Marcia (10/5): Foi muito boa e ficamos felizes, inclusive vamos indicar aos amigos no Brasil!!! 🇧🇷 - Quarto confortável e espaçoso, banheiros e ducha excelentesssss e com vedação de sons fenomenal, não ouvimos nenhum barulho da rua, mesmo sendo a localização em uma avenida com muito trânsito. Café da manhã top, com muitas variedades, para todos os gostos. Camareiros e funcionárias muito educados e prestativos, e aqui faço uma citação para o funcionário Mariano, meu esposo teve uma indisposição por alimentação, e ele foi super solicito e me ajudou grandemente em tudo que precisei! Gratidão a todos! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Achamos pouca a iluminação e a TV poderia ser SMART TV com internet e aplicativos de streaming pra que pudéssemos logar o que temos! E a internet também deixou a desejar, muito lenta e saia fora todas as vezes que clicávamos em algum aplicativo, isso pode ser bem melhor, até pela estrutura e as 5 estrelas do Hotel.

Simon (6/5): Nice room and location but overall disappointed - The location was great and very central to the city. The wine at breakfast was a nice touch and the particular room we have was very spacious and comfortable. Other than Christian at the desk the staff were polite but not particularly warm or friendly. The ladies at the hotel bar charged me over £60/$80 for one glass of whiskey and I wasn’t aware it was a special one (even if it was written somewhere, which I didn’t see) they should have asked out of courtesy to see if I wanted it for the price especially as it was not a really high end or posh establishment. One of the reasons we picked the hotel was the rooftop bar and pool and was all shut up but stayed it was open until the end of April. The breakfast was a bit poor overall. Everything felt a bit dated in the hotel. Disappointed for a five star overall, but the nice room was a redeeming feature otherwise the review would have been lower.

В современном отеле практически нет интернета, одну картинку вы будете грузить 5 минут и это на всей территории отеля, в итоге мы 4 дня пользовались интернетом на роуменге, что учитывая, что мы из Европы было очень дорого!!! Как в 5 звездочном отеле может не быть интернета ?????? Ещё момент - номера были намного меньше заяленных в Букенге, отель просто врет про размеры номеров!!! Завтрак слабый, отель уставший, вопрос к Букингу - как вы им можете подтверждать пять звезд ????

Op korte afstand van restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. De apparatuur in de gym is slecht onderhouden. Dat is jammer. Ook de lift is aan vervanging toe. Dat is jammer voor een verder prima hotel.

Anon (7/5): Buenos Aires x2 nights - A solid hotel down the road from the Obelisk. Early check-in was appreciated (thanks Cristian!). Room was a good size with enough natural light. Decent shower. Didn't have a chance to use the pool. Easy to get around from the location. Would stay again. WiFi dropped on occasion. Better signage needed for the breakfast area. The room/bar for dinner could do with some atmosphere (diming the lights would do it). Couple of staff a bit cold. Room key-card would sometimes deactivate.

The laundry was delivered on the same day without a surcharge - many hotels deliver the next day or charge a premium for an 'express service'. I did bring up to the staff in the breakfast restaurant that the drying and replacing cutlery into containers could be done in the kitchen and not in the dining area because it is an incredibly annoying sound and very loud. The same is true of the collection of dirty plates and cutlery from the tables which is done on a trolley where items are loaded and cause a similar annoying loud noise - with the best of abilities it is difficult for this not to be so, but especially when cutlery is thrown into plastic containers whether clean or dirty. The staff seemed to have got used to it, but myself and other guests (most) were annoyed - judging by the comments made and also that sometimes they would startle as a loud crash happened just behind them within a foot or two. Also, the containers for the bacon and sausages and the one for the scrambled eggs had lids that slammed down loudly. I have never heard such a ruckus in my life in a restaurant at breakfast time when people have just had a night's sleep. Some of the staff at breakfast are also very rude and dictatorial about taking coffee back to your room (as I was doing because I could not stand the noise) even though I intended on returning the cup after I had finished. It feels more like an institution where the inhabitants are very much more inferior than the staff and they should 'put up or shut up'.

Miami73 (8/5): Hotel beim Obelisk - Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Obelisk. Man hat in Umgebung genügend Möglichkeiten an Restaurants, Bars, Museen, Theater und vieles mehr. Haben an der Rezeption Dollars sowie Euros umgewechselt. Absolut unkompliziert und nachgerechnet mit einem fairen Kurs. Zimmer war ausreichend groß, allerdings schon etwas abgewöhnt. Man sollte ein Zimmer nicht direkt beim Liftausgang nehmen, da dieser ziemlich laut ist. Oben am Dach ist es recht laut. Eine stets besetzte Bar am Dach wäre wünschenswert

Отель не на 5 звёзд. Даже до 4 не дотягивает. Персонала, который помогает с багажом нет. Только стойка ресепшн. Сам отель очень усталый. Номера видимо ремонтированы, но качество оставляет желать лучшего: зачем-то рядом с унитазом телефон, зато обещанные розетки у кровати, оказываются под тумбочкой, где их с трудом найдёшь. В номере - всё минимально. Нет ванных принадлежностей, обещанных халатов) И дверь в туалет не закрывается. Звукоизоляции никакой. Слышно всех кто, ходит в коридоре. Учтите, что в холодильнике - всё платное, воды даже привественной нет, за всё, что мы пили - с нас взяли оплату.
