- Ulrich (5/5): Disappointing, good location, but spotty service - Location was good. The island was easy (and safe) to walk. House keeping was spotty, sometimes towels most times not, ... Breakfast was bad, very small selection and after 9 most of that was gone too. Not only was the pool closed (they said so before the booking), but the terrace was closed too.

- Jamil (10/5): - A wonderful stay at Om Kolthoom Hotel in Zamalek! The location is perfect, in one of Cairo’s best neighborhoods — safe, lively, and full of charm, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Mina, Muzen Mohamed, Mootaz Bedair, Ahmad, Mazen, Mohammed, Mohamed Hassan, and Mohamed Ramdan, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was generous, delicious, and offered a great variety every morning. We especially loved the spacious 30m² room on the 15th floor, with a beautiful view over Cairo. A lovely touch was the soft Om Kolthoom music playing throughout the hotel, creating a classic Egyptian atmosphere without being too loud. Highly recommended!

- تركي (10/5): إقامة رائعة في فندق أم كلثوم، تعامل راقي وبشاشة من الاستقبال وخدمة مميزة تستحق التكرار 🌟 - إقامتي في فندق أم كلثوم كانت تجربة أكثر من رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة 🌟 من أول لحظة وصول، كان الاستقبال في قمة الذوق والرقي. الأستاذ أحمد والأستاذ يمان وفيه موظف طويل لا يحضرني اسمه مع احمد كان كانوا مثالًا حقيقيًا للطف وحسن التعامل، بابتسامتهم الدائمة وترحيبهم اللي يخليك تحس كأنك في بيتك، مش مجرد فندق 🤍 أما خدمات الغرف والنظافة، فبصراحة كانت على أعلى مستوى 👌 سرعة في الاستجابة، اهتمام بأدق التفاصيل، وأسلوب راقي في التعامل يدل على احترافية وأخلاق عالية. الفريق كله بشوش ومتعاون بشكل يترك انطباع جميل جدًا في النفس. تجربة تستحق التكرار بكل تأكيد، وكل الشكر لكل من ساهم في جعل الإقامة بهذه الروعة المسبح مقفل والنادي كرت الغرف لا يفتح صالة الجيم وتحتاج صيانة التنويع في وجبة الفطور والبن يكون ساخن وإضافة شوربة الخضار او عدس وفواكه متنوعة عمال المطعم قليل طلبت حليب دافئ وتأخر ومشيت قبل مايوصل الحليب الساخن
- Abdullah (10/5): - The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. I also really enjoyed the beautiful view overlooking the river.
- faisal (10/5): رائع و مميز لدي - انا من محبي فندق أم كلثوم بسبب موقعه و كذلك بسبب معاملة الموظفين فيه و خاصة الأخ الجميل الودود / أحمد عاطف فهو مثال للتعاون بإبتسامته التي لا تفارق وجهه و كذلك زملاءه المحترمين في الاستقبال فندق جميل و نظيف و اطلاله رائعه على نهر النيل . وموظفين ودودين و رائعين 🙏
- Ginevra (10/5): Bell'hotel - Lo staff è stato molto premuroso nel darci la possibilità di fare un early check in gratuito. Essendo arrivati la mattina è stato molto comodo per noi poterci dare una sistemata prima di iniziare il tour giornaliero al Cairo. All'ingresso è sempre presente una persona dello staff a controllare gli ingressi, con metal detector, una cosa molto diffusa in Egitto e che ti fa pensare di stare al sicuro durante la permanenza

- Khaleed (10/5): موقع مميز جدا وتعاون رائع من موظفيه - الفندق جميل وسكنت فيه للمره الثانيه وتعاون موظفيه وكان اخونا احمد مميز مثل بقيه العاملين بالفندق سابقا سكنت قبل في غرفه 205 وكان لايوجد عليها ملاحظه وسكنت هذه المره في غرفه 210 وللاسف خلف باب الغرفه عند دخولك توجد رطوبه مؤديه لتساقط البويه تماما وهذا المنظر صعب تشاهده في فندق مثل ام كلثوم بمستوى اربع نجوم وإمكان إصلاحها بمبلغ بسيط لايذكر ؟؟؟
- zahid (7/5): طقس جميل خلال هذه الفترة من السنة. وموقع الفندق رائع. والإخوان في الاستقبال كانوا في قمة التعاون. - الموقع رائع جداً. الاستقبال في قمة التعاون خاصة الاخوان مينا وأحمد محمد وأحمد عاطف. عدم توفير فرش الأسنان. وبقاء الماء لمدة طويلة في مكان الاستحمام بدورة المياه.

- Mustafa Mohamed Mustafa (10/5): Gorgeous hotel with great facilities around- staff is extremely polite, helpful and always willing to go the extra mikes - Staff were very very polite helpful and accommodating especially the evening team when we arrived (Mazen?) breakfast was yum and in a beautiful room Gym hours were limited- last entry at 2100- and pool was not available (undergoing maintenance) and was not stated clearly on booking-
- olayan (10/5): - مكان الاقامه جميل واعجبني فيه الهدوء والاستجابه السريعه من قبل العاملين وأخص بالشكر الاستاذ احمد مصطفى وكذلك الاستاذ جلال الذين غمرونا باخلاقهم ورحابة صدورهم والابتسامه العريضه على محياهم فلهم مني خالص الدعاء وجزيل الشكر وياذن الله سيكون فندق ام كلثوم الوجهه الدائمه للاقامه في كل عوده إلى مصر الحبيبه شكراً جزيلاً ودمتم بود

- Feras (10/5): - فندق أم كلثوم فندق رائع جداً بكل معنى الكلمة. الخدمات ممتازة والنظافة على أعلى مستوى، والاستقبال أكثر من رائع. جميع موظفي الريسيبشن محترمون ومتعاونون للغاية، وبالأخص أحمد وأحمد، وكذلك ا مازن ، الذي كان في قمة الذوق والاحترافية. تجربتي في الفندق كانت مميزة جداً، وأشكر جميع العاملين على حسن التعامل والاهتمام بالتفاصيل. أنصح بهذا الفندق بشدة لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والخدمة الممتازة. لاشي لم يعجبني
- Feras (10/5): - فندق أمكلتون من أروع الفنادق التي أقمت بها، وأنصح به بشدة لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والنظافة والخدمة المميزة. أشكر من قلبي طاقم الاستقبال، وخاصة الشابين أحمد وأحمد على حسن تعاملهم وبشاشتهم الدائمة، كما أتقدم بالشكر لعمال النظافة على اهتمامهم الكبير، ولرجال الأمن على حسن التنظيم والاستقبال. فندق في قمة الروعة من حيث النظافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وموظفو الاستقبال يستقبلونك بابتسامة صادقة تعكس احترافية المكان. تجربة أكثر من رائعة، وأنصح بهذا الفندق بشدة، بشدة، بشدة 🌟 لاشي لم يعجبني كل شيئ ممتاز
