchst freundlich. Bis ins kleinste Detail gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen und wir kommen sicher wieder! :-) Hervorzuheben ist außerdem die Hundefreundlichkeit! Unsere Vierbeinen haben sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und es wurde auch für ihr Wohl rundum gesorgt.

I would not recommend this hotel after their opportunist and dishonest behaviour. They have even did not honor their own cancellation policy after their employee submitted in writing.

• James (10/5): - If I could give this place 100 stars, it would be completely accurate. The hotel and grounds itself are a work of art and could have its own guided tour that people would pay for. We took hundreds of photos all around. The heated pool, steam room, and jacuzzi were so nice to use throughout our trip, especially to start our mornings. Most importantly, the service was exactly what you would expect at a place like this. Everyone was so kind, respectful, and made sure we always had everything we needed even if it was just a small gesture like a cup of coffee while we waited in the lobby for our taxi. A special thank you to Marco, who made us feel like the most important people in the world from start to finish of our 4 night stay. LUXURIOUS in every way. Completely exceeded our already high expectations.
