Lähellä hyviä mutta myös huonoja ravintoloita

• Nancy (8/5): Hotel William in Malá Strana - We stayed at Hotel William for two nights. We liked that the hotel was in Malá Strana, away from the massive crowds in Old Town. The room in which we stayed was spacious, but there were a few things that were not in good condition. Firstly, the door handle fell off as we opened the door, the curtains were not the same length, and the end attachment for the towel bar was loose. Small things that can be quickly and easily fixed. The breakfast the first morning lacked fruit of any sort, so I was happy to see lots of fresh fruit the next morning. Otherwise the breakfast had lots of nice options, both hot and cold.
• Daneen (6/5): - I liked this place primarily because the neighborhood and fairly close to the River. They had a free breakfast which was good. However my room was right on the street and even though it had a nice park hill view, the tram that ran all night off and on, and I didn’t get much sleep.

Selve hotellet er i dårlig stand, senge meget dårlige, bad og toilet i ringe forfatning. Morgenmad acceptabel og ikke prangende. Parkering €25 pr. Døgn. Alt i alt, er hotellet for dyrt i forhold til hvad man leverer og kan få andre steder.

The hotel staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent—fresh and just to my taste. The only complaint is that the elevator is quite small, and without air conditioning, the space feels rather stuffy.

• Zhila (6/5): - The bed sheets and towel had a big hole of ripped. Every thing of facility was too old. The first my hand had bleeding and there was not any alcohol, betadin or any other first aid. But breakfast was great.

The rooms are nice, although the building itself is a little bit older, but is still maintained really well. The price is good too. Definitely worth a stay if you want a nice hotel thats affordable and has things within walking distance. A little loud outside sometimes from all the streetcars, but other than that, i will %100 be back again!

• Adam (8/5): Hotel William - It was an older hotel, located in the heart of the city. It was close to the subway, restaurants, park. The best part is they provided breakfast in style, I love the hard boiled eggs, all kind of breads, the foods was amazing!

Her gun odaya yeni su konulmasi bizi mutlu etti mesela. Temiz bi oteldi. Eksi olarak ise otelde otel terligi verilmedi. Terliginizle gelmenizde fayda var. Bizim kaldigimiz oda da banyo rafi namina pek bi sey yoktu havlular ya da kremler elimde kaldi gibi oldu. Onun disinda bu paraya alabilecegim en iyi hizmeti almis olabilirim. Tesekkur ediyorum
• Kiana (8/5): - We were provided with two rooms since they were renovating parts of the hotel that included our originally reserved room. The location is convenient, as it is right in front of the tram station and is also close to the historic center in general. There is no air conditioning (which is usually to be expected from Europe), but they provided a fan. The staff is helpful and patient! They were willing to explain everything, give us recommendations and answer questions we had. The breakfast buffet is good. Reception is available until 10 PM, and the door is locked at this time as well so you need to make sure you bring your room card with you! Overall the hotel was good and we had a wonderful time!

There was no air conditioning but a fan was provided as it was hot. Only downside was there was no fridge to keep drinks cool. Fantastic location not far from Charles Bridge and the Old Town
• Jasmin (8/5): Mysigt och stadsnära hotell - Ett väldigt bra hotell för det priset. Frukosten var bra och där fanns något för stora och små. Läget var super, med gångavstånd till Gamla stan. Spårvagn utanför som tog en snabbt och enkelt till andra delar av Prag. Vi reste med bil och hotellet har parkering inte alls långt ifrån dem. Betalade ungefär 240:- per dygn. Det enda minuset är att vi inte hade AC. På resan en vuxen och två barn. Kommer definitivt bo där igen.

Everything went smoothly and the driver contacted us when he had arrived so it was easy to find him. The hotel staff were amazing. Very pleasant and extremely helpful people. The hotel is a beautiful building in a great area. We walked to all the major sites. The breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend. My daughter would like to return to Prague with her friends and I would feel happy that she would be safe at this hotel

Though the decor is outdated and it’s fairly simply amenities, the coffee was good, the bed was cozy and warm for a smaller person like myself and it was a perfect location. Breakfast had many options and great staff at this location. They were really friendly and helpful.

I was traveling solo, so I asked for a room for a single person. It seemed they cut the room in half. I paid too much for a room that size.

Conveniently located in the Mala strana, about 20 min to Old town through incredible views and bridges. We walked everywhere and only used Bolt from train station and to airport. Hotel is very clean, impeccable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is sunny, clean, spacy with clean linens and warm blankets. We found the beds comfortable. Breakfast was a big plus, with nice variety and fresh produce. Fruits, vegetables, fresh cheeses and yogurt. Big plus were hemp seeds sunflower and pumpkin seed and nice variety of nuts. Unlimited coffee and tea very nice to have. Plenty of dinning options around and easy walk to Old town. We will definitely recommend! Thank you!

