- Erika (6/5): You can get a better place for that money - It shows that there is a swimming pool and it isn’t available for customers. There AC filters isn’t clean , and that made my night a nightmare. Fungos ácaros … Also there was a charge of $100 deposit that I don’t usually pay for that in the other hotels . And I am still waiting to get that money back .
- Stanislav (10/5): Бизнес отель в центре города - Современный отель в центре города. Вокруг зелено и чисто. Очень вежливый персонал в отеле. В номере все было, убирали очень хорошо. В холле был бесплатный чай и вода. В самом отеле есть несколько ресторанов. Завтрак выше всяких похвал - позволял насладиться и китайской кухней и позавтракать по международному формату. Возле отеля два больших торговых центра и станция метро - до центра 10 минут.

Teppich alt, teilweise sind die Möbel und Schränke abgenutzt. Klimaanlage hat abgestanden gerochen. Separater Luftreiniger filter dreckig und hat nicht funktioniert auch nach Hinweis an der Rezeption kein handeln. 42 Stock ist das Zimmer groß aber Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Unbedingt bei einchecken fragen. Pool war im April nicht geöffnet. Was auch stört ist der Antrieb von den Fahrstühlen. Ich musste Ohrstöpsel beim schlafen tragen weil es sonst nicht zu ertragen war

- Virginija (10/5): - I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and it is honestly the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been to. From the moment I checked in, the experience was amazing — I was kindly upgraded to a room on the top floor (42nd), and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that skyline was truly a highlight of my entire trip to Shanghai. The staff were always available, friendly, and ready to help with anything at any time, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and special. I genuinely could not fault a single thing. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was perfect. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

- Mikhail (9/5): - Отель пятизвездочный изначально был. В китайском помпезном стиле, но видно что эксплуатируется давно. В целом действительно 5 звезд но по стилю соответствует прошлому десятилетию. По чистоте и оснащению все хорошо. Завтраки дорогие, в 3 минутах хотьбы за углом есть KFC что решает проблему. Метро в 5 минутах пешком, несколько линий, поэтому транспортная доступность великолепная. До основного делового центра пара остановок.
- W. Melvin (9/5): If you want to be in Pudong or close to the Bund, excellent choice of hotel - location in Pudong excellent, nearby Metro with 4 lines, nearby restaurants at all price points. Breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful for giving directions. They closed the swimming pool Oct 7. As a Canadian, it was not yet too cold to swim outdoors! In fact quite hot the first few days.

Есть халаты, тапочки, всё, что нужно. Есть вариант замены подушки на подходящую именно вам (4 варианта) Убираются каждый день, в номере чисто. Ставят по 4 бутылки воды, что очень удобно. Можно заказать еду в номер, которую привезёт робот. На нижних этажах есть спорт-зал и бассейн.

- c_tiaf446 (2/5): Not a 5 star hotel - I really don’t understand how this hotel gets such high ratings. Pool area: Very disappointing. To reach the pool, guests are directed through a kitchen area where fruits and vegetables are being prepared — extremely unprofessional. Right next to the pool, there’s another corner where staff were grilling and cooking, filling the area with smoke and bad smells. The pool itself looked neglected: the edges were dirty, clearly not cleaned for a long time, and the small foot bath before entering the water had trash inside, including plastic and masks. This gave a very unhygienic and unpleasant impression, nothing like the photos advertised. Gym & Spa: The gym is tiny and crowded. It was mainly used by outside groups for pilates and fitness classes, so it didn’t feel like it was really for hotel guests. Our reservation said “sauna included,” but in reality, using the sauna costs extra. Laundry: Very misleading. They advertise laundry, but there are no machines for guests. It’s only a pay-per-piece laundry service, with an additional 50% surcharge per item — something I’ve never seen before in a so-called 5-star hotel. Breakfast: Food quality was just average, more like a 3-star hotel, nothing close to 5-star standards. What shocked me most was the service and atmosphere: staff were not welcoming at all, and I witnessed very rude behavior. One morning, a guest had her toast taken away by another customer right in front of everyone, and instead of helping, the staff laughed at her along with the other guest. That’s unacceptable anywhere, but especially in a hotel claiming to be “luxury.” Overall, the hotel felt dated, unclean in important areas, and the service was far from professional. Definitely not the 5-star experience it claims to be — I would not recommend staying here.

- Tony (10/5): My stay was excllent and I will return to this hotel when I am in Shanghai. - Breakfast was great and delicious. Threre was many selections most notably Chinese and some Western. Location is great and close to restaurants and shopping malls. The Metro is only about 5 minutes walking distance. Robots cleaned the floors. There was a lot of traffic on the small street in front of the Hotel but it was not a problem. You just have to be careful crossing the street.

The Metro System is about a 5 minute walk and is very convienent. Breakfast is excellent with many choices and the environment is great. The room was very good. The hotel is old but is in excellent condition. The room was fine. There was a tub/shower combination. There was a lot of traffic directly in front of the hotel. This was not a problem but you need to watch out for food delivery electric bikes and a lot of taxi traffic. The road is not a main throughway so it's acceptable. The hotel staff will happily make reservation for taxi service.
