Claire (2/5): Très mauvais rapport qualité /prix, malheureusement arnaque . - La situation, l’accueil du personnel, la qualité de la literie. L’étroitesse des lits: on nous a vendu pour 2500€ pour trois nuits deux micro lits doubles pour 4 personnes, 140cm ! Et non 160. C’est inadmissible de payer un tel prix pour si peu de place. De plus, la piscine était froide, de sorte que nous n’avons pu nous y délasser alors que nous avions choisi cela pour les enfants. Le petit déjeuner: il nous fut certes offert en compensation de la piscine froide, ce que j’appréciai, mais malheureusement la qualité n’y est pas. C’est équivalent à un petit déjeuner Campanile mais ça ne vaut en aucun cas 40€, et le chef cuisinier doit être formé à cuire des œufs. Les pancakes sont industriels, la charcuterie et la saurisserie et le fromage de médiocre qualité. J’ai eu l’impression de manger des produits premier prix. Le jus d’orange frais est en revanche excellent ainsi que le yaourt et la baguette. Au sauna et Hammam, il serait bien de diffuser des huiles essentielles afin de ne plus sentir la transpiration des gens . D’autre par le bois du sauna brûle le corps et le carrelage glisse…

Hristo (5/5): Ryanair vibes in 5 star hotel... - The good stuff: being greeted at reception with prosecco and chocolates was a nice touch, and the front desk staff were always attentive and friendly — as was everyone in the lobby area. The breakfast also genuinely deserves credit, and you could tell the staff actually made an effort to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. A few years back when I stayed at the Marriott in Skopje, I was genuinely blown away. The hotel was fantastic — way above what you'd expect from that city. Then after more than 20 years of regular trips to Vienna, I finally stayed at a Marriott there for the first time, and again I was left speechless — but for completely the opposite reason. The hotel is nowhere near the standard of the city. It gave me serious Ryanair vibes, honestly. Which is a shame. Аlready at check-in, the upgrade pitches start. "We have better rooms available if you'd like to upgrade..." Оnce you get to your room and connect to the free Wi-Fi, the first thing that pops up is an offer to pay for faster, better internet. The minibars are locked by default — you can only use them if you leave a deposit at reception. If you need it for medication or something like that, they bring you an extra fridge and stick it wherever it fits. The rooms weren't cleaned properly either. And the quality of the towels was, to put it mildly, not great. Probably the worst part of the whole stay — the Garten Café. Far from the food and service standards in the city. We went twice — and I already knew going back the second time was a mistake. Caesar salad — vegetables drowning in a heavy dressing (3.5/10). Club sandwich — passable, nothing more (6.5/10). Schnitzel — not even close to the real thing, and if the real thing is Figlmüller, then this was miles away (4.5/10). Beef soup — pretty mediocre (4/10). Esterházy cake — twice the size of what you'd get at Oberlaa, but five times staler and completely flavorless (2/10). Worst experience of all though: a waiter named Pierre Cabassu — rude, arrogant, and just unpleasant to deal with. If you do end up sitting at the Garten Café against your better judgment, try to avoid being seated in his section.

Na každé manželské posteli jen jedna přikrývka. Hotel rozhodně není na úrovni pěti hvězd.

After we went to the reception and insisted to be moved the receptionist Margarita attitude was at all pleasant, finally they moved in different room where to open the tv and change the Chanel’s you had to go and do it from the tv, the remote control was for nothing. And finally after shower my wife tried to dry her hair and surprise…. The dryer was full of dirt and blowing pices of plastic and dust from inside…. MrsP94 (10/5): Perfect hotel - A perfect hotel for us. We had a lovely room with an enormous comfortable bed. Very clean. The hotel reception is large leading to a really nice seating area and bar. Lovely cake shop in this area which we indulged in several times. The staff are excellent, the maitre really has his finger on the pulse, works so hard. The breakfast has a vast selection so suit all. At the front of the hotel is the Champions bar, showing sports on large tv’s. Really popular. We ate here on several nights, particularly enjoying the steak and the schnitzel burger. Service was very good. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The tram stops right in front of the hotel, but you can walk into the city centre in just a few minutes. Also used the business centre, but we didn’t really know how to check into our flight home, (old people) so the concierge helped. Nothing too much trouble. We also booked a taxi to the airport, they said it would be 42 euros, but beware the taxi charged an additional 18 euros for the suitcases, totalling 60 euros. In all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in booking for a further visit.
