• Laura (9/5): We were very satisfied of our stay and the hosting service. - Very good location, close to metro and main attractions on walking distance. The apartment is spacious with everything you need to feel like home. Also the responsiveness and the support of the host throughout the whole day. They organised a taxi for us to the airport and allowed us to stay in their comfortable office with a beatufil view while we were waiting for the departure time to come. There was a smell coming from the pipes probably in one of the bathrooms which they tried to resolve with some device. However it was not a deal breaker. One thing that is not acceptable for such apartment is the thin wall between the 2nd bedroom and the neighbours. We could hear the neighbours like they were in our apartment and they played loud music and sand loudly in the middle of the night just we arrived tired from the airport. But I warned them by knocking on the wall and they stopped so there was no need for further complaints to the host.

In general apartment is very clean and the towels, shampoo etc was very useful. Also kitchenware was available and very useful as well.

Although there was no on-site front desk staff, communicating with the team via WhatsApp was convenient, and they were always responsive. The process of picking up the fob keys from another location a few blocks away was hassle-free. The apartment itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer, dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room/dining room area. With shuttered windows, the rooms could be easily darkened for a late sleep, ensuring a peaceful environment indoors. We felt secure and comfortable throughout our stay. The thoughtful touch of a welcome basket containing olive oil, salt, and a plastic duckie added to the warm hospitality. The location of the apartment was excellent, within close proximity to Plaza de Cataluna, Paseo de Gracia, Rambla de Cataluna, and the historic city center, allowing us to explore the city on foot. Convenience stores were conveniently nearby, and a Carrefour supermarket was only a short walk away. As a mother traveling with my three daughters, ranging from a child to teenagers, our stay was nothing short of magical. Barcelona is a remarkable city, and this apartment served as the perfect home base. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here and for the support provided by the accommodating team.
• Maria (2/5): Decepción y pésima atencion - Cuando el cliente que se iba a alojar , llegó, se encontró con un fuerte olor a cloaca que afectó gravemente la calidad de lo que esperábamos. Aunque informamos al administrador, este admitió estar al tanto de la situación, atribuyéndola a la lluvia en la ciudad y sugiriendo soluciones insatisfactorias como abrir los grifos o usar ambientadores. La experiencia resultó en la salida anticipada de nuestro CEO y en la molestia de buscar una alternativa en fechas tan críticas como las del MWC, el mismo día y a última hora. Mandamos un mail de reclamación a la empresa que por educación no voy a reproducir pero desde luego NO lo recomiendo y no por el apartamento en sí, sino por la PÉSIMA gestión que tienen.
• Claire (8/5): Clean, serviceable apartment in a great location. - The location was excellent. The apartment felt safe and secure. Great light on to eating area in the morning. Nice touch to clean the apartment with fresh towels half way through our stay. Also it was possible to store luggage at the admin offices a few blocks away prior to check in and check out. The entrance was a bit grim with cardboard on the floor and in the lifts. Maybe there was going to be some refurb? A slight smell in the apartment. Also the rumble of the trains was a surprise. A few issues with the key system - seemed over complex. Also the keys are collected at the beginning of the stay from the administrative office a few blocks away. Something to consider if wheeling alot of heavy bags.

Our biggest issues were having to drop our luggage at a different location and then come back later to pick them up to then walk all our luggage to our apartment. Also, the toilet of one of our bathrooms smelled really bad but that might be a city wide issue. We liked how big the apartment was and it was nice to have two bathrooms. It’s a great location central to everything.
• Alan (10/5): Fantastic Stay - We decided to stay here on a work trip for ISE Expo. The apartment was a delight and was located in the perfect spot for transport, close to La Rambla, Boutique shopping and more. Note the hardest part of the experience is that you need to pick up the keys on check in from their office located at Plaça Urquinaona 6, 19th floor. The apartment is located a short 10-15 minute walk away. On check out you just leave the keys in the apartment and go. Cleaning is done several times during your stay (depending on how long you stay). Communications is via whatsapp. They even organised airport transfer for us! Shaun, Marc, Mario and the team at EnjoyBCN provided excellent service. Will definately stay again. 5 stars!

• Adrian (6/5): - Mixed feelings about this property. Good location. Walkable to many tourists sights and tons of restaurants. The apartment we stayed in was in a building with other apartments, offices. Unit showing some age with peeling paint on ceilings. Dust underneath the furniture. The living room was great size. Kitchen with refrigerator. The master bedroom had enough space but the second bedroom had a bunk bed which would probably have been okay for kids between 5-12 but too small for two teenagers. The second bathroom was tiny even a normal size person could just fit into the shower. The washer/dryer was very helpful. Check in process with picking up key in another central location is somewhat painful. We came from the train and had my family wait in the street for 20 minutes while I walked there and back to get the key. Okay during day and nice weather but had it been otherwise.... Should be a better way. Another place we stayed had a keypad lock on door and they would email you the new code.

