- Jonathan (9/5): Great hotel for a short visit to Florence - Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was good, only a short walk to centre of Florence. Easy location to reach from the airport, we chose to use public transport as we were travelling on foot. The Tram from airport was very straight forward. the bus stops maybe 50 meters from the Hotel. We didn't thin to ask for a river view so our room was onto the internal courtyard which is not the most picturesque view and because our flight was delayed we didn't ask if it was possible to change the room, given the excellent customer service I suspect the staff would have trie dtheir best to accommodate such a request.

- Lawrence (7/5): Enjoyable stay in beautiful Florence - The hotel is very clean, modern and stylish. The bar and garden area are really nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The bedroom was fairly small and bed was far too firm for me, but my wife liked it. The aircon was not working during our stay - staff were aware and had made contact with engineers, but the room was very warm. We could not get a constant temperature from the shower - a staff member attended and showed a technique that seemed to work, but should this be necessary ? The hotel is located a good trek from the main attractions and centre.

- Laura (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole ed in armonia - Hotel molto confortevole sia come posizione sia come struttura. Personale molto gentile e mai eccessivo o invadente. Colazione varia e con prodotti freschi e di qualitĂ . Camera moderna e pulita. La metratura della camera (tripla superiore) Ăš risultata un poâ piccola per tre adulti. Aggiungerei dei ganci per appendere le giacche e farei in modo che la tenda aderisca al vetro per evitare che entri la luce. Manca un poâ di insonorizzazione.

Abbiamo prenotato una suite per 2 adulti e 2 bambini e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti: spaziosa, elegante e soprattutto pulitissima, perfettamente allâaltezza di una vera suite. Ogni dettaglio era curato con attenzione, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole e rilassante per tutta la famiglia. Lâaccoglienza Ăš stata calorosa fin dal primo momento e lo staff si Ăš dimostrato sempre super cordiale, disponibile e professionale, facendoci sentire come a casa. Posizione ottima, atmosfera tranquilla e servizio eccellente: torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia vivere Firenze con il massimo comfort!
- Millie (5/5): Not what we expected - falling short of its rating - We had high hopes for our stay at LHP Hotel River & SPA but unfortunately it didnât live up to expectations. The hotel feels very tired, our first room had several issues â mould on the AC unit, hair on the bedding, old worn towels, a window directly facing someoneâs balcony with no way to cover it (overlooking the toilet and shower), and AC that didnât work â all surprisingly noisy for the middle of the afternoon. When we asked to move or get a refund, we were flatly told no rooms were available. It took escalating to management before we were suddenly moved â into a room that apparently hadnât existed moments before. The second room was better, but the AC still didnât work. We were told the hotel doesnât switch from heating to cooling until mid-April, which should be communicated at booking. To their credit, they did offer two complimentary massages as a gesture. At ÂŁ550 including city tax, youâd expect far better. The cleanliness issues, the initial refusal to help, and the overall feel of the place left a lot to be desired. This didnât feel like a 5 star experience.

La posizione Ăš molto buona, câĂš il parcheggio davanti e il centro Ăš facilmente raggiungibile, infine il Lungarno da respiro alla struttura. Avevo chiesto una camera doppia con due letti e ho trovato un letto matrimoniale, nonostante mi fosse stato confermato che avrei avuto i due letti separati. Ma questo non rovina la mia soddisfazione generale sulla struttura.

- melindaed (10/5): Best Place To Stay - This is a beautiful hotel located right across from the river Arno. 15 minute walk to the center of Florence and the train station. This hotel also has parking for your car. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are not large but they are well appointed. Breakfast is included with your stay. The breakfast is fantastic. They serve almost anything you can think of. All the staff are very welcoming especially the ladies in the breakfast room. The room prices are reasonable and affordable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
- Jennifer (10/5): Quiet, easy access with a car and a great place to stay near Santa Croce. - This hotel is Arno river facing and in an easy place to get in/out of the city. They offer parking services, the employees were all incredibly helpful and kind and the breakfast included more food than Iâve ever seen at a hotel stay in Italy. I prefer this neighborhood, while itâs notâinâ the city center, it is quiet, and a short walk to Santa Croce piazza and church. Did I mention they have a bar, outside patio seating and a restaurant? Nothing, it was great
