- Denise (8/5): Hochwertig, aber nicht perfekt - Die Lage ist sehr zental und doch sehr ruhig. Mehrere U-Bahn Linien in der Nähe. Auch einige Cafes, Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, modern und luxeriös. Die Glasscheibe im Bad, lässt sich auf Milchglas stellen! Der Zimmerservice ist exzellent. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär! Das ganze Hotel ist wirklich wahnsinnig schön und hochwertig. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen war überall gut. Das Frühstück bot Abwechslung und japanische sowie europäische Speisen. Kaffee, Tee und Eierspeisen wurden serviert. Obwohl wir um 15:00 Uhr einchecken wollten, mussten wir bis um 16:30 Uhr warten, da die Zimmer noch nicht fertig waren. Die Zimmerpreise sind wirklich sehr hoch. Dass in dieser Kategorie dann nicht mal die Softdrinks oder Snacks der Mini Bar inklusive sind, ist bedauerlich. Vom Pool konnten wir leider keinen Gebrauch machen, da wir Tattoos haben und auch unsere Tochter noch nicht ganz 18 Jahre ist. Schade, dass das Hotel da sehr strenge Regeln hat. Was aber wirklich sehr sehr nervig war, war das lange Anstehen bis man einen Tisch beim Frühstück bekommt. Selten erlebt, dass man am Morgen bis zu 10-15 Min. in der Schlange stehen muss. Das System sollte überdacht werden. Nicht alle Eierspeisen beim Frühstück waren inklusive. Bei den Zimmer- & Frühstückspreisen ebenfalls unverständlich.

Our impressions… Score, Score Score… think Four seasons and go up market.. The room… way up market, very next generation yet simple … and the views… outstanding.. Staff… we sail with Silversea a lot (in fact board the Silver Moon tomorrow… the guys at Prince Gallery are every bit their equal and that’s saying something Breakfast, awfy braw 🏴(extremely good ) This hotel is not just good, it’s up there with the best, special mentions to Hadleigh at the sky bar lounge and the lovely Nitobe Hanaq.. at Oasis Restaurant.. that lass 🏴( young lady will go far.. )Princess Gallery… we’ll be back 🙂🥃🏴

You could smell the chlorine strongly in the corridors.

Rooms were great, bar staff was amazing and breakfast buffet was top notch. Only slight downside was the location for what I was doing and seeing in Japan. However, that’s my choice but it was made up for in how comfortable the room and staff made me feel. I will definitely be back again.

- Hasan (10/5): The best experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. - I have stayed at many 5 star hotels but The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho was by far the best. The room was a 10/10 but the staff was a 20/10. When I booked the room I mentioned in the notes that my wife and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary. They had a welcome package in the room congratulating us on our anniversary. And on checkout they said they would make sure we have the same view on our next visit. Regarding the view - AMAZING! The bar was top notch and breakfast restaurant was just as nice. The Prince Gallery exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be staying there on our next visit.

Great attention to detail. - The room was great, with a fantastic view from the 33rd floor overlooking the Tokyo skyline. The hotel itself is in a great location and easily accessible by metro and is a relatively 'short' walk (about 25 mins) from Ginza. I did not like that the hotel would not allow me to access the spa or pool facilities on account of my tattoos, especially given the nightly rate. I was also asked to cover up extensively to access the gym. I understand there are cultural nuances at play here, but it's also 2026 :)

