Spacious room with very comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. Fridge, kettle and safe, and even a little sofa. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Great view of TV tower from our room! Shower tray was a little slippery when wet. Lighting a bit dim in bedroom, but OK in bathroom. Plenty of coffee shops in vicinity, and street food places, but had to work hard to find restaurants that served food other than steaks and burgers; eg fish and vegetarian.

We didn't book breakfast, due to this we didn't meet any staff. We passed through reception every day and found staff to be very impersonal. The aircon didnt work very well, it was very warm at night.

- Nicole (9/5): Tolle Lage, schönes Hotel, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal - Empfehlung! - Großes Zimmer, supergute Lage, gemütliches Bett, toller Wasserdruck in der Dusche, Fenster zu öffnen, durften Koffer (auch von nachgereisten Freunden) unentgeltlich in der Aufbewahrung lassen. Grundsätzlich alles super, nur Abflüsse in Dusche/Waschbecken erstaunlicherweise sehr schlecht.

- Ruxandra (8/5): Overall a good hotel, some rooms are better then others - Location , staff at the reception, big rooms, clean, the hotel building was beautiful, parking available in the hotel garage The floor was not properly fixed in our room, could be a bit cleaner e.g. carpets, matraces soft not quality you would expect in 4* hotel, shower was a bit broken, lamp not working in the room, noice from the street and you could hear other rooms too, no soundproofing

Great location for first time visitors, with walking distance to Mitte and mutliple easy connections nearby with U-bahn, S-bahn and tram. We made use of this a lot so got to see many different areas of the city in just 3 days. The area itself was not the coziest, Other areas like Prenzlaurberg are cozier and more lush.

- Urs (2/5): Kein Aufenthalt, keine Kulanz durch das Hotel - Es war uns nicht möglich die Reise anzutreten. Gemäss Booking war eine kostenlose Stornierung nicht möglich. Wir hatten zweimal das Hotel kontaktiert, ob diese kulanter Weise einem Teilerlass zustimmen würde und und wir unserseits das Zimmer für die weitere Vermarktung freigeben würden. Leider gab es von Seiten Hotel kein Angebot, was uns sehr entäuschte.

- Cari (5/5): Sparse, Cold with a Communist Feel - The only positive about this property were Hizirek, at the front desk and the bartender Tom, both were very friendly and helpful. It is close to the Metro and several bus line and Alexander Platz It felt like a throwback to Communist East Berlin… the decor was cold and minimalist, the room was small and sparse plus it was an inside room that was like a fish bowl as it was open to the restaurant and busy offices - curtains had to be closed at all times. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Το δωμάτιο ηταν στυλ σοφιτα κ ενω ειχε ψηλα παραθυρα δεν μπορουσαμε να χαζεψουμε καθολου απεξω αν κ ηταν αρκετα φωτεινο κ ευρυχωρο.

- Sabrina (10/5): Ein Wohlfühlhotel - Ein richtiges Wohlfühlhotel. Tolles Ambiente, sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön . Unseres war auch sehr ruhig. Fantastisches Frühstück, mit frisch gepresstem Saft und einer umfangreichen Brotauswahl. Die Lage ist perfekt. Zentraler geht es nicht. Man kann überall schnell mit der S-Bahn hinfahren. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Pourquoi ne pas proposer une formule basique boisson, pain, jus de fruit ? Price of breakfast is really not reasonable , why not propose a short basic breakfast ?

- Margarita (8/5): - Very nice hotel and rich good breakfast with varieties of everything. Located in East side on Berlin, so the area is in the style of the East Berlin. Nice design, my room on top level my great and large, big and comfy bathroom But there were buts... the hotel started the renovation of the lift and it didn't work several days in different time, for me and one of my friends who had knee problem – it was hard to get to the top level. The smell of paint was around the hotel, then the corridor was also under renovation. There were some issues with the kettle in my room - they have quite strange system. The hotel was generous for me and made little discount for these issues.

Superfrühstück, allerdings auch teuer. Ruhig. Sehr komfortable Kopfkissen. Duschbad tipptopp Schöner Frühstücksraum. Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Vom Zuschnitt eher ein Einzelzimmer. Bett für zwei Personen recht schmal, Matratze nach den Seiten sehr weich und daher abschüssig. Winkliger, verbauter Raum. Nur ein Sessel, dazu ein Hocker. Leselicht und Nachttischchen nur an einer Seite des Bettes.

Nu was de enige verkoeling een open raam met behoorlijk lawaai van buiten. Vervolgens afgescheept worden met een gratis drankje.

Heerlijk matras en rustige kamer. Voor mij als pianospeler was de vleugel op de begane grond een geweldige verrassing; tegen een borg mogen gasten met koptelefoon op spelen. Onze kamer had niet het gebruikelijke halletje na de deur, waardoor je meteen de slaapkamer inkomt
