The price is admittedly a bit high, but prices in Florence are generally quite expensive, so the hotel does not really stand out in that regard. Everything is exceptionally clean, the room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious and generous. They also have a garage, which is a great advantage if you are arriving by car. Our stay here was very comfortable, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Florence.

- Kate (10/5): Absolute Gem - Our family of six, ranging in ages from 9 to 76, recently stayed at iQ Hotel Firenze, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean throughout. The breakfast was beautiful with a great selection, and the hotel bar is a fabulous spot for a nightcap to end the evening. A major highlight was the pool area; it gets the sunshine all day long and is heated with hydrojets, making it incredibly relaxing. The staff truly couldn't do enough for us, ensuring our large group felt welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary minibar was a lovely, thoughtful touch. We will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived the IQ Hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Our kids were excited to have the option of a pool and a gym, which they happily utilized during downtime. My husband and I enjoyed the outdoor space in the morning with our cappuccinos. However, what stood out the most to us was the amazing staff that welcomed us into the IQ Hotel and went above and beyond to make sure our stay with them was more than satisfying. From the front desk, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the wait staff, to the cleaning staff, to the maintenance staff, each one had helped us with a smile. I truly felt as if we were staying with family. The personal attention that is given to their guests is worth every penny of your stay. We were sad to leave and look forward to our return!

- MATTEO (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Firenze! - Abbiamo soggiornato presso iQ Hotel Firenze durante il nostro viaggio e l’esperienza è stata decisamente molto positiva. La posizione è uno dei suoi maggiori punti di forza: l’hotel si trova vicinissimo al centro storico e permette di raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni di Firenze, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente pratico. La struttura è moderna, curata e soprattutto molto pulita. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre accogliente, sorridente e disponibile, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Anche la colazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa: ricca, varia e adatta a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Un ulteriore valore aggiunto è la presenza di una spa e di una palestra ben attrezzata, servizi che purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di utilizzare per mancanza di tempo, ma che rappresentano sicuramente un plus importante. Molto comoda anche la vicinanza a un parcheggio custodito, particolarmente utile per chi arriva in auto. Tra gli aspetti meno positivi, abbiamo trovato poco pratico l’armadio aperto senza ante. Anche il rubinetto del lavandino con sensore automatico è risultato scomodo, perché funzionava male e rendeva difficile lavarsi normalmente.

It’s spotless, you can see how much pride the staff takes in their jobs. There was nothing out of place, It’s modern and the only negative is that we didn’t get to enjoy all the hotel had to offer while there! I was with my daughter this trip and we felt comfortable and safe. It’s definitely more than a 5 star hotel. It’s a straight walk to the Duomo. So Convenient. We hope to be back one day.

It’s truly a perfect choice for anyone looking for modern accommodations within a short walk of the city center. The rooms are consistently comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels fresh, functional, and welcoming after a long day of exploring Florence. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch and add an extra level of convenience and enjoyment to the stay. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. I especially want to thank Delia at reception, who was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly, and Daniele, the restaurant manager, who took excellent care of us and made every dining experience memorable. Overall, IQ Hotel continues to exceed expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

The room amenities exceeded my expectations. The bathroom lower shelf was a perfect feature to store my person items without adding clutter to the counter. Very comfortable, a home away from home. The bar, restaurant and breakfast were also excellent. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

You can also book the hotel spa for 45min daily free of charge. We only used it on the last day but wished we had used it every day. Bar is good and staff are friendly Room was a little small. Very tight even with just 2 suitcases. Hot selection at breakfast was cold everyday. Even after complaining. Additional charge for fried eggs or omelette etc.

The location was excellent - perfect for shopping, with the convenience of being able to easily return to our room and drop off our purchases before heading out again. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, polite, and attentive, always ready to assist and happy to answer any questions. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was impeccably clean and well-organized. We especially appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks, which were included in the price and thoughtfully replenished every day - a lovely and unexpected bonus. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Everything was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options including juices, coffee, fruits, vegetables, and an impressive selection of desserts. The spa experience exceeded all our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that the room was private and included its own sauna and pool - an amazing feature that made the experience even more relaxing and exclusive. Our only regret is that we visited the spa just once, especially since it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Next time, we will definitely make the most of it and enjoy it every day. - dublin7353 (10/5): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Gem in Florence! - Our family of six, ranging in ages from 9 to 76, recently stayed at iQ Hotel Firenze, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean throughout. The breakfast was beautiful with a great selection, and the hotel bar is a fabulous spot for a nightcap to end the evening. A major highlight was the pool area; it gets the sunshine all day long and is heated with hydrojets, making it incredibly relaxing. The staff truly couldn’t do enough for us, ensuring our large group felt welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary minibar was a lovely, thoughtful touch. We will definitely be back!

We were welcomed with biscotti and cake on my birthday. The location could not have been better, walking distance from almost everything. There is a do not disturb button you can use if you do not want housekeeping, but the housekeeping was great. Plenty of assorted size towels changed every day and excellent bedding. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. We loved the balcony, the complimentary drinks/snacks, and the breakfast. The bartender Daniele made exceptional cocktails. Highly recommend !

The staff was extremely nice and helpful any time we asked questions. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had a beautiful terrace to go out and enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also liked that it was away from the crowded area near Duomo. It was very nice to get away from the crowd. It was less than a 10 minute walk to Duomo and we found new places along the way. The side streets near the hotel have lots of stores and restaurants. Also, so easy yo get to from the airport. Jumped on the tram and it dropped us off across the street from the hotel. We would absolutely stay there again!