• Diego (8/5): - The location of Hotel William is unbeatable, a solid 10/10. While it’s not the most modern or comfortable hotel, it gets the job done. The breakfast is simple but adequate to start your day. A practical choice if you want to stay close to Prague’s main attractions.
• Joseph (8/5): - Great location, right near a tram stop so can get anywhere in the city if you figure out there public transport system, I was abit lost on first day using it but by my final day I had it down. Only things that detected for me was I had a double bed but a single quilt and one pillow, the shower cubicle no matter how you try you’ll get the bathroom floor soaking and just for me whatever chemical tablet they put in the toilet or whatever was so strong, felt like I was breathing bleach and scent, had to keep bathroom door closed at all times and try not to breathe in bathroom. The staff were amazing, front desk took my bag when I arrived because I was 5 hours away from check in to go exploring, they let me check in an hour and half early. Decor and design is abit outdated but what does that really matter, it was great location, comfy and nice staff. Breakfast was very basic but I wasn’t expecting much and it filled me up until lunchtime which saves some money. Overall enjoyed it and would come again.

We didn't have much interaction with the staff but they were friendly and provided a tip-top breakfast to start the day. Before booking i hadn't realised what a good location it is in. It's a fair walk from the train station tho probably navigable via trams but we hadn't worked them out! Otherwise a close distance to the castle and Charkes Bridge amonst other places. I'd definitely recommend from our experience.

• Isabel (8/5): - Very good location next to the tram stop, with very helpful staff. The beds were a little hard for our liking, and it was nearly impossible to shower without soaking the floor due to dysfunctional shower head. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

The staff helped us to book a reasonably priced taxi to the airport, and allowed us to store our luggage securely (locked room) at no cost. They were very helpful, with very good English. The hotel decor is a little outdated, but if your anything like us you’re out all day exploring and just need somewhere to rest your head in a lovely comfy bed ( which they were). The shower worked well and we were happy. The breakfast was served everyday from 7-10.30 and was really good. We enjoyed it every morning, there was a good variety and with our breakfast included In the price you absolutely can not go wrong!!! Ofter the breakfast time, you were allowed to fill up your water and have a few drinks from the machine including tea and coffee and no one seemed to mind, we were not charged extra when we left. We absolutely recommend this hotel and the great price we paid, great location, comfy beds and fab breakfast! What more do you want. Thank you Hotel William we had a lovely stay.

• Christian (8/5): - Das Hotel ist fussläufig ca. 20min von der Altstadt entfernt. Mit Glück findet man einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ansonsten ca 10min vom Hotel entfernt. Das Zimmer (3 Personen) war sehr geräumig und jeder Gast hat ein Bett, es gibt also keine Aufbettung für eine dritte Person auf ein Provisorium. Getränke auf dem Kaffeautomaten bzw. Saftspender stehen 24/7 zur Vergügung. Frühstück ist überschaubar jedoch gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wirklich bemüht Probleme zu lösen. In der direkten Umgebung des Hotels gibt es reichlich Möglichkeiten zu Essen.

• Kota (8/5): - 2024年10月の家族旅行で利用しました。主要な観光地へのアクセスも良く、飲食店も多くあり立地は良いです。屋根裏部屋を利用しましたが、暖房の効きがあまり良くありませんでした。さらに、トラムの音も少し気になりました。

• Minkyu (8/5): 가성비, 접근성 좋아요 ^^ - 카를교, 프라하성 등 유명관광지 접근성이 좋아요~ 주차비는 25유로 별도로 내셔야 됩니다. 전반적으로 깨끗한데, 침대는 그리 편하지 않네요ㅎ 조식도 다양하게 있구요~ 전체적으로 가성비 좋은 호텔 입니다 ^^

• Ian (8/5): Good hotel a bit away from the busy city centre. - Hotel is in a good location, on the opposite side of the river to the new and old city centres. Trams run past the door directly to the main train station (just have to walk through the park near the station). Breakfast is good. Standard room is quite small. Nice walk along the river to the Charles Bridge.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Overall, great location and just a couple of minutes away from the Church of Our Lady Victorious and The Infant Jesus of Prague. Do note that the rooms do not have air conditioning and the lifts are between floors.

• Barbara (10/5): - Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wer meckern will, wird auch immer etwas finden! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind vom Hotel aus, sehr gut Fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotelpersonal ist wirklich sehr nett und das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll und sauber angerichtet und viel Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber praktisch eingerichtet, völlig ausreichend.
