Globetrottersanju (9/5): - The location was great, next to the tram stop. Spacious enough for 3 people. Bathroom was well equipped. Bed, even the sofa bed, was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with variety of options. Coffee machine in the room was perfect! The coffee machine was broken, although when we asked they replaced it. The sofa bed was not arranged before our arrival, they had to come arrange it while we were doing something, but that was not very problematic at all.

Sabrina (5/5): Viel zu teuer für diesen Service/ dieses Angebot - Frühstück war in Ordnung. Lavabo war beim premium Appartement defekt, wir mussten alles selber inkl. Bügelbrett und Glätteisen des Hotels ins neue Zimmer schleppen. Viel zu teuer für das was angeboten wird und diesen Service! Das neue Zimmer war kleiner und sicher nicht im selben Preis + war alles staubig. Für diesen Preis hätte ich wo anders definitiv mehr Service bekommen. Die Freundlichkeit und Motivation der Mitarbeiter hielt sich extrem in Grenzen.

Tanja (7/5): Gutes solides Hotel mit idealer Lage zu den Studios Berlin Adlershof. - Sehr gute Lage zu den TV Studios, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, ausreichende Infrastruktur. Frühstück gut (nicht außergewöhnlich, aber okay). Betten bequem, wenig Geräusche von der Strasse. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist etwas altmodisch und die Türen zum Flur könnten schalldichter sein - ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden.

Sehr nettes Personal. Ich hätte mir gewünscht das ich einen Kaffee bekommen hätte können bei der Anreise. Wärend der Frühstückszeiten gibt es an der Rezeption Kaffee und Tee. Wäre schön wenn es das den ganzen Tag gäbe, da es ja im Zimmer keine Wasserkocher gibt zB.

Melanie (6/5): Anständiges Hotel - Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich. Die Preise waren fair. Unser Zimmer roch ständig unangenehm. Jedes Mal, wenn wir es betraten, roch es nach Eiern/Gas. Wir ließen das Fenster offen und spülten die Dusche, aber das half nicht viel.
Frederik (8/5): Goede locatie om budgetvriendelijk Berlijn te bezoeken. - Zeer goede ligging om vlot het centrum van Berlijn met de trein te bereiken. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Het raam van onze kamer kon 's nachts niet open omwille van het straatlawaai. Tapijt in de kamer is niet ideaal.

Regina Thommen (7/5): Lage gut mit gutem Frühstück. - Das Frühstück. Die Betten und Kissen waren nicht gut. Auch die Aufteilung der Räume fanden wir unpraktisch. Die 3.Person schlief auf einer Auszieh-Couch, wo man durchlaufen musste für ins Bad und Küchenzeile usw. Die Möbel und Leuchten sind alt, wackelig und z.T. defekt.