- RR22RR (6/5): Bonvoy hotel that doesn’t recognize Bonvoy members - This property has the potential to be a very nice hotel but unfortunately it is very crowded and very busy. At first glance, the hotel looks new, but upon closer inspection, you see that the carpets are worn stained and walls smudged. Our room was beautiful, except the carpet was so stained I was afraid to walk on it. Fortunately, the staff is extremely accommodating, especially the housekeeping staff. They go above and beyond. The restaurant is a different story – at least 20 minute wait to get in in a 20 minute wait at least for somebody to come over and take a coffee order and hand you a menu. That’s 40 minutes out of the day gone when you’re trying to see and do a lot in Tokyo, no excuse for this then there is the food - not so great. Certainly not what you would expect in a luxury hotel unless you are in the mood for mackerel and fish for breakfast – it looked like the Japanese breakfast would be suitable for a luxury hotel. Finally, I was very disappointed that as a loyal longtime Marriott/Bonvoy member, they would not accept my Bonvoy membership number. That means that I don’t have an upgraded room, don’t get points for this stay and don’t have a late checkout, which is why I booked the hotel in the first place. They were very strict about this and mentioned that they comply with Marriott regulations blah blah blah however, this is the first time in 40 years that I have not been able to receive points and benefits as a Marriott/Bonvoy member so I don’t really know what the story is but they were adamant about it. Very nice but adamant. They told me that it was because I booked through a travel agent – a ridiculous excuse and that has as a luxury hotel property, they don’t have to recognize Bonvoy members. I don’t remember seeing this in the rulebook, but instead of taking the risk in the future, I canceled two more future reservations at Bonvoy luxury hotel properties - just not worth it. So many hotels in Tokyo to chose from – this one is just not worth it
- zhouyangy2024 (10/5): Worth the premium - Stayed late Nov for 4 nights total, late booking and paid around 650 USD nightly for a Deluxe King. Review is based around recent stays and price point. Location: Excellent, right above a metro station, just 15 minutes to Shinjuku, Shibuya, or Tokyo station. Convenience store and pharmacy in the building with lots of local food options within walking distance. Property: Excellent, located at the top of the building with a commanding view of all of Tokyo. Beautiful lobby decor with a few high end dining options. Facilities spotlessly maintained down to the smallest details. Large indoor pool, spa, and fitness center. Room: Excellent, sleek and modern, and absolutely enormous by Japanese standards. Feels bigger than most western Kings even. Floor to ceiling window for an unbeatable view of Tokyo, with a massive bath. Bedding and toiletries were wonderful. Was upgraded to a suite for part of our stay with even more room, although I’d say the Deluxe King is plenty for 2. Service: Excellent, staff went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated. Had an excursion to Fuji during our trip and the hotel held our bags and helped move them to our new room when we returned. Check in also proactively upgraded us without asking for part of our stay. Generally speaking western hotel brands in Tokyo command a premium, and there are usually local chains that offer much better value. However in this case I’d say the premium is justified. My only complaint is the on site currency exchange machine offered criminal rates, but you’ll be fine with a credit card in Tokyo. Definitely one of the best LC properties I’ve ever stayed anywhere in the world.

The city views from the rooms are extraordinary, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in any five star hotel. I love this place. (If you take taxis though, make sure to get the little card with directions from the front desk - the entrance location confuses most cab drivers.)

- Vijay (10/5): Beautiful views, thoughtful amenities, and a fantastic lobby bar - From the moment we walked into the room, it felt like everything had been thought through for three people, not just two with a rollaway as an afterthought. There were three full sets of amenities – three sets of slippers, three bathrobes, three amenity kits – and the extra bed was genuinely comfortable, not the usual lumpy sofa bed. Even with the third bed in the room, we still felt like we had enough space to move around and use the seating area. The in-room amenities were a real highlight. They stocked high-quality skincare products, a loofah, and those very cozy pajamas that we actually ended up wearing. The vanity table with the lift-up mirror was surprisingly useful, especially for doing makeup without having to take over the bathroom. The bathroom itself was extremely well equipped, with a proper hair dryer and even a hair straightener already there – a small detail, but it made getting ready so much easier. The shower was huge and very nicely designed, with frosted glass for privacy. One of us did joke that they could have taken a bit of that shower space and given it back to the bedroom, but that’s more of a style preference than a real complaint – overall it felt luxurious. For us, the standout feature of the hotel was the lobby bar. The view is absolutely stunning, especially in the evening. We ended up spending more time there than we expected because the atmosphere was so relaxing, the service was excellent, and the food options were much broader than a typical hotel bar – everything from pizza to yakitori to sushi, plus great drinks. It never felt overcrowded, and every staff interaction was warm and professional. Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient to public transit, with two subway stations nearby, which made getting around Tokyo straightforward. The one downside is the car/Uber access: the entrance is through an underground area that’s not very obvious the first time, and one of our drivers had trouble finding it. It’s manageable once you know where it is, but worth being aware of if you’re arriving by car.

- cng17 (10/5): A Luxurious Stay at the Prince Gallery Kioicho - The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho is a very luxurious stay. The hotel is well appointed, modern and beautiful. It is located a block away from the Akasaka district that is full of great restaurants and the fun filled Harry Potter Akasaka subway station!! The staff are all very cordial, helpful and respectful. In fact, they were so nice, they helped us purchase baseball tickets for a game at the Yokohama stadium. We deeply appreciated it. The guest rooms are very relaxing, soothingly decorated and we especially like the comfy window bench which spanned the entire window area. It was very calming to be able to watch the street below as we planned our day in the morning and after we came back so tired from sightseeing. The amenities are wonderful at his hotel. Every night when we returned from sightseeing, our yakutas were laid out for us on the bed. They also had extremely well made two piece pajamas that were soooo comfortable that we bought a pair from the gift shop. The bathroom was well appointed with everything you could possibly need and was re-stocked daily. The breakfast buffet had a large array of offerings to satisfy everyone’s cravings. The hotel bar is a sight to see. It is decorated with neon lights surrounding the window and bar. It almost looks like an aquarium with a view to the city. We will definitely stay here again. We liked that it was a bit more remote than staying in the busy hub of a busy area like Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc. We highly recommend this hotel!

