A unica coisa que não gostei foi da funcionaria que nos fez tanto o check in como o check out pouco simpatica de resto tudo nota 10.

Deborah (9/5): Splendide hôtel avec personnel au petit soin, petit bémol pour l'insonorisation des fenêtres - Chambre et vue magnifiques, personnel charmant et efficace, qualité des restaurants italien et japonais et du petit déjeuner excellente. Beaucoup de bruit (klaxons, musique etc) venant de la rue mais c'est lié à la localisation très centrale de l'hôtel.

FAISAL (7/5): لا انصح به بتاتاً ، مناظر خادشة و مرقص و صالة قمار - لا شيء لا يصلح للعوائل بتاتاً ! كل شخص محافظ عليه تجنب هذا الفندق لما يحتويه من مرقص مجبر النزيل على مروره امامه في كل طلعه و دخله بالاضافة الى صالة القمار ، نصيحه تجنبوه و جنبوا اهلكم و ابناءكم رؤية هذه المناظر الخادشة للحياء بالاضافة الى اللوبي الي فيه شباب و بنات مناظرهم تخدش الحياء طيلة الوقت .. على الرغم الرغم من اني شخص عادي الا ان المناظر كانت خادشه و م قززه

Hay que saber que en Egipto te cobran obligatoriamente un 12% de cargo por servicios, que no es propina, porque se lo queda el establecimiento, y un 14% de impuestos, por lo que la cuenta resulta bastante más abultada de los precios que figuran en la carta El baño no tenía bañera y no había nada alrededor del hotel. Además no nos dejaron artículos de aseo y había bastante ruido en el exterior. Lo peor fue que habiendo pagado en Booking el alojamiento, nos intentaron cargar a la tarjeta de crédito que habíamos dado en el check-in el precio de la habitación, porque según ellos no conseguían cobrarlo de Booking. Me pareció muy mal, pensábamos que nos habían copiado la tarjeta en recepción.

Bader (1/5): Disappointing Service & Poor Management Coordination - I recently stayed at Sheraton Cairo and, unfortunately, faced a very disappointing and inconsistent experience. During a previous stay, I encountered an issue where I requested an ashtray for the balcony (I always smoke outside as I respect non-smoking rooms and do not want the smell inside). My request was initially refused in a very unprofessional manner—I was literally told to “go buy one yourself.” After escalating to management, they apologized and promised to make it up to me on my next stay. On this recent visit, I spoke to the Front Office Manager upon arrival and explained the previous situation. I was assured that this stay would be handled much better. However, the exact same issue happened again. I requested a simple ashtray for the balcony to avoid throwing cigarette butts on the ground or using cups (which is unhygienic and inappropriate). The request was again refused, with staff insisting I either throw them on the floor or use a cup, claiming “it’s the law.” What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability and professionalism among the management team. I spoke to multiple individuals including the Duty Manager, Night Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Club Lounge Manager, and Front Office representatives. Each one promised to resolve the issue immediately and bring an ashtray—but no one followed through. They simply disappeared without any resolution. This level of miscommunication and avoidance is unacceptable, especially in a 5-star hotel. It felt like everyone was repeating rules without understanding or applying practical guest service. Ironically, the most helpful and professional staff were from housekeeping, room service, and laundry—they were polite, responsive, and genuinely tried to help. Overall, this experience reflects poor management coordination, lack of ownership, and inconsistent service standards. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this level.

Ronald (7/5): Tophotel - nach einigen Verbesserungen..! - Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, Qualität der Betten, Balkon, Club Lounge (zu dem wir nach einer Kritik beim Check out Zugang bekamen: Prachtvolle Aussicht bis zu Pyramiden!). Gute, recht zentrale Lage. Angesichts des doch erhöhten Preisniveaus enttäuscht von der Aussicht auf den Nil von unserem Zimmer aus (Floor 14) - alles andere als romantisch...(da Blick auf Dach- Bauruine) Swimmingpool etwas kahl und nüchtern, man fühlt sich "ausgestellt" Sauberkeit im Zimmer gelegentlich ungenügend. Einige kleine Dinge fehlten (Bademantel, versprochene Kaffeekapseln) oder wurden nicht nachgeliefert (Waschlappen). Nur ein Stuhl (zu wenig Sitzgelegenheiten).

Jerome (9/5): One of my favorite places to stay in when I'm travelling for work - The rooms are super comfy. The gym is well equiped. The breakfast is very nice. Better noise cancelation/isolation in the rooms (you can hear the cars/motorcycles practically all night long)

A (10/5): Loved the hotel, will definitely stay again when back in Cairo. - Friendliness / hospitality of staff. It felt genuine, not because they have to. Room was spacious and felt brand new, modern design, x4 bottles of water offered free on a daily basis. Views of the Nile were fantastic from various floors. Club Lounge was great - food, desserts, service. Breakfast was very rich; service great once again. N/A - everything was great!
Indrinja (8/5): patīkama atpūta pēc Kairas burzmas - Atbilstoši Ēģiptiešu standartiem. Zinot, cik zemi ir viņu kvalitātes standarti- šis bija tuvu maksimumam, ko var no Ēģiptes sagaidīt. Vēl ir kur augt, salīdzinot ar Eiropu. Laba brokastu izvēle. Ļoti draudzīgs un labs personāls. Pēc Kairas vājprāta, jutos droši un apsargāta viesnīcā. Laba gulta, matracis un spilveni. Nolietota infrasruktūra- nevarēju aiztaisīt balkona durvis, vannas istabā dušas kabīne nenotur ūdeni, tek ārā u.c., bet nu- atbilstoši Ēģiptei. Tas kas notiek apkārt- šie trūkumi nekādīgi netraucēja :)
