• Donna (10/5): Very nice and warm in Singapore with air con in the right places, magnificent tree canopy - Beautiful location near shopping malls and next to gothic style large church St Teresas’, walking is safe and not too far to enjoy, everywhere is connected by bus. Sentosa ferry is close. Feels very safe and good eating at Sentosa ferry. Nothing! But breakfast was not delivered due to war in Iran cost of delivery has probably changed service charges???
• Jacqueline (5/5): Price quality not recommended - X Cleaning was poor, staff was so so, Bed was not really comfortable and the sheets felt sticky. Location is not recommended if you want to stay close near the mall or any hawker. For the price they charge the facilities were poor

• Lisa (6/5): - Die Lage ist gut, wenn man nach Sentosa Island möchte. Das Bett war in Ordnung, Dusche groß genug. Die Dämmung nach außen ist schlecht, man hört den Straßenlärm, vor allem die Busse. In den Zimmern zum Hinterhof/Seitenstraße hört man das andauernde laute Brummen von Klimaanlagen. Personal war bemüht und freundlich, jedoch war es mir zu laut.

They could have done better for simple facilities. Minibar / fridge was on, but not cooling, very old one. I wasn’t affected as I didn’t use it.

• Alison (8/5): - It is located in suburbia area which suited us perfectly as it is near our relatives. Lots of coffee shops, eateries, convenience stores within walking distance. Bus stops are nearby and Grab or taxi easily available. The room was clean. It was a bit small but we are only there to sleep and shower. The great thing is a cold filtered water available which was convenient. Will definitely come back. Room was a bit small but it was clean and comfortable bed.

The photographs shown in the online doesn’t match with the present conditions ! Bathroom was horrible !!! How can they fix commode in 2 feet wide space?!!!!! Pillar inside a very small room!! Furniture was fix in a wrong direction!! Bathroom floor water disposal line is extremely wrong !!!!!! Very very disappointed…..!!!! This rooms rent shouldn’t be more than 40/50 dollar without any star rating . We don’t like anything!!!! Specially bathroom. Bathrooms at reception area are more horrible and uncleaned !!

• Sarka (7/5): - Umístění blízko autobusove zastávky. Na pokoji byl mírně cítit kouř (asi po předchozím užívateli). Nebyla zde žádná skříň jen ty s ramínky umístěná nad lednici takže se nedalo nic delšího pověsit. Sprcha natočená proti záchodu takže pak bylo vše mokré.

I wanted to offer some constructive feedback regarding the bathroom size, which I found to be quite small and cramped.

The walls are thin so you can hear everything from the next room. Staff were smoking, and the smell of cigarettes carried all the way from the lobby to the room. On top of that, someone tried to open my room with a key card. The peephole cover on the door wouldn't close. It seemed like the hotel was frequently renting rooms by the hour in the evening. • Preeta (5/5): Not for triple sharing. Unlikely to stay again, even if it is double sharing. - Location is convenient. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It was triple sharing room. But with the third bed, there was hardly any space to walk. Bathrooms are tiny with hardly any space to sit. Of course there’s no bidet or hand shower provided. In the tiny pantry, there are no plug points to heat up the kettle.

The picture from the website does not match the reality especially the toilet. After raising this matter at the reception the only option they gave me was an upgrade to another room with 280.00 Singapore dollars difference that I had to pay up front. As I was not able to cancel the booking as it passed the due date. I was happy to leave and find another hotel nearby as I saw on the web that there were better options available as I felt like they were not honest and they just want to make extra money from tourists. As I had no option I paid the extra amount as I was tired from my journey to get there but I feel that I should not have to pay the difference as the pic didn't match the reality. I m kindly asking for the re-found that I pay of 280.00 Singapore dollars extra as I feel the room that gave me look like a bit the pic of the one I booked. Thanks

It’s an absolute joke and they should be removed from Booking.com immediately. I told you that before I stayed and it was worse than I expected. The bathroom was filthy, the fridge was a disaster including filthy door and nothing inside it. The room was noisy to the extent I left at 3 am Breakfast? You are joking. A/C and bathroom vents needed cleaning and/or changing--but those were the only two notable issues.
