Na terenie obiektu basen, tylko trzy leżaki ale były. Na przeciwko hotelu cztery punkty gastronomiczne, 50 m w lewo, kolejny. Dysponowaliśmy samochodem. Parking podziemny w obiekcie, 18 euro dzień, więc parkowaliśmy na okolicznych uliczkach.

What on the title (clearly distorted wide lens) photo looks like an Olympic size 50 m lap pool... In reality is just a tiny 12-m puddle for not more than two kids. Booking.com should really have a policy of no wide lens photos

Asked for extra towels, told no by the staff as our room would be cleaned on day 3 (not ideal with kids), ended up stealing some off a cleaning trolley. The building was noisy until 2am most days with teenagers running around the corridors.

• I9838PDmariag (2/5): Avoid this accommodation at all costs! - This residence is severely overpriced for what it offers, and I’ve had nothing but a bad experience here. From the poor quality of the food to the unprofessional conduct of the staff, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The so-called "continental breakfast" is laughable — consisting of greasy, overcooked bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit that’s often spoiled, and the occasional pre-packaged croissant. Lunch and dinner are no better; on several occasions, I was served grilled chicken that was visibly undercooked to the point that when you cut into it looked like it had just come out the fridge. The majority of the food is barely edible and has given me and many others a very upset stomach - it’s a far cry from what is advertised. Cleanliness is also a major issue. Despite regular cleaning being promised, my room frequently had more hair and dust after it was “cleaned” than before. Not to mention that the building appears to be infested with silverfish which live in the headboard right by your bed — completely unacceptable. The residence itself is far less impressive than the promotional photos suggest. The pool is tiny and only open a few hours a day during a very limited season. As a student accommodation, it’s also extremely restrictive: socializing is discouraged, noise after 11 p.m. is forbidden, and guests are charged an outrageous €18 per night — to stay in your own room, which you’re already paying nearly €1000 per month for. In terms of value, it’s astonishingly poor. I’ve stayed in or visited nearby accommodations like Xior and Livensa, which offer far better facilities, food, and service for a significantly lower price. Management, unfortunately, is another major concern. Residents’ wellbeing appears to be the last priority. Communication is poor and unprofessional, and complaints are often met with hostility or complete disregard. The director (Ana Muñoz) is dismissive and unapproachable, and communication from her is frequently abrupt and accusatory, often without clear justification. Non-Spanish speakers should also be warned that the director’s English is poor, which creates significant challenges when trying to resolve issues. To make matters worse, enforcement of rules and contracts is inconsistent and often arbitrary. There is a clear sense that residents are viewed more as revenue sources than individuals deserving respect or decent living conditions. In summary: overpriced, unhygienic, poorly managed, and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone — there are far better options just down the road such as Xior, that treat residents with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
• Laura (4/5): Reasonable and acceptable for very short stays in the city. 1/2 days maximum - Comfortable beds. Quiet room. Well-connected by transport to the center and surrounding beaches. Our room had a very unpleasant smell (cabbage). No matter how many times we left the windows open, the smell was permanent. No room cleaning service during our 4-day stay. Very little toilet paper. Short pool hours. breakfast with little variety.

Loved the blackout blinds and air conditioning, WiFi worked well and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn’t very good, I recommend booking room only and getting breakfast from the cafes across the road instead. They do good churros across the road. Parking is also overpriced here, you can book parking separately online with the car park provider instead

The room was comfy and clean, good shower, I enjoyed the pool, and the location was ok, with nearby grocery store that sells cooked meals (Mercadona). The room had some kitchen supplies which made it very convenient to eat the food I bought at the supermarket. Highly recommended.

• Carlos (7/5): Student Life in the suburbs of Málaga - The people at the front desk were very helpful and will provide you any help at all time. The location was ok but it was a bit far from Málaga and it made sometimes difficult just go to party and back to your home. You felt less like a tourist and more like a student. It was a bit far away of the center so getting back to the hotel was always a bit of a hustle.

