- Olga (6/5): Not as expected - The location and having 2 rooms. Friendly and polite staff There was not enough space for 4 persons and our luggage although we had 2 rooms. Very small wardrobe. I can not imagine how to stay longer then for one night. There was nothing to keep toothpaste and brushes in the bathroom. Also hair dryer was 100 years old. Some points in the room have been renovated - this is fine, but not everything and it still needs renovation. The noise from the electricity box was horrible. So if you want to keep air conditioner on for the night you won't sleep because of that noise. The breakfast was bad. It looked good but was not tasty. The view during breakfast was gorgeous.

Les lits grincent énormément. Les matelas sont inconfortables. Il n'y a qu'une seule carte pour la chambre. Petit déjeuner pas bon du tout. Contour des fenêtres moisies Pas de double vitrages
- Michał (7/5): - Me gustó la localización. Todos sitios importantes de la parte histórica bastante cerca. Al lado de una tranvía conectada con otras partes de la ciudad No me gustó el desayuno. Era incluido en el precio, pero preferiría pagar menos y con ese dinero ahorrado comer afuera. La comida no era rica y de poca variedad. Hay espacio para mejorar claramente. También una noche vine al hotel y quería preguntar algo a la recepción. Ese hombre no hablaba inglés y tenía que usar un traductor. Hablar un poco es un requisito en mi opinión.

Внимательный персонал, чисто в номерах, уборка каждый день. Завтрак достаточный, может немного неразнообразный, но при указанной цене очень даже приемлемый. В зале всегда находятся сотрудники и своевременно пополняют блюда. Вид из окон зала для завтраков космический- на все мечети. Особенно понравилось, что сотрудник с ресепшн сам созванивается с такси, встречает и провожает до такси, так как подъехать прямо к отелю не получится - эта ситуация для всех отелей в центре Султанахмета. Нужно иметь ввиду, что комнаты совсем небольшие и не подходит для многодневного пребывания или нужно иметь мало одежды. В комнате все есть- холодильник, сейф, шкаф, душевая кабина , емкости в тубе -средства для душа и мыла. все хорошо

Breakfast space has the best view on the Blue Mosque. There's a locked store room for baggage, which was most convenient. The staff was attentive and helpful

У нас был семейный двухкомнатный номер. Но комнатки прям крошечные. Некуда было положить чемодан. Шкаф совсем маленький и на 2 комнаты был один шкаф. Не было зубных щеток и зубной пасты, шампуня и геля для душа((( В ванной было только жидкое мыло

- Clara (8/5): Sin internet - La ubicación. Frente a la Mezquita Azul No había internet. No funcionaba el wifi. Hablé con el personal, estaban mirando el partido, ni se molestaron en ver que pasaban. Me dijeron que no sabían que pasaba. Supuse que lo verían después! Reiniciar el router, hablar con su proveedor...lo normal...Sigo esperando... nunca funcionó. En Turquía no hay roaming, mi tarjeta de datos no funcionaba, no podía comunicarme. Nos fuimos a cenar y allí, con el wifi del restaurante, arreglé mi tarjeta de datos. El hotel nunca hizo referencia a lo sucedido. Habia otro wifi en recepción que tampoco me ofreció. A favor, comentar, que al marchar, el traslado que yo tenía contratado se retrasó y el hombre de recepción lo llamó personalmente y habló con él para ver que pasaba. La habitación doble es muy pequeña, pero para ir a dormir, suficiente. El tamaño del baño también es muy reducido. Las almohadas muy bajitas, pero el colchón muy cómodo.

- Chybyeva (10/5): В следующий раз приеду сюда! - Огромное спасибо персоналу отеля,очень отзывчивые,добрые люди!!! Любой вопрос решался быстро и оперативно. Завтраки были очень вкусные, особенно выпечка,а белье менялось каждый день!!! Расположение отеля - об этом можно только мечтать! Все супер!!!/
- Susana (8/5): A nossa viagem a Istambul - A localização é excelente,fica perto de tudo o que é importante para ver e tem uma vista maravilhosa para a mesquita azul! Os funcionários sao simpáticos! Os quartos sao pequenos mas para o efeito remedeiam! O pequeno almoço podia ser melhor!

- Orfeas (9/5): Ξεκούραστη διαμονή. - Το ξενοδοχείο Star Holiday Hotel ήταν ό,τι έπρεπε για το ταξίδι μας. Ζεστό δωμάτιο, ωραία παπλώματα και μαξιλάρια, καθαρό και ωραίο πρωινό. Ήταν όλα πολύ καλά. Σε κεντρικότατο σημείο. Θα ξαναέμενα ευχαρίστως. Ίσως το καλοκαίρι που ο ήλιος είναι πιο φωτεινός το δωμάτιο να μην είναι τόσο σκοτεινό το πρωί με τις κουρτίνες. Για χειμώνα είναι μια χαρά.

- jose (5/5): excellent location, good value for money , would go back only if given a guaranteed quieter room. - location, Sultanhamed breakfast at the top floor with a view, breakfast and cleaning staff efficient. room was basic and clean, bed comfortable heating and AC available good value for the price for 4 nights. very noisy behind the bed head wall due to a restaurant kitchen next door, many different people at reception causing delays on sorting a problem due to miscommunication It took 3 out of 4 nights to be changed to a quieter room. small old tv sets and difficult to use remote controls.
