Καθαρό δωμάτιο Δεν υπήρχε καθαριότητα κάθε μέρα (π.χ. αλλαγή πετσετών)Ανέφεραν ότι η καθαριότητα ήταν κάθε 3 μέρες (τόσες μείναμε) - Καλό θα ήταν να αδειάζουν το καλαθάκι του μπάνιου στο ενδιάμεσο - ήταν κάτι που κάναμε εμείς Ίσως να σκεφτείτε να αντικαταστήσετε τις μαξιλαρες-καναπες-κρεββατι με κανονικούς καναπέδες καθώς δεν ήταν βολικοι

• Mike (8/5): Good value for Rome. - This was a great value for Rome in a good location with several nice restaurants in the area. The check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. The "sofa" (cushions on the floor) were not comfortable and took up a lot of space in the room with limited utility. It would have been great to have a small fridge and microwave in the room.

• IRIS (10/5): Magnífico - La ubicación es muy céntrica y excelente con muy buena comunicación en transporte público, cerca del alojamiento hay todo tipo de comercios y restaurantes. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, las camas muy grandes y cómodas. No hay nada negativo, ha sido una gran elección.

Lokal jest mały, na poddaszu, ma mechaniczną wentylację i klimatyzację (hałas) która wyłącza się po wyjściu (czyli powrót do nagrzanego i niewentylowanego pomieszczenia), ściany oczywiście cieniutkie więc wszystko co się dzieje za ścianą słychać.

• Mehmet (10/5): Im Ganzen war es ein weiter zu empfehlende Unterkunft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in der Nähe. - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet bus und Bahnstation vor der Tür Es war ein bisschen weiter weg zum Zentrum. Das war uns schon einmal vorher klar.

• Soledad (8/5): Muy buena ubicación - Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, tiene una parada de metro justo al lado que te puede llevar al centro histórico fácilmente. También hay un supermercado y cafeterías para desayunar. Tranquilo en la noche. La dueña muy amable y resolvió las dudas con prontitud. Es bonito y las camas cómodas Sí tengo que poner un pero, un poco de humedad en la habitación porque no tiene ventilación natural, las ventanas no se abren porque están a una gran altura

• Ringo (7/5): Gutes Zimmer, gute Lage, netter Aufenthalt - Die Lage und die Ruhe im Zimmer war für diese permanent laute Stadt sehr in Ordnung. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr bewuem. Auch das Raumklima war super und wir haben echt gut geschlaffen. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein aber das ist auch reine eigene Perspektive. Wenn man dabei vielleicht auch zuhause sehr penibel ist. Grundsätzlich war das Bad (Dusche, WC und Waschbecken) sauber.

It is a quiet place and accessible to tourist attractions, also close to transport stations. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

• SOKRATIS (8/5): Αρκετα καλη επιλογή, εκτιμώ την προσπάθεια, αλλα μπορούν και καλύτερα ! - Μας αρεσε πολυ η τοποθεσια και η διαθεση για εξυπηρετηση της ιδιοκτητριας καθως και η προσπαθεια για καθαριοτητα ! Θα μπορουσε να εχει ενα καλο ανατομικο στρωμα και αντι για καναπεδες μαξιλαρια να εχει κατι που να φαινοταν πιο καθαρο, διοτι σε αυτα τα μαξιλαρια δεν ξεραμε ποιος εκατσε και ποσο καθαρα ηταν ! Επισης θα ηθελα ψυγειο στο δωματιο ! Κατι αλλο που δεν μου αρεσε ηταν ο τροπος που εβγαζε θερμανση και το γεγονος οτι δεν ηταν επαρκης η ζεστη, εβγαζε κατι σαν ζεστη αλλα μεσα στη νυχτα κρυωνες !

