Not enough space to hang clothes. Lights wasn’t working n hair dryer was loud n noisy.. requested to check n change but nothing done.

- Claus (2/5): Virkelig dårlig - At der ikke var ret langt til de steder vi skulle Billederne passede ikke til de værelser vi fik. Det var meget slidte og små værelser og ingen varmt vand at bade i. Der var på vores sal (4. Sal) meget støj om natten og kl. 01:15 var der en personale der mente, at det var tid til at gøre aircondition ren. Det foregik med en tandbørste, på værelset over for os, med åben dør, samtidig med der selvfølgelig skulle snakkes i walkie med det øvrige personale. Vi skulle have chekket ud søndag, men valgte at gøre det lørdag.
- onnicha (7/5): Great stay for it’s price point. - For the price point room was quite clean with enough space. Elevator not as small as other reviews claim - easily fit 4-5 people without luggage. Facilities were clean and the shower water pressure was great. Bathroom fan was on its last legs and room card wasn’t working initially however, service fixed this swiftly. Mini fridge was lacking strength. Walls seem to be quite thin. Online photos show great views unfortunately we had an inside room and could only see the neighbouring building wall.

- Supansa (6/5): - It was mediocre at best. Rooms were a lot dirtier, smaller and more broken down than how they looked in the pictures. I wasn’t expecting much but was really let down. Staff said we could keep our luggage at the hotel until our room became available. They didn’t put the luggage in the room or in a safe space until our room was ready. They left the bags in the front lobby. Don’t be deceived by the pictures, it much worse in person.

- Fion (1/5): Never come to this hotel unless you want be shouted at and clean bedsheet here, bath in cold water, and the room is not - Beside got a few massages palour. The staff attitude was very bad. They did not give us new towel after cleaning the room, so we wanted to go down to ask for towel, we saw along the corridor has their laundry trolley, so we just conveniently wanted to take 1 towel. The staff walk pass and scolded us, he shouted at us. Upon checking out, there was a very small stain on the bedsheet. At first ask us To pay extra 100baht, then they changed their mind and say 200 baht. We were confused. We wanted to pay the 100baht and go, but they didn’t want to give in. So they asked us to clean the stain. It is the first time we as hotel guests have to clean their bedsheet for them!

- Richard (6/5): Lazy cleaning service, inattentive staff - The hotel has seen better days, the walls could do with a lick of paint, the floors need deep cleaning and the cleaners need to do their job a bit more thoroughly and not leave stuff on tables like a 3-day-old cup of iced coffee that's obviously finished. I left the room to go somewhere else for 3 days and came back to find they had only just refreshed the bedsheets and nothing much else in 3 consecutive cleaning days. Lazy cleaning service.

The hotel manager was not helpful at all, I book 3 rooms for 2 night, 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 room for 3 adults 1 child, the booking.com has charge me already but when I when to the hotel they charge me more they said it over limit of people. I understand that but booking.com has charged me by that amount of people already. But when I call booking.com the refund me back. I am not recommend this hotel at all
