• robn802 (10/5): Great location, friendly staff! - Less than 10 min walk from the Munchen HBF. There is no big bright sign but it is on the building at eye level. Got about 8 pm and doors were still open, they close at 10. No reception desk but 2 friendly staff at a table with tablets. Filled out some info and got a code for the elevator and room, on our way. On the 5th fl, booked a high room with city view suite and was on the curve facing Karlplatz, 5th floor, fantastic. Huge room, king bed, work table, anteroom, large bathroom, fridge, TV with German channels except for BBC and NHK Japan, no problem. Included wifi so can watch online stuff. Fridge in room, fantastic. Great location, near train station, great food take away options across the street, Asia Viet was very good, McDonalds at Karlsplatz. We never went next door for the buffet, found other options. Also after Karlsplatz is the shopping street leading to Marienplatz and more. They are planning to start renovations at the end of 2025 so will be closed for that. Great hotel, we want to stay there again when we get back to Munich.

• Federico (9/5): Posizione centrale e pulito - Stanze enormi. Molto pulite e curate. La colazione è disponibile al bar di fianco ma abbondante e di buona qualità. I ragazzi all'accoglienza molto disponibili e cordiali. Posizione super centrale. Unica nota leggermente negativa è che si sente un po' troppo il rumore proveniente dalla strada ma nel complesso è tollerabile.

• Carly (10/5): Loved this hotel! Great area for Oktoberfest. - Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location for attending Oktoberfest, which was the purpose of our stay. The hotel was very expensive during this time but worth it due to our spacious room and short walk to Theresienwiese.

• druggist87 (10/5): Good choice for Munich - Great small hotel right at the start of old town and very convenient to public transport. Our room was very spacious and clean. Best part was the staff. They were wonderful at indulging my request for two blankets, and also extra pillows. The tub/shower was the only odd thing with a 22 inch step into the bathtub. It was great having so many windows to open to cool the room. And yes, there is a good deal of noise from traffic, however it is the city and once the windows were closed, not an issue.

• Rauterkus (7/5): - The hotel was nice and in a very good location to Oktoberfest and to Old Town. All walkable. Our room was on the first floor over the restaurant bar. They played music until 3:00am so if you are a light sleeper I would suggest getting a room on an upper level.
• Douglas (8/5): - This place is walking distance to the city center of Munich and the Hofbrauhaus which we really enjoyed going to during Octoberfest! The rooms are pretty plain, and there is no restaurant or bar on site. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is also within a short walk of the train station!

• Chris (10/5): - A very modern hotel with young, friendly staff in an ideal location to visit Munich. It is right on the outskirts of the main tourist area and an arrangement with the local car park makes it perfect if you are touring. The hotel was also dog friendly.

• nadiacT9987CP (2/5): Total Disappointment - Saying that this is a 4-star hotel must be a joke. A hotel whose reception closes at 7 p.m., so you cannot arrive or check in after that. Where, if you need an extra towel, you have to ask Alexa; where breakfast is served in a small café in the building next door, with a mini buffet… and when we requested a taxi for the next day at 9 a.m., they only responded on the day itself that they didn’t know if the taxi would come, with no concern or interest in the guests… where cleaning is only done from the third day onward… all of this and more is not worth the money paid for this "hotel".
• Woodie221 (4/5): Budget Hotel with No Amenities - The best part about this hotel is the location. It is convenient to Old Town and Marienplatz. Also, all of the reception personnel were friendly and nice. It goes downhill quickly from there… the rooms are small, outdated, and sparse. There’s no coffee maker and the mini fridge is barely functional. If you need anything, you have to ask for it. It seems that the room hadn’t had a good cleaning or refresh in years with stains on the worn out floor, dinghy furniture, and mold growing in the shower. The door to the bathroom took two hands and extra muscle to open or close. The pillows were like pancakes, both in fluff and color. We wouldn’t return here and I recommend you find something better!

• Nico (3/5): Bestimmt nicht noch einmal! - Nur die Lage! Der Zustand des ganzen Hotels (Eingang, Eingangsbereich, Rezeption?, Flur, Zimmer, Badezimmer...) ist zu diesem Preis eine Zumutung! Trotz des Upgrates auf eine "Suite" ist eine komplette Renovierung mehr als überfällig!
• Patricia (9/5): Prime location, excellent stay! - Great location, you can just walk through the underground station to get to Karlsplatz Stachus. Also very close to Munchen Hbf. Spacious and comfortable room with everything we needed. Only one minor issue. No screen in the bathtub and the shower head faced the wrong direction, so there was a lot of water that went out of the bathtub area to the floor of the bathroom. But they are renovating, so hopefully it will get fixed.

Da Restaurant/Bar nicht zum Hotel gehörend - kein Roomservice, nicht mal ein Getränkeautomat. Frühstück extern ca. 20 m. - schlechtestes Frühstück seit ewigen Zeiten. - max. 2 Sterneniveau. Geringe Auswahl, Trockene, billige Aufbackbrötchen (2 Sorten), billgster Toast. Croissant auch billig und selbst aufgebacken. Anscheinend alles vom Discounter. Für 22 Euro pro Person ein Witz/Frechheit. Tip: gegenüber Fellows - für 22 Euro ist man da besser versorgt.

• Febby (8/5): Great location and easy to access in central downtown Munich. - Liked the location. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was nice and also spacious. Staff were friendly. There is no kettle or fridge in the room, but it’s fine and not an issue.

• Clayton (1/5): Not a very good experience. - I cannot say what I liked since we had to relocate due to misinformation on their listing. The Photos did not resemble the actual room. It surely needs a renovation. The headrest had worn out fabric. The bedsheets had hair on it and the bathroom was not like the ones shown in the picture.

• Natalie (10/5): - Yours Truly was a perfect place for us to stay 4 days in Munich. The staff was so accommodating and even allowed us to check in 6 hours early after a red eye flight from NY. We also had forgotten to print a train ticket and they printed it for us. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom and closet space for clothes. The only downside is the noise level at night on the weekend, however, if you close the windows and blinds it helps block the noise. Staff was wonderful and location was unbeatable, 10 minutes from Marienplatz. Would definitely stay again!

Отличный Welcome Drink — 2 бутылочки пива)) Неплохой матрац. В целом номер довольно просторный и большая ванная комната с душевой кабиной. Сложно сказать, как считается звездность таких отелей — если вы ищете настоящие 4*, то, наверное, будет сложно, для нас ожидания вполне оправдались. Грязноватый пол (изначально не сильно убран), вида из окна как бы нет он на стену - но в целом это не испортило ожидания, тк за ним и не ехали. Уборка по запросу через Watsapp, по факту один раз сделали, второй просто забыли похоже (хотя запрос был). Нет холодильника и минибара. Кондиционер шумноват и пах сыростью.

Se si arriva in auto , location non semplice da trovare la prima volta e comunque complicato da raggiungere per carico/scarico dei bagagli . Impossibile parcheggiare vicino : bisogna spendere 25 Euro al giorno di parking ( convenzionato grazie all' hotel , alimenti costerebbe di più ) . Avrei voluto sapere tutto questo fin dall' inizio , prima di prenotare ( e non avrei prenotato qui ) , non dopo prenotato , una volta arrivato all' hotel .

Good value given the central location. Found the rooms quite noisy but beds were comfortable. I guess it is right in the middle of a city.
