Harry (8/5): Mooie ruime plek vlak bij San Marco - Locatie prima. Handdoeken etc ook prima. Vindbaarheid, het smalle straatje onder de toren. Bezoekers kunnen daar beter (in een zijstraatje ervan) zoeken naar het uithangbord "Photo Blitz", aan het eind bij het water links. Voor het parking advies zouden we Marive kunnen aanraden (en niet het hotel advies P.za Roma).

Le personnel était très accueillant et a répondu rapidement à notre réservation et ce, même si elle a été faite à moins de 12 heures de notre arrivée (puisque notre autre accommodation prévue et prépayée avec Wonderful Italy n’a jamais donné le code d’entrée de l’appartement). Grazie Dalla presentazione sul sito non si era capito che gli appartamenti sono lontani qualche centinaio di metri dalla reception.

Helmut (9/5): Sehr schön, aber das Frühstück… - Die Lage und die Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück war leider sehr Standard. Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten und Orangennektar statt frisch gepresster Saft. Wir haben an zwei von drei Tagen auswärts gefrühstückt.
Jim (5/5): Overall it was pretty average. Staff were borderline rude, food was ok, location excellent. - The location was fantastic and by far the best part about this hotel. The junior suit we were given was supposed to have a kettle and beverage making facilities. It didn't! Why have a kitchen without any pots or pans to cook? Totally pointless. Also our room leaked dirty bath or shower water from the ceiling, cascading down into our dining area from the room above. There were clear water marks where this has been an issue before. Pretty gross and no compensation offered.

Pleins d'équipements très appréciables : frigo, sèche cheveux, produits d'hygiène, chaussons, mouchoirs, protège télécommande pour l'hygiène.... La qualité du petit déjeuner : copieux, varié, un vrai continental La proximité du vaporetto Un peu difficile de trouver l'accueil de l'hôtel. Il y a une pancarte sur la porte mais arrivant de nuit on ne l'a pas vue. On a été guidé par téléphone. Sinon il faut chercher hôtel Royal san marco

Dr. Rolf (6/5): - Lage war ausgezeichnet, Frühstück akzeptabel Trotz einer Fülle von Lampen war es nicht möglich zu lesen, weder im Bett, noch im Wohnzimmer. TV nicht in Deutsch. Die Küche war ein Witz! kein Glas, keine Tasse nur Wegwerfbecher, - und das im 4 - Sterner!

Aida (9/5): - La decoración del la habitación, todo estaba muy limpio, la hubicación inmejorable, a 1min andando de la Plaza San Marcos. El desayuno fue bastante bueno, los productos eran frescos y de buena calidad. Disfrutamos mucho. La única razón por la cual no doy in 10 es porque el colchón no es nada cómodo.

barric94 (4/5): Très très moyen. - L'emplacement. Le petit déjeuner. La grandeur de la chambre. La décoration vétuste. Vieux tapis, peinture sale. Aucun charme. Des travaux a coté de la fenêtre. On ne peux plus dormir après 6h du matin (femme de ménage, ouvriers, horloge). Pas de brosse a dent ni dentifrice. Pas de douche. Un prix exhorbitant qui du jour au lendemain perd 20% alors qu'il y avait déjà une promotion soit disant.

Only friendly people were the maids who were both very lovely and welcoming The room was not the service I paid for at €350 a night for 2 nights. Bed were uncomfortable and bedding was uncomfortable and itchy, got bitten too. Bathroom clearly needs a deep clean; dust on light switches and plug sockets and rust marks all around the bathroom, including mirrors and taps. Plug sockets for charging hanging half off wall, including the light fittings next to bed which meant phones had to be charged next to the fake kitchen they have installed in the rooms. The mini bar was an extra service eventhough you would expect first fill to be free in a 4 Star Hotel, which this is not. WIFI is very much not available, you can connect but the signal is shocking and always weak to say the least. Spent most of the time out of the room in a local cafe to arrange next stages of our Italian trip. The rooms are supposedly soundproofed, but we can hear people from rooms next door and on the local streets. We booked due to tea and coffee making facilities and these are not available, hotel couldn't help get a kettle for the room eventhough photos of the rooms show this available. Wasn't made aware of the maintenence going on downstairs which woke us up both mornings and ultimately ruined our chance to see Venice at night. They say to contact The Reception Desk if we need assistance but phone in the room doesn't work, and they spoke limited English which doesn't help when you have to call from a mobile phone getting charged an extra rate. Also, check in is in their sister hotel which is the Royal San Marco which looks 100 times better and is a clear 4 Star Hotel at half the price per night. We also had no bar or restaurant in our hotel, which is shown in the photos when you book and even on Google too via other reviews.

LittleCora (6/5): - Wir waren in der Suite 133 - Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Badezimmer sowie ein eigener großzügiger Balkon. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr nett und das Personal ist definitiv freundlich. Das Hotel sowie die Zimmer sind in einem sehr alten, abgenutzten Zustand. Bei einigen Kästchen/ Schränken fehlen Griffe, am Boden sind teils sehr markante Spuren und an den Wänden sind Schmutzstreifen, aber auch Insektenlaichen. Außerdem ist die Küche in der Suite toll, nett wäre dann halt zumindest Besteck ...Irritierend war für uns auch, dass es trotz Nachfrage nur 1 Schlüssel gab und man die Tür von innen nicht verschließen konnte.

Mihai (10/5): - Highly recommend! An amazing experience. This is a quiet apartment/hotel fusion smack in the middle of everything. You have the privacy of the apartment but the amenities and the service of the hotel available if you chose to use them – cleaning, restaurant, etc. –. The staff is very friendly. Downstairs is all a tourist would need - a minimarket, a cozy restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, late drinks. The view is amazing. Do not hesitate to book here.

Jeremy (8/5): - The suites are very large which is nice. They are very clean, up-to-date and in a GREAT location. The only downside is the WiFi is SUPER slow. It is literally like dial up internet speed. WiFi is important when traveling internationally so this was a big disappointment.
Orhan (9/5): Superb - The hotel's location, close to San Marco, is ideal, and the room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent. To find the hotel, it's important to follow the directions provided by them. Prior to reserving this hotel, we encountered numerous complaints about the stairs leading to the rooms. Indeed, if you dislike navigating a labyrinth, this could be an issue. However, we actually enjoyed the challenge of these puzzle-like stairs to reach our room. The only downside for us was that the couch appeared old and not very clean.
Maria (7/5): Great place to stay, very close to everywhere. - Rooms were comfortable and clean, very close to restaurants, San Marco Square and shops. Breakfast was awesome Fridge was leaking water inside. No glasses or cutlery, plates provided. Apartment was separate to reception but not to far to walk for breakfast
Dennis (8/5): - We only stayed here one night following a cruise. It’s near St Marco Square but difficult to get there walking with luggage up and down steps and through the heavy tourist traffic! It’s a beautiful very old building, but again many steps inside. To get to our room it was through lobby outside down a street, code to building, up elevator, steps 2nd elevator and steps again! Our rooms were very nice once we finally got there!
Oriole (10/5): highly recommend perfect central location, large spacious rooms, huge bathroom, extra towels - large spacious separate twin beds for the kids, living room, full kitchen the location was perfect. elevators made getting luggage upstairs easy. mattresses were OK but could be improved