• Freedom39434530302 (10/5): Would always use again - This is the second time we have used these apartments and once again they were excellent. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need for your stay. The apartment is in an ideal location for getting into town. Communication with the company is first class. We pre-ordered shopping which was left for us before we arrived which was really useful. They ONLY suggestions I could make to improve would be for a few more pillows and maybe an extra set of keys (you are given 2). However, these are minor points and did not distract at all from our stay. I will always look to book here again when going back to Barca with a large group.

We had a large family with kids and seniors and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was stunning and spacious with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Nuria and Arnau and the rest of the team gave us great recommendations, helped with check-in, checkout and luggage storage. Clean and unique we will definitely stay again and couldn’t recommend more highly! I don’t review each place we stay but these folks deserve 5 stars! Gracias!
• malloriew2019 (10/5): Great Stay! - We had an excellent stay in the Superior Apartment at Coliseum. The apartment was clean and in a great location. Staff was very helpful during check-in and throughout our stay. It was perfect for our stay in Barcelona. Would definitely recommend!
• 138norak (10/5): The breakfast were in peckage every day in the refrigerator. It was good but it was the same every day. - Some neighbour were a litle bit noisy during the evening. There was camera but no reception at the entrance. (lobby) But at the central place where the office was they were helpful nd very kind. We could leave the leggages there for the whole day. And they helped us printing the bording cards for the air-plane. It is in the central so the location is perfect.

One of our shower heads was broken, we could still shower but had to use the hand wand. Internet was good. Location was good. Having to go to one location to get the key, and then to the apartment was a little confusing but it worked out fine.

The building was well situated in a lovely area of the city very near to restaurants, shops and attractions. EnjoyBCN arranged airport transfers to and from the airport and also helped us with finding a stroller to rent for our toddler who could not manage so much sightseeing on foot (a company called Easytravelkids - which I also highly recommend). Nothing seemed too much trouble for EnjoyBCN. They always answered emails promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and spacious with great views. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Barcelona in the future.

Who would have imagined his amazingly well appointed apartment for 12 people to be in the heart of the gorgeous city of Barcelona? Beautifully decorated with a fabulous kitchen, comfy common areas and access to the entire city, this was dreamy. And that was just the apartment. Enjoybcn was a dream to work with, helping us organize tours, drivers, wine tastings, dinners and cooking classes. They could not do enough for us, from helping us equip the kitchen for our needs to the smallest detail. All in an effort to help us have a great time. And we did. They will see us again.

• jimklepper (10/5): Huge Space in Perfect Location - First of all, EnjoyBCN is an excellent organization to work with. We arrived to Barcelona early and we were able to stay at their offices, just a ten minute walk away, for a couple of hours. They cared for our luggage as well. The apartment itself is in a mixed-use building a block and a half from the Plaza Catalunya. There are offices in the space as well as apartments, but that wasn't any kind of a factor. The location is near numerous restaurants, as well as shopping. If you want to cook your meals in the fully appointed kitchen, a large supermarket is located in the bottom floor of El Corte Ingles department store in the Plaza Catalunya. You can be at the top of La Rambla in five minutes and really into the heart of the old city in less than ten. The place itself is massive. The common areas were huge and had seating for a dozen easily. The dining table is a bit of a tight squeeze for more than eight, but we made it work. There are two large bedrooms with en suite baths. The other rooms are smallish, but really only need to be used for sleeping. The air conditioning worked perfectly (we were very grateful for that). It was spotless when we arrived and a cleaning team came in to straighten up, empty the trash and make the beds when we were out after four days. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a large group or a couple of families to stay in during a trip to Barcelona.

The apartment was in a great shape, easy to get everywhere just 3 minutes walk to Plaça Catalunya- the most perfect location possible. Beds were very comfortable, lots of storage place, very clean, and quiet. Will be glad to return next time in Barcelona.

• Tour702722 (10/5): Wonderful apartment! - Traveled with a group of 10 and the apartment was great. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space. Really enjoyed the location. It is close to many of the great site seeing spots. It was very easy to get around this beautiful city! The ENJOYBCN team was always quick to respond to our inquiries. Hope to visit again soon.

This was our first time renting an apartment instead of a hotel in a city and I highly recommend it for a family of four. The BCN staff was wonderful and so easy to communicate with. We will definitely rent again with EnjoyBCN when we return to Barcelona!

Their apartments are well-furnished, fully-equipped, and nothing beats the location! Dealing with them is a breeze, and their staff (whether in person or via email) are totally friendly and helpful, and try to accomodate your requests where possible. I have no hesitation in recommending EnjoyBCN apartments to anyone going to Barcelona on a holiday!