As a lifetime Platinum I was happy to see that they recognize Marriott status levels.We were able to have complementary breakfast during our stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The rooms were modern and very clean and the bathroom was amazing with an electric toilet seat! The location of the hotel was walking distance to many restaurants and the Imperial Palace! Strongly recommend this hot!
- U3393JTlaurenc (2/5): Luxury? Only If You Love Paying Extra for Mildew - If you’re looking for a five-star experience full of warmth, hospitality, and world-class service, you won’t find it here! The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho was a letdown from the moment I arrived. The staff were cold and standoffish, and communication was a struggle due to limited English. Not what you'd expect from an international luxury hotel. They charge you extra for everything. Want to use the pool? That’ll cost you. Never in my life have I stayed at a “luxury” hotel where the pool wasn’t included. I booked this place specifically for the rooftop. Surprise, it was closed until October, and of course, that wasn’t mentioned when booking. The hallway carpets greeted me with the charming smell of mildew and old socks. Truly an immersive experience if you're into that kind of thing. It felt anything but clean or luxurious.😒 The only redeeming factor was the view, which was genuinely beautiful. But unless you’re coming to Tokyo just to stare out the window, I’d say skip it. If you want a fake luxury experience wrapped in mildew and hidden fees, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and book somewhere that actually understands hospitality.

The hotel makes up the 30th to 36th floors and the lobby is on the 36th floor. Our room was on the 32 floor and it was big, comfortable with amazing views of the Imperial palace grounds and points beyond. Great service and wonderful restaurant were very nice too.

Ładna sala ale za tą cenę hotelu oczekiwaliśmy dużo więcej. Basen, cała strefa basenowa jest nieprzyjemna i mało atrakcyjna dla turysty po całym dniu zwiedzania. Najgorsze jest to, że z basenu można korzystać tylko w czepku a w wannie z hydromasażem jest bardzo mało wody i masaż jest niskiej jakości.

Die Aussicht auf Tokyo ist um umwerfend und die Sitzgelegenheit direkt beim Fenster sind sehr angenehm. Die Anbindung an das U-Bahn System ist etwas anspruchsvoll, da zwei Stationen in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Hotels liegen und man vorher wissen sollte, wo man hingehen muss.

Постель приятная, матрас и подушки удобные, спать одно блаженство. Косметика Byredo. Персонал очень гостеприимный. Завтрак меню+шведский стол, хороший выбор, красивый вид из окна. В номере есть капсульная кофе машина Мне не хватило розеток
- PavlaPavla (10/5): Fantastic stay - My partner chose this hotel for our stay in Tokyo. We spent five nights here and it was a really great experience. Our room was on the 31st floor with a view of the park where the Imperial Palace was located. The room was spacious with a large window, so there was an amazing view of Tokyo (especially the night view was extremely beautiful). The bathroom was large with both a shower and a bathtub. The bathroom was not separated from the room by a wall, but by glass that could be made opaque by pressing a button. The breakfasts were delicious, every day a large selection of pastries, fruits, drinks, salamis, fish... Everything was very tasty. The staff was very nice. Our stay here was, in one word, fantastic.

- Juli (8/5): Espais comuns espectaculars, però habitació i serveis no justifiquen el preu - Hotel modern amb espais comuns espectaculars i grans finestrals amb vistes impressionants de Tòquio. El sushi del restaurant és realment excel·lent. Tot i que l’habitació té bones vistes, no justifica el preu que es paga. El tracte no és tan personal com en altres hotels de Tòquio i per qualsevol detall extra et volen cobrar, com per exemple utilitzar les instal·lacions de la zona de piscina i gimnàs després del check-out si tens el vol a la nit. A més, com passa en molts hotels de la ciutat, els menors de 18 anys no poden accedir a la piscina ni al gimnàs, cosa que cal tenir en compte si es viatja amb nens.

- JINGYU (9/5): 服務貼心的高級酒店 - 安全私密性，房間景緻，浴室備品質感很好並且有REFA的小直髮夾，員工很細心，貴賓室的茶點很好吃，房間裡面有平板電腦和中央控制面板。 酒店下面有很多家餐廳並且很不錯。 離開地鐵站和飲食街雖然有點距離但步行也就10-15分鐘，因為在酒店過生日所以房間還準備了毛巾蛋糕。 基本上沒有

- AnnaBonvoy (10/5): An experience! - Amazing service. Staff was very courteous and professional. The best and most memorable breakfast. Option of an entree plus the extensive and exceptional buffet. Stayed in a deluxe king room 3252 with great views of the city. Decent location for exploring the city by foot or transit.
- gumminski (10/5): Fancy and beautiful - they know how to do it right here! - Clean , friendly and professional. Rooms are perfect. I love the glass showers and the bathrooms are my fav part of the room. The turn down service is also a plus! Location is a quick train ride to the various clients I work with by Tokyo Station. For business - this is the pref hotel in Tokyo.

Excellent food. Great location near Imperial Palace, National Diet and Akasaka. Overall, a truly outstanding experience. Highly recommended.
