• Jacques (3/5): hotel correct mais la situation en bord d'un axe majeur de circulation pénalise fortement - en premier le check in qui a été fastidieux alors que nous l'avions fait en ligne et etions déjà venu 3 jours avant en second le bruit "infernal" de la route pour la chambre située sur l'avant avec en plus une isolation bien moyenne

• Andreea-Livia (10/5): We had a wonderful stay at B&B Hotel Milan! - The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived — everyone was kind, welcoming and always ready to help. The free breakfast was a lovely surprise, with plenty of tasty options to start the day perfectly. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet, exactly what we needed for a relaxing city break. Another huge advantage was the easy access to the city center by metro, which made exploring Milan incredibly convenient. We also really appreciated the recommendation for the nearby restaurant Le Tournedos — absolutely delicious food and a great atmosphere! Highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Milan! We would definitely come back!

• Carboni (9/5): - Ho avuto un problema con un condizionatore rumoroso e il giorno dopo senza dirmi nulla mi sono venuti incontro facendomi un cambio stanza e spostando loro i miei bagagli. Molto gentili e cura del cliente top davvero.
• Marina (9/5): Ottima struttura non centrale ma molto ben collegata, semplice ma pulita e con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. - Molto pulita e accogliente, la stanza ampia, arredamento minimal ma efficiente, bagno ampio e semplice. Molto apprezzato lo spazio colazioni all’ultimo piano con vista, colazione ricca e ben servita dallo staff. Ambiente internazionale. Cruciale il grande parcheggio custodito a un prezzo ancora accettabile (non lo aumentate però !). La posizione non è centrale ma a me serviva fosse accanto alla Iulm, raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti, come la metro che in 15’ ti collega al centro, c’è anche il treno. Strategica la vicinanza all’autostrada verso sud. Non ho trovato difetti ma il mio soggiorno è stato di una sola notte.

• ClarkeXM (6/5): Close to the eleveter, too noisy - Upon my arrival, which was late at night, I was assigned a room located directly adjacent to the elevator. As I checked in at a late hour, I was unable to properly assess the room's surroundings before settling in. It was only after I had unpacked and attempted to sleep that I became aware of the severe noise issue. Throughout the night, the constant mechanical sounds of the elevator — including the loud humming of the motor, the repetitive opening and closing of the doors, and the vibrations traveling through the walls — made it virtually impossible for me to fall asleep. I found myself lying awake for hours, unable to get the rest I needed after a long and tiring journey. The lack of adequate sleep not only affected my comfort during my stay, but also had a noticeable impact on my energy and wellbeing the following day. Something have to mentioned is that there is a good restoronte nearby, which is called Le Tournedos, it is the only happy hour about this stay.

I would recommend booking it with them directly for the better price. The shower could be cleaner. Staff was polite however it was so strange that there were like 5 persons in the reception and only 1 was by computer.

Parkplatz gegen Bezahlung möglich Besonders störend war der intensive Geruch der verwendeten Reinigungsmittel, der sich im gesamten Gebäude ausgebreitet hat. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel ein beißender, chemischer Geruch auf, der auch durch Lüften kaum verschwand.

К сожалению, наш номер был грязный, раковина была забита и вода не уходила, на стене были размазаны какие-то человеческие жидкости, заметили это уже поздней ночью и не стали менять номер, оставались только чтобы выспаться и отправиться в путь. Но утром нам выспаться не дала уборщица, ворвалась к нам в номер в 8 утра с учетом того, что выселение из номеров в 11. Как она только сумела открыть запретный на замок номер, остается загадкой.

No se puede tener un radiador enorme encendido las 24 horas sin posibilidad de regularlo

La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, avec le métro a environ 7 min à pied et plusieurs lignes de bus à proximité immédiate, ce qui facilite les déplacements dans Milan. Rien de particulier à signaler, notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé.

Das Obergeschoss zum Frühstücken war sehr groß mit schöner Aussicht , sehr gutes Frühstück. Es funktionierte über den gesamten Aufenthalt das Internet nicht , ( trotz Nachfragen war das technische Problem nicht lösbar ) es funktionierte nur ein Fahrstuhl der sehr ungewöhnlich funktionierte.

