Fozzibär (9/5): Schönes - Frühstück, Zimmer Englischsprachige mails für Schwiegervater, der kein Englisch spricht. Starke Teuerung, nur weil ESC in Wien ist. Dazu kommt,, dass es kein Zimmerservice gab.Lt Rezeption aus Umweltschutzgründen, ich glaube eher, dass sich das Hotel Personalkosten erspart.
Zdeněk (7/5): Pokoje, snídaně a sužby jsou na dobré úrovni. Dále hotel je umístěn na velmi strategickém místě. - Snídaně byla dobrá, jen mohl být větší výběr uzenin, šunka, sýry. Dále chyběla nabídka smažených vajíček ("volská oka")..... . Jinak velký výběr pečiva. Celkem tedy snídaně velmi dobrá. Překvapili nás TVRDÉ NEKVALITNÍ RUČNÍKY, které v žádném případě neodpovídají čtyřhvězdičkovému hotelu. Navrhuji tedy vyměnit na pokojích za ručníky kvalitnější...... . Jinak není co vytknout.

Service: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Location: The hotel is in a prime area. The metro station is right outside, which makes it so easy to reach the city center and all the main points of interest in no time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jitka (7/5): - Blizko metra. To , že na pokoji maji napsanou ceduli, že bude účtováno pozor!!! 30 a 40 euro, za to, že bude chybět mýdlo nebo tělové mléko z koupelny!! Které tam maji . A nám chybělo! Byli jsme na 2 noci.. je to velice neprijemne! Máte strach, že vám to na konci pobytu naúčtuji zpětně ale těžko obhájíte, ze jste to vy nevzali! Takže doporučuji hotelu, ať si tohle zkontroluje po odjezdu hostů a nevystavují dalši hosty takovým neprijemnostem!

Der Kaffee schmeckt grauenhaft, es gibt nicht einmal eine Tasse mit Untertasse.Wurst und Schinken haben einen eigenartigen Geschmack (ich vermute Billigprodukte) aber das Schlimmste ist dass diese Ware nicht gekühlt wird. Das Nachlegen lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Es kam dann ein junger Bursche, ungepflegt mit angepatzter Schürze und einem schmutzigen Geschirrtuch um Hals und Schulter geworfen (sehr appeditlich)

Christine (7/5): Good hotel, for a good price. - The room was spacious and clean and so was the bathroom. We had a twin room and the beds were large and comfortable. We were on the side of the U-Bahn and that was a little noisy at times but other than that no issue. The bar and restaurant were lovely and the staff very friendly and attentive. Food in the restaurant was very good. They also have a small gym and Sauna facilities where towels are provided. I liked that and it was very quiet when I used it. The breakfast in my opinion was way too expensive for 35 Eur each for the buffet option. However they did offer a 'Business Breakfast' for 14 Eur each which was more than enough for us and they have a 3rd option 'Vital Breakfast' for 18 Eur each. Also we were told at check in that we could put breakfast or anything on our room bill and every time we tried it the staff said 'oh let me check with reception' and they came back saying it was not possible for us without saying why not. Not a great feeling as a guest. From a location point of view the hotel is probably a little out of the city centre and perhaps not everyone would like to use the public transport to get into the city but we didn't mind and found it easy.
THALEIA (7/5): - Πολύ ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό! Η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά καλή γιατί το μέτρο ήταν σχεδόν δίπλα. Το δωμάτιο φαινόταν καθαρό. Υπήρχε σαμπουάν, κοντισιονερ και αφρολουτρο. Επίσης το μπαρ στο ισόγειο πολύ ωραίο για να πιεις ποτό ή τον καφέ σου. Απέναντι υπήρχε μια παμπ και μίνι μάρκετ και κάποια μπαρ σε κοντινή απόσταση. Το δωμάτιο έβλεπε σε ακάλυπτο. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε προσωπικό που αλλάζει πετσέτες, σεντόνια και που να μαζεύει τα σκουπίδια από τον κάδο της τουαλέτας. Μας είπαν ότι είναι πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου οι πελάτες να το ζητάνε από την ρεσεψιόν. Επίσης είχε μια σημείωση μέσα στο δωμάτιο που έγραφε ότι αν πάρετε την κρέμα σώματος θα χρεωθείτε με 40€. Κρέμα σώματος δεν υπήρχε στο δωμάτιο. Ούτε παντόφλες μίας χρήσης. Έπρεπε όλα να τα ζητήσουμε εμείς από την ρεσεψιόν. Πρώτη φορά μου συμβαίνει και έχω μείνει σε αρκετά μέρη. Δεν μου άρεσε αυτή η πολιτική. Όταν μένω σε ένα ξενοδοχείο μου αρέσει η περιποίηση. Επίσης δοκιμάσαμε το πρωινό των 15€. Ήταν κακό. Ο χυμός σαν νερό, τα κρουασανακια φαινόντουσαν κατεψυγμένα στην χώρα του κρουασάν και των γλυκισμάτων! Ο καφές ήταν πολύ καλός.

