• NATALIA (10/5): Лучший отель на таксим - Супер отель, шикарный матрац,муж не хотел с него вставать и выходить из номера. Номер очень большой, матрац наверное сантиметров 30 в высоту, персонал очень отзывчивый, заселили раньше, накормили завтраком, донесли при выселении чемоданы до автобуса, завтрак тоже супер -много видов сыра,оливок, овощей, яйца около 6 видов приготовления, выпечки много, вкусные фрукты, еда на любой вкус,спасибо огромное поварам, бассейн хороший, народу там очень мало, это радует, расположение отеля самое наилучшее. Очень повезло что выбрали этот отель, приедем обязательно ещё, я была больше 15 раз в стамбуле и мне есть с чем сравнить, этот вариант лучший из всех с большим бассейном. Спасибо всему персоналу и этому потрясающему городу. желаю процветания и много туристов. Нет такого

• Jennifer (10/5): Meets 5-star Expectation - The hotel was comfortable, clean and in the perfect location. Staff was always smiling and helpful as well as professional. Everything requested was provided in a timely manor and the cleaning staff were all kind. There was a button in the room you could request cleaning service. This was a wonderful option. The pool is large and clean. The spa services had many options which was nice. This hotel definitelymet the 5-star experience. The restaurant did not meet the hotels high rating. Cold chicken, forgotten menu items upon deliveries, communication was difficult. The restaurant food, delivery and dine in tasted similarto fast food. I was dissapointed to hear 'shower caps were provided' meant you have to pay for them. It was not expensive. I went to the spa to schedule a massage, sat down and was being helped. A man sat down and the employee stopped assisting me and started helping this man. He had called someone else unbenounced to me. I had felt his priority was with the man and I chose not to get the massage and bath and we went to the pool. The light on my side of the bed was flickering on and off randomly.