• IrenaChe (9/5): Довольны соотношением цены и качества - Нам нужен был отель за разумные деньги, с парковкой в районе Навигли (Navigli district) и обязательно с лифтом, чтобы не тащить тяжелые чемоданы по лестницам. Все понравилось - в минутах 10 от отеля станция метро, в 15 минутах маркет вдоль канала Навигли. Номера простые, но чистые, постельное белье и полотенца хорошего качества. Есть холодильник, питьевая вода. Завтрак - шведский стол, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, кофе, колбасы, сыры, выпечка, фрукты, яйца. Остались довольны соотношением цены и качества. Приветливый персонал, всегда рад помочь.

• davidwY4490WL (10/5): Tidy and functional - The staff are all enormously friendly and helpful. The room is tidy and spotlessly clean. According to Italian law, the AC is not operated in the cooler months of Spring. So a west facing room can become a bit warm in the afternoon, if the blackout curtain is not drawn. Who stays in the room all day, anyway? But the evenings are pleasantly cool, and there is no need for AC. The breakfast is good. Good coffee machine, and fresh orange juice machine. Load it with three oranges for a brimfull glass. Again, wonderful staff.

• Tetiana (7/5): Непогано, але ми більше не повернемося 3 зірки, а не 4 - Чиста постільна білизна та рушники. Сніданок дуже простий, проте смачний. Привітний персонал. Поламані віконні жалюзі в номері і не вмикався кондиціонер, спати було неможливо, бо дуже спекотно. Також ми брали два номер, я просила поселити нас поряд бо ми одна сімʼя з малими дітьми, на електронну пошту прийшло підтвердження від готелю, але коли ми приїхали нас поселили в різних кінцях одного поверху, що було дуже не зручно для нас.

• PANAGIOTA (8/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, άνετο κρεβάτι με βολικό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια και βασικές παροχές. Η διακόσμηση εξαιρετικά λιτή. Η περιοχή είναι οικιστική και ασφαλής. Το μετρό βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 10-15΄ από το ξενοδοχείο. Στην περιοχή γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο δεν υπάρχουν καταστήματα για φαγητό ή ποτό αλλά σε απόσταση 20-25΄με τα πόδια βρίσκεται η περιοχή Navigli με πληθώρα εστιατορίων και μπαρ. Το πρωινό σερβίρεται στον 5ο όροφο σε μια αίθουσα απρόσωπη αλλά είναι εξαιρετικό από άποψη ποιότητας των ειδών. Διαθέτει μεγάλη ποικιλία γλυκών ειδών σε εξαιρετική ποιότητα και ικανοποιητική ποικιλία αλμυρών ενώ κάποιες ημέρες σερβίρεται και φυσικός χυμός πορτοκαλιού. Στην τουαλέτα υπάρχει μόνο υγρό σαπούνι, αφρόλουτρο, χαρτί υγείας και χαρτομάντηλα. Βρήκαμε δύο ποτήρια χάρτινα μιας χρήσης τα οποία όμως δεν τα αντικατέστησαν την επόμενη ημέρα αλλά ούτε και τη μεθεπόμενη αν και τα είχα τσαλακώσει και τοποθετήσει μέσα στο νιπτήρα! Αναγκάστηκα να ζητήσω από την υποδοχή. Οι παροχές του είναι κατώτερες για ξενοδοχείο 4*. Μείναμε 4 βράδια και δεν έγινε καμία αλλαγή στα σεντόνια ή τις πετσέτες.

• Nurşah (3/5): Disappointing stay overall - the room was clean, that was the only good part. We stayed in early April, and despite the warm weather, the heating was still on, making the room uncomfortably hot. The air conditioning didn’t work, and since the hotel is on a busy road, opening the window meant a lot of noise, we couldn’t sleep well during our stay. When we reported it, we were told it’s centrally controlled and nothing could be done. Very disappointing. Basic amenities like water, slippers, and even bathroom essentials were not provided in the room, they’re sold from a vending machine at the entrance. There was also no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. For the price, this is not worth it.
