What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Vittorio at reception. He was always kind, welcoming, smiling, and genuinely eager to help. He gave us very useful recommendations and directions, which helped us organize our time and enjoy the city much more. His professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made a real difference in our stay. Nothing to mention. Everything met our expectations.

Frukosten var mycket bra, inget överdåd men det fanns allt vi ville ha. Det som saknades var glas till juicen, det kändes lite konstigt att dricka ur vanliga muggar. Sängen var lite för smal och så fort någon av oss rörde eller vände på sig skakade hela sängen.

Questa volta la camera al 9 piano aveva anche un bellissima veduta. Personale gentile e disponibile. La colazione e' abbondante e varia, con dolce e salato. Nulla, ma suggerirei col tempo di provvedere le camere con dei bollitori e tazze. Ormai quasi ovunque in questo standard di alberghi.

NE IDITE U OVAJ HOTEL SVOJIM KOLIMA.Osoblje se ne trudi da vam pomogne u haosu od saobracaja,trazio sam garazu 2 sata(uputili su me u garazu blizu u kojoj su mi rekli da im je žao ali nemaju parking za 4 dana a sve poslije toga je bio pravo ludilo)Prilikom odlaska zena na recepciji je rekla da ne moze da omoguci čak ni 1min parkiranje kolima vec je rekla da sidjemo sa koferima i kao na formuli uletimo i odemo. Sobe su pored veoma bučne ulice-cijelu noć viču,lome,u neko doba oko 5 ujutro prazne kontejnere .Iako su nam prozori bili zatvoreni izgledalo je kao da smo vani. Kad su zatvoreni prozori u sobama osjeca se čudan miris iz toaleta. Wifi je bio dosta loš.Tražili smo dva dana da nam rješe problem i na kraju odustali.Samo jedan uredjaj je mogao da se spoji a ostali ne.Čudan neki sistem.

Comfy bed and pillows, and a good mini fridge as well as safety deposit box provided. Does not live up to four stars, basic enough to have perhaps 3 stars. The room smelled horrible, probably from cleaning using old water/rags, or else the room has some other serious issue. Eventhough we had the window open from the afternoon the smell lingered, so had to keep the window open all night. Unfortunately the blinds did not totally block out all the light. No pressure in the shower, also be aware of very tiny cabin for shower.

• sarah (9/5): Comfortable, enjoyable, easy access to almost everything - and a good atmosphere. - We stayed before at the Exe Majestic and really enjoyed it. We returned because we knew the rooms were reliably comfortable, the staff friendly and the breakfast excellent. The shutters in the bedroom were a bit erratic and we had a bit of a moment with lights going out like a cut - I wouldn't have liked to have been in the lift if that happened then. But otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and expect to return.

• Jochen (4/5): Einmal reicht. - Liegt in einem schönen Viertel mit tollen Bars und Restaurants. Altstadt in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr laut. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fernseher ist sehr klein. In unserem Zimmer war - trotz mehrmaliger Bitte um Klärung - kein WLAN verfügbar. Frühstück sehr italienisch und wenig abwechslungsreich. Der Service ist ausbaufähig.