• Philip (6/5): Not as good as the pictures - The location is good. Take the metro to the city for 2 or 3 euro's. And they have good airconditioning. It looks fancy and new. But it's a campus. We had a dirty shower, the pooltable needs to be refreshed and the swimming pool has a big yellow stain just above the waterlevel because of the sunscreen and other stuff from peolple (there are 4 basic sunbeds and some stools, so better bring something to lay on the ground). Also the breakfast is very basic. Almost everything comes out of a box (nothing fresh). You can eat better at a local restaurant (just outside of the building)for the same price.

• Styliani (4/5): Disappointing - The place overall was nice, but we had 3 sleepless nights as the rooms are not soundproof and even though we were in a quiet area, we could hear the loud half drunk conversations of the residents of the other rooms. This could be avoided with better organisation, as the other residents in our floor were all students with a project in Malaga, therefore would make sense to place them all together in one floor and the other independent visitors in another. Very loud, could not sleep at all. Very poor breakfast choices

• David (9/5): Basic student accommodation, but slept better than in a 4* hotel! - The room was basic but comfortable. I slept really well and the shower was good and powerful. The room wasn't spotlessly clean, and the fittings in the room were a little bit worn out. A water kettle in the kitchen would have been nice.

In my laptop, I found viruses that I could just remove when I turn airplane mode on in the device. Really awkward situation since I was working in that laptop

• Jamileh (6/5): Pleasant - I appreciate the location, which was easy to locate and had several restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the city center, just 4 km away, made it convenient to walk there. Also there was a car park. I had booked a double room with a double bed, but upon arrival, I was provided with a single room containing two single beds. This arrangement made it challenging to move around the room comfortably. Furthermore, there was no chair available for seating, and disappointingly, there was no hairdryer provided. When I inquired about the hairdryer at the reception, I was informed that they did not have one available. Additionally, the room was not cleaned, and the sheets were not changed for the first two days of my stay. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they informed us that they only clean the rooms every three days, which was not communicated clearly during booking. Furthermore, the amenities provided were limited, with only one small bar of bath soap and one small shampoo provided for the initial three days, and no hand soap available. By the end of my stay, after three days, they provided me with a hairdryer, and they finally cleaned the room. For breakfast, it wasn't particularly good. It was the same every day with no veg and you needed a voucher to enter. Additionally, the room key didn't work to get in for breakfast. We should wait for other people to come and open the door.

• Royripper (8/5): Brilliant, clean and great location....spoiled only by one single member of staff on reception - The rooms though basic were spotlessly clean and reasonable in size, particularly for a solo traveller The one thing that spoils this otherwise brilliant experience is an issue mentioned by several other reviewers of this property. I rated the staff here as poor. This is a little unfair because every member of staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. There is just one receptionist that spoils the entire guest experience. She is rude, unhelpful and obstructive. She didnt smile once in any interaction we had and I noticed her being equally rude and unsmiling with most other guests. I appreciate there may be something going on in her personal life that causes her to be unhappy in her job, however someone in her management how big is your team? above should do something to address this issue. She brings down the entire guest experience and the hard work and exemplary good customer service their other staff clearly practise.

• Irene (8/5): - Como puntos positivos destacamos las diferentes posibilidades que ofrecen las instalaciones: piscina, gimnasio y muchas zonas comunes. Era silencioso y en la misma rotonda de Teatinos así que la ubicación estaba bien. Como puntos negativos los claves han sido: salen hormigas desde el primer día y son un inquilino más hasta que te vas. Como sugerencia podrían incluir trampas para ellas o insecticida si es tan común, porque aparecían hasta en la cama. Por otro lado, el último día la cocina tenía una avería y no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución a pesar de que el desayuno venía incluido, por lo que tenemos que comprar uno con nuestro dinero en el exterior.

• Arian (6/5): nice crew but the stuff it was not enough perfect - breakfast was a routine and boring,also the important thing the stuff for restaurant was not clean enough for example we had the cup which is has lipstick mark the crew was very social and nice people and they really helping us especially the reception crew
