- Frosso (9/5): Comfy and very good location - The location, the cleanliness and the staff were the highlights of this hotel. The beds and the mattress were also very comfortable and we slept very well. We felt well in the hotel. The general impression is positive. Guests need to put up a sign to have their room made if they want it done before 4 or 5 pm. We needed to change two elevators to get to our room and walk quite a distance. I was not thrilled with the fact that our window was high up and we could not see much outside. There was no common area to sit except at the bar but you could sit there without having a drink. It was comfortable and nice.

- Dennis (10/5): We will certainly be back. - Florence was our destination to a week of celebration and I selected IL Tornabuoni hotel because of its unique room styles and great view, it is not mentioned in the room description, but my room had an incredible view of Florence and we could and we certainly did enjoy the sunset from our bedroom windows in the 4th floor. I reserved their rooftop bar to throw a cocktail party for my husband's birthday which was outstanding, from the time we booked the room to the day of the event, we were in contact with Daria, the reservation agent of the hotel which she did disappoint with all her knowledge and attention in every detail for a perfect afternoon, being open to discuss about the event. Her and her team did an amazing job organizing, serving, taking care of us all and specially enjoying the night with us, Miro with his abilities as DJ, Samuel and Anita with their kind touch serving our 25 guests and Scilla with her delicious cocktails (keeping everyone happy). Room service was great and on point. The staff at the front desk, especially Nicolo, very helpful and ready for any question that we might have had. Not that we didn't like, but we were a little disappointed, it was the food at the hotel. We were expecting a little more of it since it is a 4 star hotel.

Das Hotel wirkt eher wie eine inszenierte Bühne und weniger authentisch. Nach meinem persönlichen Empfinden wird etwas zu viel mit Plastik gearbeitet. Dies ist jedoch ein Eindruck, der sich bei vielen heutigen Hotels wiederfindet.

- Leandro (10/5): Florencia desde un edificio renacentista - Il Tornabuoni Hotel Collection by Hyatt está en un edificio renacentista se encuentra a solo 500 metros de la Galería Uffizi y de la Catedral de Florencia. Zona de tiendas de lujo. También se puede llegar a la estación de Santa Maria Novella a pie en unos 10 minutos con maletas. Atención del staff impecable en todo momento. La decoración exquisita al igual que la atención. Desayuno refinado, cuidado y variado. Realmente muy recomendable.

Décoration soignée, charme des vieilles bâtisses modernisées. Vaste chambre, literie confortable. Grande salle de bains. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Florence à pied. Deux bémols à ce tableau idyllique: - le petit-déjeuner: salle peu attrayante, peu de choix, et un gros problème de qualité du service (beaucoup d'attente, personnel qui tourne sans efficacité...) - un pourboire global ( 52 euros)facturé lors de notre départ, somme qui s'est ajoutée aux pourboires déjà volontairement donnés ! Le pourboire est réservé pour une qualité de prestation, et n'est pas un dû en soi. Cette pratique profitera au personnel peu investi et pénalisera ceux qui font bien leur travail...

The room was a bit small, and the water supply in the bathroom wasn’t very strong, but everything was still comfortable overall. Every staff member is friendly and courteous. Andrea went above and beyond by giving us excellent tips for visiting the flea market. Housekeeping is thorough, and the concierge is exceptionally kind. One night, they even surprised us with a plate of fruit, which really made us happy! There were a couple of minor issues — the bathroom water pressure could be stronger, and one night the bathrobe felt a bit damp — however, all of this was completely compensated by their excellent staff. It was truly a memorable stay! Nothing

- Elnaz (10/5): Excellent hotel, very clean, amazing location! - I loved it. Our room and bed were very comfortable. Very clean. Loved the colors. The staff were so friendly. The location was excellent. The first room had a sewage smell. The staff was quickly responsive and changed our room.

- Lynneah (9/5): Amazing experience - The location was exceptional. Everything was within walking distance. And day trips were a breeze. The staff were so friendly and the interiors of the hotel were absolutely stunning. Loved the bartenders at the rooftop and lower bar. The morning breakfast was delicious. The parking is expensive. For what we paid per night it was unexpected. We stayed at almost all five star hotels while in Italy and were not charged for parking, even at a four starr, so that was a disappointment.

- Cecilie Holm (10/5): Supert hotell sentralt i gamlebyen - Flott beliggenhet. Gode senger. Bra mat i restauranten og hyggelig personale. Litt lange kronglete korridorer, men vi hadde flott utsikt. Vi kom i en litt stor bil og måtte gå et stykke med bagasjen pga trange gater i gamlebyen.
- Hydi (7/5): Beautiful location but lacking the 5 star details - The location is great, the building is beautiful and the lobby as well. The rooms were very busy, lots of clutter and lots of busy print wallpaper, strange paintings of bugs. The bathrooms were very tired, the towels were hard and the sheets didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel.

The room was decorated in an excellent way, clean and well-kept. The best location. Close to all places and a beautiful street. Nothing, everything was perfect