Volker (10/5): - Das Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen. Super Frühstück, freundliches Personal und alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Zudem hat das Hotel eine eigene Tiefgarage, was in Wien nicht selbstverständlich ist. Toller Aufenthalt dort.
Carolina (9/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr saubere und schöne große Zimmer. Die einzige Kritik, die ich geben kann, ist dass die Uban sehr laut durch die Fenster zu hören war.
Hannes (9/5): Sehr angenehm freundliches Personal wir werden wieder kommen! - Ein sehr umfangreiches Buffet mit frischen Speisen und sehr gutem Kaffee aus dem Automaten Es wird eine große Abwechslung angeboten. Die Eier sind auf den Punkt gekocht und frisch. Ein deutscher Gast am Nebentisch ,der sich lauthals über fehlende Handtücher beschwert hat. Eine Beschwerde die wir nicht nachvollziehen konnten.

aldo (8/5): - The hotel in general That cleaning of room is not made daily, you have to go to the front office to refill your towels, etc. Espicially your bed after a day out you will find it undone. I will not return.

Helmut (5/5): Gut gelegenes Hotel für einen Städtetrip, sonst leider nicht überzeugend! - Lage, Hotellobby (Design) Zimmer sehr abgewohnt; Betten waren viel zu weich und unbequem! Das Frühstücksbuffet war mittelprächtig, die Raumtemperatur in der Hotellobby ziemlich kühl; Sauberkeit im Lobbybereich aber auch auf dem Zimmer ausbaufähig.

Yusufbek (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend unless there is no other options - Near the Shönbrunn palace Awful smell coming to the kitchen all the way to the room in the second floor. Toiled cannot be locked and a glass is transparent. Extra bad is impossible to sleep on. Small, unstable and shaky

Rahman (9/5): - Location was really convenient and 2-3 minutes away from the station U4. I was quite disappointed with my experience at this hotel, mainly due to how they handled the deposit. At check-in, they simply asked for my card without clearly informing me that they would charge an additional deposit. To my surprise, the money was taken almost instantly. What I found frustrating is that while the charge happens immediately, the refund takes several days to come back. This creates unnecessary inconvenience, especially when you’re traveling. In my experience, most hotels just keep card details on file and only charge if there are damages or extra expenses. I’ve rarely encountered a hotel that actually takes a deposit upfront like this without proper communication. Overall, the lack of transparency around this process left a negative impression. I would recommend the hotel be more upfront about such charges to avoid surprising guests.

Jörg (6/5): Zimmer ok, Service und Lage ausgezeichnet - Es war alles in Ordnung bis auf das zimmerservice. Nach Beanstandung an der Rezeption wurden wir aufgeklärt und es wurde uns bei der Parkgebühr entgegen gekommen. Es wurde nicht mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmerservice nur alle 3 Tage stattfindet, erst auf Nachfrage(Handtuchwechsel, auffüllen der Kaffeepads usw). Wir reisten zu 3. an und für die 3. Person war nichts hergerichtet(Handtücher, Bett bezogen, )die betten waren sehr weich

Michael (9/5): Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel in verkehrsgünstiger Lage - Das Hotel ist schön und gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist recht verkehrsgünstig, die Zimmerpreise sind dafür recht günstig der Pool war nicht verfügbar die Hotelbar schließt schon um 23:30 das Parken ist mit 35,00€ / Nacht sehr teuer

Fritz (3/5): Leider nein - Kann ich wenig dazu sagen Ich kam zum Vorbereitungskurs zur Gutachterprüfung. Vorab war das Personal nicht in der Lage auf mehrere emails zu reagieren damit eich ein Zimmer aus dem Kontingent "Gutachter" buchen kann. Auch nach einem Anruf war eine Buchung nicht möglich ich soll eine email schrieben. Keine Antwort. Meine Partenrin kam nacgh und fand indem Zimmer im Kühlschrank geöffnete Lebensmittel vor, die nicht von mir waren, das zimmer war nicht ordentlich aufbereitet. Das Lokal hat mit einer Kammer nichts gemein, ist riesig, und mit Wunder auch nicht, es ist sehr kalt, es fällt einem die kalte Luft aus der Klimaanlage drauf. Auch im Zimmer war es nicht möglich die Klimaanlage abzustellen Wie sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist, eine adäquate Reaktion auf diese Unanehmlich keiten gab es nicht, immerhin ein tut mir leid.

David (9/5): Fijn hotel! - Super nette kamer, mooi ruim en fris. Ligging is niet ideaal, maar de faciliteiten zijn super. Alhoewel de sportschool wel iets meer toevoeging kan hebben. Bijvoorbeeld een optrekstang / TRX.