• Alessandro (10/5): Sopra ogni aspettativa - La stanza che ci é stata assegnata si sviluppa su 2 livelli. Appena si entra sulla destra c’è un piccolo angolo relax con tavolino e 2 poltrone e sulla sinistra un frigorifero e un tavolino. Sullo stesso livello troviamo l’area tv con ampio divano e il bagno molto grande. La zona notte con il letto (nel mio caso doppio) è sul soppalco che è veramente molto bello. La stanza è curata in tutti i particolari. La pulizia ottima. La proprietaria attenta, gentile e molto disponibile. Dista un paio di km a piedi dal Colosseo ma a 400 metri c’è la metro per i più pigri. A disposizione c’è un angolo cucina esterno la stanza dove si può consumare cibo da asporto. Quando tornerò a Roma sarà la mia prima scelta sicuramente. Migliorerei solamente una cosa, non credo di non aver trovato io l’interruttore, ma essendo un bagno cieco una ventilazione forzata troverei nel limite del possibile il modo di installarla.

• daniele (9/5): Rosso Cortese....amabile e frizzante come l'aperitivo ! - L'appartamento e' molto accogliente, ben arredato e pulito. Il letto nel soppalco veramente carino ed insolito con il pavimento in vetro e cmq ben curato sia come tende su misura sia come spazi . Bella ed ampia la doccia. Molto dettagliate le info. per accedere alla struttura. Nulla di diverso da come ci e' stato presentato. Il divano con seduta a terra diverso dal solito ha un tessuto che puo' far presupporre una difficile pulizia, ma nonostante cio' non abbiamo trovato "segni " che facessero pensare quanto detto.

They also had strict rules like no eating in the room. The showers are open and water got on the floor easily. Had I known, I would have booked somewhere else

• emilia (10/5): regalo di compleanno riuscito alla grande!!!! - Ho prenotato questa struttura come regalo di compleanno per i miei figli e loro sono rimasti felici!! io estremamente soddisfatta della struttura, della comodità, degli arredi, del confort del letto, della pulizia e infine per la squisita gentilezza del gestore, che ha avuto la premura di chiedermi preferenze per la camera da scegliere e per i letti. Prenoterò nuovamente da loro al mio prossimo viaggio a Roma!!

• Harald (9/5): - Für die unruhige Stadt Rom findet man in dieser Unterkunft am Abend die verdiente Ruhe. Es liegt wewniger an der Unterkunft sondern an der Infrastruktur, Bus könnten öfter und regelmassiger fahren aber sonst kommt man von der Unterkunft sehr gut an alle Orte in Rom.

• Clémentine (9/5): Une chambre vaste à deux pas du métro. - À deux pas de la station de métro Lodi (ligne C), l’emplacement est très pratique et le quartier agréable (quelques bars et restaurants, des commerces d’alimentation mais rien de très touristique). La chambre était propre, agréable et la salle de bain également. Notre hôte a été très sympa et réactive lorsque nous lui avons fait part d’un petit problème. La chambre, entièrement carrelée, est équipée d’un climatiseur réversible et d’un ventilateur au plafond. Elle est certainement plus agréable en été qu’en hiver: nous n’avons pas vraiment eu froid mais le chauffage est bruyant et le carrelage reste glacé. Ce sera notre seul bémol et nous reviendrons avec plaisir en été!

• Benjamin (7/5): Good hotel close to the center - The room was nice and big. We were let in earlier (at 11) it was very kind of Gió, we appreciated it a lot after an early flight. The neighborhood is nice, lot of restaurants and shops,there is a large grocery store on the corner. Underground station is 2 mins away that takes you to Colosseo. The walls are quite thin, you can hear everything the neighbors say or do... our neighbors were pretty loudly enjoying each other's company in the bed. The electricity is shut off when you are out with the key and so is the heating, it was a bit chilly after getting back.

• Saveleva (10/5): Vorrei tre asciugamani invece di due - Tutto è fantastico. C'è una stazione della metropolitana e una fermata dell'autobus nelle vicinanze, così come un supermercato e un'ottima pizzeria. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Gli appartamenti sono puliti e accoglienti.

The bathroom was covered in hair. The room and hotel in general do not match the description at all, as indicated on the announcement. I will not choose this hotel again and I do not advise you on it.
